Just bought a new Explorer at Boyer Ford in Bobcaygeon. Ryan Long was the salesman and he provided excellent advice and follow up as we awaited delivery of our new vehicle. He was always helpful and courteous as we worked through the procurement process.

On Aug. 25,2023 my wife an In were in updated her 2019 escape to a 2023 escape. We agreed on a model and got pricing which pushed us up an additional 50.00 per month in we made the commitment at the time what would be a stretch.
We were inform that it should not be a difficult find a vehicle in that configuration.
On sept 12 while my wife get a hip replacement, we received a email with the “Platinum” version of the escape (not the configuration we had agreed soon) Which would have run us 100.00 month more than her current payments.
Sept 13 we in formed Ryan Long what they were offering was not acceptable. Asked them to continue to search.
By the afternoon of the Sept 14, still had not heard anything from sales or Jamie Slack. I sent a letter using UCDA form letter by fax (this was request return of our deposit). Since no car was being offered that matched the description agreed soon.it seem that the fax did not get the attention that it deserved.
So this morning on Sept 15, I sent email to Doug McDougall with scanned as pdf attached.
I was extremely surprised when the Doug McDougall the General Manager decided to scold me the customer “ Using the Omvic form for deposit return is unnecessary as we return all deposits without question when a vehicle cannot be located”
Sad this sales department and it oversite is in poor hands.

My wife and I also have since learned that if we had purchased the “Platinum “ version of the Edge the first time that we mounted our Kayaks on the roof of that vehicle we would have voided the warranty for the panoramic window.
When trying to make the purchase we clearly informed them that it was an activity that we were planning of continuing. When her current vehicle was being evaluated for trade the kayak ‘J’’s were in the vehicle.
This continues to show how out touch the staff was with customer needs.

Kristie the service manager gave us 5 star service. Stranded in Bobcaygeon with an Audi it was the Ford dealership that rescued us. Dave drove me to get the rental car that they arranged.

After 6 months of lies and being brushed off by this service department ALL of our needed parts were purchased and installed by another Ford dealership within 3 weeks.

Excellent purchase experience with salesman Ryan Long and Boyer Ford/Lincoln in Bobcaygeon. We received an extremely fair offer on our trade in and a very fair price on our new 2022 Ford Edge Titanium. The dealer went above and beyond expectations to find the model, colour and options that we really wanted. We would highly recommend Boyer Ford/Lincoln for purchase of a new vehicle.

Just purchased a used vehicle from Boyer Ford Lincoln Bobcaygeon and could not be more satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Ryan Long was knowledgeable and allowed me to feel comfortable making my purchase and made sure it was exactly what I wanted! Will definitely be back for my future purchases!
