Just left the store. Asked the associate at the front and he looked so bothered and annoyed I wanted to ask a question. I inquired about something I needed and he bluntly said no and to go to a build.

Todd, the owner, is personable and very helpful. This is a neighborhood store where the staff clearly know the needs of those shopping there. For a small store it was very busy and you could tell that customers not only love to shop here but are valued and appreciated. You may still need to visit a large box store for a few items, but this place will have prettyuch what you need.

Great local hardware store for everything I need.
Todd and his wife took over the store pre-covid and still give the personal service you get from a local retailer.
The staff are friendly and do thier best to help you with what ever you need.

The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable. They are my go to store for any reno project I start. In these difficult times some products are not readily available, the staff try there best to get whatever I'm looking for. Great customer service.

Lots of different things available here, it's like a hardware convince store. Nicely organized, clean and good staff. You can get keys cut here as well.

Better selection than previous owners. But like every other home hardware they don't carry everything in the flyers.

Always great staff. Good selection of furnace filters. Convenient parking out back even with all the construction on King st.

Friendly and helpful. If they don't have it they'll get it for you. Plenty of parking in the back.

Recommended: This is a great little store with friendly and helpful staff. The new owners have organized the store in a more efficient way. I'm always pleased by the prices, even though people say it's pricey. I love how they have catchy window displays every so often. I have a rabbit and they were even willing to order a larger bag of rabbit food for me. I have purchased toilet supplies, cooking knives, work gloves, bird feeders and seed and rabbit food. So far, I'm quite pleased. My family and I love the. 66¢ coffee, tea and hot chocolate pods. Go check them out. Oh! They're open until 8pm too.

Funny how a new ownership can make all the difference. I find product is available now, they actually have the stuff from the flyer and the staff seem to care. This is now my go to hardware place and I feel good about supporting local.

Since the change in ownership, this place has improved greatly. Better, longer hours, more stock etc. I was about to give up on this place as the last owner clearly didn’t care but my faith has been renewed. Kudos to the new owners.

I have always enjoyed the customer service at this location! They're very attentive and helpful without making you ever feel like you're holding them back. The change in ownership has also seemed to bring some positive changes with an increase in inventory and stock. A lovely store to have in Preston

I don't know about the hardware part but downstairs they have the vinyl underground. Some of the best prices on new and used records around.
