Waste of money. Food taste great but the amount of chicken they give me is disrespectful. $14 for rice/veggies with the smallest scoop of chicken is a rip off.

Very rude to customers! Disgusting actually. Love the food but I will got to Walmart plaza from now on. Same type of food. Better customers service!

When to the mall and stopped for food. Horrible service and hair in the food! Literally threw up. Called to complain you get nowhere.

Ordered the honey chicken, noodles and broccoli. All awful except the veg. I had to get something from another place.

Went to this location on Wednesday and NO WORD OF A LIE-as I was ordering I seen something move by the rice! I had to do a double take-It Legit was a Cockroach! I tapped the glass for the employee to look and when she seen what I was pointing too, she quickly took the insect and squished it in the napkin- OVER THE FOOD!
I used to go here all the time. Never again!

Terrible customer service, steep prices. They also insist on cash payments, giving attitude if you pay by card (they only take debit). For the price, very little food. They charged me extra because I didn't want the chicken to be dumped on top of the rice! Only reason I didn't give 1 star is that the food is good when fresh, however I will not be returning.

Just left and got Red rice, Noodles and the most important part BOURBON CHICKEN.the rice looked like it was sitting there all day, the noodles I had to ask for more due to the small amount that was given to me with hassle and the ladies speaking different language because the portion was so small for 13$. Got home and the chicken was hard (old), dry and taste like it was also sitting there all day. The rice was dry and hard also. Not only did they give me issues because I asked them to give me more because the portions were RIDICULOUS I’m totally disappointed. It’s not the same as it was before, price is higher and the portions are so small for what you pay for. It was the one thing I chose to eat for my birthday (todays my birthday) and I refuse to eat this now at home. Do not waste your money for food that has been sitting out all day. Hopefully I don’t get food poisoning from the food I did eat. GARBAGE PLACE.

If I could give a negative star I would. Staff not very friendly, they don't greet you or say hi. Also they don't accept credit cards which is ridiculous imo. This location is the worst one I've ever been to. No smiles, thank yous. They make it obvious all they care about is money. This place needs new staff or better management. Customer service is quite lacking

Well, I’ll start off my saying all you Karen’s need to relax with the complaints about the ladies that work upfront. Your not in a restaurant where they should cater to you etc. It’s basically a fast food place but in a mall. The older ladies there clearly don’t speak great English and it’s hard for them to communicate. What they are good at is taking your order and moving you down the line. That’s what you want and should expect at a place like this. If you are clear about what you are ordering and follow the process it’s pretty easy. It’s also refreshing to see a no bs process where you can order and have your food in 2 mins unlike every other “fast food” place out there. Try going to Tim Hortons and asking for a double double. It will take 5 times as long!

The food, the bourbon chicken is fantastic! Quick tip, ask them to scoop some extra sauce from the tray in your rice for you. Delicious! They do give you a really good portion but for a 2 combo meal with a drink for $16 is pretty heavy. This is the reason for the 3 stars. Rice and chicken should not cost that much, especially in a mall.

In regards to the bad reviews saying they saw employees doing things that happens everywhere! I’d bet if you were a fly on a wall in any restaurant kitchen you would be even more turned off. I know I’ve worked at many popular establishments. This comes down to the actual employee and if you really want to knit pick then I would never eat out at all! Sh@t happens and you can’t live in a bubble.

Wrap up would be this place has good food, they serve you fast and don’t waste time but you pay a pretty penny. Kinda like any other establishment nowadays. It’s just a reality if you eat out you shouldn’t be expecting a great deal. This is why you eat out once in awhile, and don’t sweat the small stuff. Smart ones do at least!

Waste of Money last time I am eating here they increased the price and quality decreased, taste is bland no salt in noodles and combo 2 one meat, 2 vegetables for 14$ not for me. NEXT time is Mancik Wok.

The ladies are very rude but not rude as in insulting they’re more just blunt and to the point lol but the food is awesome not bland at all so whoever is saying that BS is lying

I walked by and witnessed a woman in an orange shirt pull down her mask in front of the food warmers, drink her drink, wipe her mouth and cough openly over the food before continuing making orders. Yuck! Do not eat there!

Went in to get takeout and Waited 15mins for someone to even acknowledge me. The lady was busy with Ubers orders and I understand. After awhile I asked if I could get something to go and she said she was “to busy” it would have took literally 2 mins considering the food was already made. I understand a lot of businesses are having a hard time with this pandemic but to not acknowledge and serve customers is not a way to keep business running. Disappointed and now late for work!

I paid with my debit card and it got stuck in the machine and the lady was blaming it on me. I finally yank it out and she thought I was trying to break her machine. Lol really no wonder people have been posting negative reviews on service.

-the food itself is pretty good, particularly the blackened chicken and the cajun sauced chicken.and that is where the positives for this review end.the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.i have ordered from the limeridge mall food court location in the past and was willing to give the poor attitude a break because maybe the server was having a bad day.after all it's not easy to deal with the public, right?

unfortunately as many of the reviews say, and as i can attest to on multiple occasions, the servers here are rude and have no people skills, as if you spending your money is an inconvenience to their day LMFAOO

the other issue is portion size.i factor in that the mall food court retsaurants aren't going to give you a huge portion compared to an independent store not in the mall.however the bourbon st.grill @ limeridge is stingy on the portion sizes, relative to what you are spending.what's also concerning to me is the number of negative reviews that have occurred consistently over an extended period of time.seems like the owners don't care to read and/or make any changes for the better.bottom line: i would not use the bourbon st.grill as a restaurant of choice when at the limeridge mall food court.i would NOT recommend to BSG to others as well.save your money, and either buy elsewhere in the mall if you have a real hankering for food that can't be controlled, or better yet, wait till you leave the mall and there are plenty of establishments all over the city that are willing to treat your food dollars with the respect you deserve.

Not a good fast food restaurant to go at the mall. The staff will treat you as if you weren't a customer and every single time I order food here, the same middle-aged lady would serve me and gives me an angry look and tone despite not doing anything.

First time coming back since the mall reopened. Missed it a lot! Been a customer since high school. Usual order is a petite combo; noodles and bourbon chicken. And I'm never tired of it.

The times I've gone the customer service has mostly if not always been amazing, and the ladies have always remembered exactly what I order.

Terrible customer service. They will laugh at you in their language and treat you like garbage. Food is barely cooked tastes horrible. Stay away.

Horrible customer service. Asked a question about an ingredient they had no clue. Continued to speak in their language while i was talking. Very DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE. Stay away if you have allergies they dont even know whats in the food when asked. I would give no stars.

After i purchased and finished my food i went back to get a plate of take out for my husband. When i saw the female worker eating a plate of lousiana chicken and noodles. I also saw her not finish her plate and put the leftover chicken FROM HER PLATE into the chicken tray they serve to customers. She also returned the uneaten noodles.
When i comfronted her about it she said "NO ITS FRESH" I told her that i just saw her put her left overs in with the other ready to serve ones. She then acted as if she didnt understand me. I would have told the manager but he was too busy sitting at the cash on a call.
100% not eating there again

Worst customer service. Extremely rude. Save your money and go to Jimmy the Greek where you will actually get a smile from employees that are happy to serve you.

The food is delicious however the costumer service is lacking, they need to work on their manners, and they need to be more polite.

LOVE the food, but as others have noted, the customer service is pretty bad. The woman dishing up the food does not listen well. I order a Combo #2 with noodles and her response is ALWAYS "Rice or noodles? " She always sounds incredibly impatient when asking for my choices, as if I am delaying her unnecessarily, even when I am the only person at the counter, and makes me repeat them several times, yet she has no problem stopping in the middle of preparing my order to hold a conversation with her co-workers-as it is not in English, I'm not sure what it is about. I guess it could be something about the logistics of keeping the place operating smoothly, but as it happens nearly every time, and I'm beginning to wonder if they are snarking about the customers-and then turn back to me to ask still one more time which options I wanted, in a tone of voice that indicates I am inconveniencing her. In general, the attitude they give off is that as a customer I am an annoyance. Not taking credit cards is a bit of a nuisance too, and the person at the cash seems to take it as a personal insult when I decline the upsell to include a drink. Who knows, maybe I AM particularly annoying as a customer, but they seem to speak to everyone the same way, so I don't think they've just taken a dislike to me.

Terrible food and service. They say nothing to you and make you feel more like a burden then a customer. They do not take credit and upon me taking out my card they aggressively tapped on the sign with a very angry expression. The food was terrible and over cooked and tastes as though it had been sitting there all day. The chicken was inedible. It use to be good years ago but is getting much worst as time goes on.

I hate to rate this place with such a low score but after my visit, this is what it deserves. The quality and quantity of food you get here is definitely NOT "bang for your buck". Years ago this place was amazing, now its all trendy and corporate and I find the quality has gone downhill but the price has definitely elevated. The worker who served us was very rude even though I said to her politely we needed a moment to decide and we stepped out the way for other customers, the worker still seemed agitated at us. When it was our turn to be served she then rushed us through our order even though at this point no one was behind us. Then at the cash she rudely barked out loudly to me "we dont accept credit cards here, only cash and debit here". At the end of the transaction there was no pleasantries whatsoever, not a thankyou or even a goodbye! The bourbon chicken I found to be fatty and had hard chunks of bone in more than one piece and really there wasn't a whole lot of it to begin with. Definitely not worth the $10+ dollars. Limeridge mall definitely has other good restaurants maybe try a different place to eat and that actually respects their customers? !

When my aunt and i went there for the first time we stoof there deciding what to get and one of the women kept hounding us to order when there was nobody behind us, when i was picking my food she was getting ready to put anything on the plate, she gave me the oder of vegetables before i even asked for them, i dont like that they take your debit card instead of you putting it in yourself.the bag of food wasnt even given to us, they just put it on their glass and said "bye". The food looked good but it was all either over sauced or undersauced.chicken tastes like mush and the noodles had no taste to them.

Awful customer service, that made me feel uncomfortable ordering. They don't take credit, and the sign at cash says that they don't have time to count your change and if they give you wrong change its not their fault. Not to mention all the rumours (maybe true) of the restuarant being full of bugs

Horrible customer service. I started my order only for the server to stop and start talking to someone else. When she got back to me I was going to order the vegetarian option (2 veggie sides and rice or noodles - you can't have 3 veggies unless you pay around $3 more. The plate is about $9) She then said that each side or carbs (rice, noodles, etc.) Is made with chicken broth, oyster broth, etc. So why list it as vegetarian and why not offer a 3 veggie option? Also mad because I ate it before and recently, and was told more than once that everything except the meat was vegetarian, especially since they started offering the vegetarian options. If you don't have vegetarian sides, either change the menu or stop offering the so-called vegetarian options. It's not just about being vegetarian but what if someone is allergic to one of the ingredients that are not visible like broth of ouster or chicken? From now on start listing if the items are vegetarian or not because I have been told my different people and at different locations that veggies and noodles/rice were vegetarian. Or I wasn't told at all most of the time except today. The best I can sum up Bourbon St. Grill at Limeridge is bad customer service with horrible attitude despite how polite the customers are and lying, which can potentially be dangerous (e.g. Allergies, etc.).
