Great service & always honest. I bring my car to them when visiting from Toronto as I can guarantee proper service & maintenance.

This was our first experience bringing our vehicle to Bourk's and I have to say that it was one of the best experiences with an auto repair team that I have had in a very long time. They were able to schedule us in for a safety very quickly, the drop off and pickup process was smooth, and the friendly (and competent) service was outstanding! On top of that, our car was good to go and we were on our way very quickly with no surprises. I highly recommend this place and will definitely use them again in the future!

I have been directed by a personal connection to Bourk's. I had issues with overheating and my engine, I took my chances to go in at the last minute that morning as it happened overnight. Knowing they are highly rated and have good service that they would be very busy. They were indeed busy and fully packed that day but they still had compassion on my situation and made room to take a look at the issue. They were able to look at it, give a professional breakdown and full description of the problem, what to expect and what to do. I'm impressed and so very thankful for the service. Thank you for saving our weekend and making sure we remain safe on the road. I recommend Bourk's for the staff, the service and just being on point with all.

Professional, affordable, and quick. I went in to have the oil and filter changed on my CRV, and to have the front end suspension looked at. Half the cost of the Honda dealership for exactly the same service. I did have to find my own way back to Ottawa after drop-off as the Bourk's shuttle for Kanata did not go to my west-end home, but that is understandable.

They got me in for an appointment quickly, and were able to do the repair same-day. I knew that the bill would be on the higher side, but I really appreciated that they did not treat it glibly, and treated me with respect. I would recommend!

I've been trusting the team at Bourk's in Kanata for more than 10 years. Mostly my service is scheduled in advance and always meets or exceeds my expectations. Recently I needed some 'emergency' service during the busy spring season. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to get me back on the road again, and even fixed one issue while I waited. I was also surprised when I got the bill.as is what LESS than what I would have expected. Thanks to Stuart and Corrie for the excellent service and advice.

Came here for a very simple service that took 50 minutes to be completed (usually completed in 20 minutes max). The shop was not busy. That being said, the man at the front desk had plenty of time to chat with me - he was very friendly, as the rest of the crew. But to make matters worse and to make me even more worried, I ended up having to kindly explain to the technician working on my car how to read the dipstick because he was looking at the wrong markings and had my fluid level wrong. I'm giving it two stars because I feel bad giving a one star to a local company. Otherwise, when you have to tell experts the basic information to complete successfully the service you ask for and pay for, it sadly deserves a low rating. It was my first time here and let me tell you that I am, yet again, disappointed by an auto shop.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from these fine folks. I brought 4 tires in to be put back on rims I had just had powder coated and they got them back to me within a very reasonable amount of time with zero damage to my new rims. They were kind.polite and respectful and the work they did for me was so so so more economical than anyone else had quoted me. I will now use Bourks as my go to garage for my Porsche, why would I go anywhere else. Thanks again for superlative service.

A quick Well Done to the team at Bourk's in Kanata. Had a small exhaust issue, and after taking it to the "Big" Exhaust chain stores, thought, I should see what Bourk's could do. Service was excellent, and the results met all my expectations. I also found the price for this work was actually the most competitive in Kanata. As always, the staff were professional and very pleasant to work with. Well worth looking into if you want great results with old school customer service, highly recommended

Have trusted the technicians at Bourks for years. Recently had a safety inspection done on a used car bought at a dealership. They found several deficiencies and clearly noted the issues with good detail. Dealership then agreed to fix most of the issues (which should have been done BEFORE they sold the vehicle). Thank to the technician at Bourks for a thorough and detailed inspection.

I've been going to Bourk's for over 15 years. I've always received friendly and professional service, and have never been upsold on unnecessary maintenance. Recently I dropped off my vehicle for unscheduled emergency repairs, which they actually managed to complete by the end of the next day. Greatly appreciated!

Bourk's is always professional, courteous, efficient and trustworthy. I have never been disappointed and never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I've been coming here for over 17 years and wouldn't bring my car anywhere else.

A bit of a story. I work at Bourk's for two years in total. One time, a man speaking as if he knows a bit about his truck (I'm not a mechanic, I was the Shuttle Driver) has a mis-diagnosis on a problem and has come in at the end of my lunch when i am walking through and the Service Advisor was explaining to him what is actually wrong. The man is losing his mind a bit, thinking of the cost and when the mechanic working on the vehicle is arrives, back from his lunch, too, the guy calls out to him and asks him to tell him what is up. He is suspicious. The mechanic is pretty much verbatim.
I learn a lot from that, as I do at Bourk's. It is my first time in a professional environment. It takes five years for a mechanic to get their papers and if they mess up anything to badly after getting them they can lose accreditation. If there a discrepancy in the two explanations this man receives, really, there could be a problem. In the day of the internet there would be bad publicity, too, it would look really bad on the garage.
In my new job sometimes I think of mechanics having to do work absolutely perfectly every.single.time and i take that to what I do.
The above is why I get my big work done at Bourk's. It is a bit of a tour for me, but worth it. They're professionals.

I have had a lot of work done on me vehicle in the past few months. I have to stay Bourk's has a friendly, honest and professional staff. Fairly priced services and they provide a shuttle service for Kanata area. Amazing experience!

This place is fantastic. Unlike the dealership, they don't just try to squeeze work out of you if they can help it - Steve will make sure you're aware of all the options they have on hand to save you unnecessary work if possible. Extremely fair and detailed in their explanation on what is wrong with car and the options you have available to you.

My regular dealership had quoted me at over $240 for the service. I took it to bourke's and it came to $163. They have me as a customer for sure:)

This was my first time at Bourk’s. I brought my car in without an appointment because of an issue with one of my tires. You can see that this is a well organized and professional repair shop as you walk in the door. I left my car there and walked back to my office which is just a few blocks away. I received a phone in the afternoon that all was well and that I could pick up my car. I would not hesitate to use their services again for any of my car repairs.

I am a regular client of Bourk's - winter/summer tire, regular maintenance type of work - and have been as always pleased with the service and professionalism. I have an older Mazda 3 and one side of the front plastic plate under the car came loose and was beginning to drag on the road. Not good. I went to Bourk's to see if one of the mechanics could look at it.and fix it.they took my car in immediately and it was fixed within a half hour. At no charge! I am a regular client.but even still.they did not have to do that. One of the staff even came out to give a treat to my dog. Now, that is service and why they have a loyal client base.
