Bowmanville Mall

It’s a dying mall for sure but it’s never busy and has half decent anchors in it. It’s always clean and quiet. The Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, Pet Valu and Metro are decent in size and keep the place alive. Parking lot is a bit awkward and there’s 2 entrances to the mall. The east entrance is less cluttered but strangely the parking lot says Shoppers Drug Mart only. They also closed off the entrance to the mall from Shoppers.

Be careful with the name

This mall has a variety of shops including a grocery store, dollar store, fashion & accessories, pet care and a 24-hour gym! It is a clean and tidy shopping centre with a coffee shop too. New management is community driven and displays local art and photography from Durham College. Would visit again.

Good for a small city like Bowmanville. Have good variety of stores but you can't expect much since its not that big. Overall its a nice place.

It exists in an area where you would hope something did. I have always liked Bowmanville so that is why a 4.

Their flower nursery is 1 of the best, flowers are kept well and the service is exceptional

Pretty decent for a smaller township. I take that back, I've found more things in Bowmanville then Toronto

It was cute and reminded me of a really small town mall. Has most things you will need in a pinch.

Bowmanvile Dental Great place to get work done on teeth. Very friendly. Appointment time on schedule. Doctor Levy and staff very professional. Thanks to Hygientist Sarah for great job yesterday. Best Ever

Not much there anymore except for Shoppers Drug Mart and Metro. I don't bother with this Metro before 9am because they won't put a cashier on till early in the morning.

Back door is where I park. There are so many people smoking at the back door as soon as you walk out the smoke hits you and funny enough they stand about 3 feet from a sign that reads "NO SMOKING WITHIN 9 METRES OF BUILDING"

It was an ok experience. Food selection was slim, all the general items you usually find at sushi restaurants. I found food came so quick and they didnt give us a chance to move plates before tossing and shoving more plates onto the table. Person serving also didnt stay long enough at the table to even ask for anything. Just dropped food and rushed off.the restaurant wasnt even busy, maybe 2-3 other tables. Definately better experiences to be had in Durham for sushi.

Greatest place for sure and you can never make a mistake with this location, by far a handy place for all your shopping needs, or a nice place to hang out with friends or family, so highly recommend this location!

It's very small, but it has some decent stores, including Shoppers, Metro and Dollarama. There is a coffee shop and a sushi place too.

This mall is ridiculously tiny, there is absolutely no where to actually shop in this mall other than stores that are already in town like Shoppers Drug Mart, there's nowhere to buy decent clothes and this most certainly needs an upgrade and extension time to get with the times and build a second level or add actual shopping stuff to the mall, I mean why do we need a pharmacy in the mall when we have three other ones in town I think we much more need a place to actually buy decent clothing not just cheap Walmart stuff. Also for the record the phone number online for this mall is never accurate, try calling it, it goes to Midland and it will not work I give this mall a 1-star rating and that is only I reiterate only because I cannot give it a 0

Very clean, calm space with all the necessities in one place. Definitely easier to ship at than the busier west side of town!

Really wish they would add more to this mall. It has potential but there really is not much in there to actually shop around.

This little mall is full of surprises!
I haven't met a shopkeeper here I didn't love.

Excellent pet store, sewing/tailoring shop, coffee shop, clothes shops, hairdressers, and so many more!

definitely worth wandering around for an hour or two, if you have the time.last time I was there, the mall management was holding an Easter scavenger hunt, where the kids could go to each business to collect Easter goodies.very wholesome and special place.

Not much as far as options go but it’s never super busy and the coffee time has great service for a coffee/tea break

It's not a huge mall but is always clean and generally nice. There are a few different store shopping options, couches for people to sit on, and some small rides for kids to play on.

Only issue I've ever had with the place is with the parking. I don't know if people are unable to see well in it but I almost continuously have people almost backing into me or driving into me. So just be cautious.
