They're very friendly and accommodating I've been to a few eye clinics and Bowmanville Eye Centre is by far the best. Dr. Briana Baron is great.

I booked an appointment. I then showed up to my appointment and the receptionist said I was not in the system. They said the doctor I was booked with was not even working that day. I have the appointment card and I was there on the exact day and time of my scheduled appointment. I drove 30 minutes for nothing. They asked me if I would like to reschedule. I think not.

I recently completed a standard eye exam with Bowmanville Eye Centre. They took such good care throughout the whole process, from reception through the exam right to check out! Friendly, caring and high-tech! 10/10 WILL recommend!

The receptionist called me back right away due to a cancellation and was very polite. The optometrist is PHENOMENAL. She knows her stuff. The doctor explains everything throughly and is very honest with everything. The male employee can be difficult to understand at times however, he is very professional and courteous. Overall, this is a great place if you need to get any exams done. Thank you for treating me like a valued patient. I will definitely be coming in two years to do a regular check up.

Been wearing glasses for 20 years and I can't remember having a better experience than at this center. The doctor (Dr. Baron) was very thorough with her examination and explained the results in detail, she was also able to fix the wrong prescription I've had for 4 years. Sheeren at the front desk was extremely helpful in helping me with my disability support paperwork as well as finding the proper fit frames, she even looked at some broken sunglasses for my sister and mother as a courtesy for us. Your eyes are important so have the best service you can get and this is a great place to have your eyes tested and to get the perfect fit glasses for you.

Bowmanville Eye Centre is truly Amazing, the Doctor and the staff (Shireen) at the front desk is totally fantastic with Exceptional Customer Service and Care for their clients.
The doctor is very thorough which is amazing especially when it comes to your eyes.

If I could gift a 5+ I would! I had been to a couple of other places and never purchased my glasses. I went back to Bowmanville Eye Centre where I originally had my eye exam. The Dr I saw there was amazing. Shireen was so friendly and helpful. From the time I walked in the door I felt like I had her full attention. She assisted me with picking out my glasses. She didn't just recommend the most expensive frames. Shireen showed me a variety to fit my budget. I was happy to purchase 2 Pair! I love my glasses and I got them fast! Highly recommend. Service is outstanding and the prices are affordable and stylish! My forever place to go! Thanks Shireen, keep up your outstanding customer service!

I went to the eye clinic to go and pick out new frames as I had been directed there from a friend. I was very very disappointed with the service.the lady behind the counter was rude and wanted nothing to do with helping me.she was more focused on talking on her own personal cell phone than helping the patients coming in to the clinic.when i asked for help she just said “hold on hold on I have to make a call” and proceeded on her phone, so i left. I have had other friends come here and say that they had similar bad experiences.
