We have had both our daughters utilize Bozek for their braces and we have been very happy with the results. Everyone at Bozek is so lovely to deal with (especially Mary - she’s our fave!) and we never felt pressured or uninformed. We are very happy with our choice to use Bozek for our orthodontic needs and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Bozek/Milligan are simply the BEST! I just finished my invisalign treatment with them (ahead of schedule!) and I couldn't be happier with my new smile! The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable and all of their equipment is so new and high-tech. I cannot recommend them enough!

We could not be more satisfied with the service and care from Bozek orthodontics. Our child had extreme needs and they were most accommodating of her personal well-being. We had to start with tracks for her issues and when we changed course they provided her with Invisalign as it was her preference. It took us over 5 years to get to the end of our journey and Bozek was there for her the whole time. Our youngest is there now as we wouldn’t trust anyone else. The staff are always professional, kind and great about appointment reminders! It is an inclusive atmosphere where all are accepted and treated with respect.

I can’t say more great things about Bozek Orthodontics. When I originally came here I was very discouraged about the whole orthodontic treatment based on my conversations from other places. But since day one they have been so reassuring and detailed with their treatment plan from the beginning, middle and the end. The office itself and the people there create a very welcoming environment and are always happy to help especially since I’ve always felt that they put their patients needs first. Their attention to detail to make you feel like your getting the perfect smile makes you feel all the better and attended to. I can’t thank them enough for everything that they’ve done since I definitely can’t stop smiling. I can’t wait to see how my sister’s smile will come along when she finishes her treatment since she also has Invisalign based on how great Bozek is.

I just got my Invisalign off today after just under 2 years. The staff have been incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the entire experience. I have already recommended them to all of my friends who are thinking of getting Invisalign or braces. 10/10 in both experience and results. Thank you so much!

The work done is excellent like all dentists in the field.

However, pricing is very steep and the clinic doesn't provide much help on a better payment plan. They offer 3 payment plans (essentially 2) - one being pay upfront at a 4% discount and the other two are pay a downpayment with monthly instalments.

It's orthodontics covered under the orthodontist (dental) umbrella where many insurance companies don't cover. As an orthodontist - his pricing is governed by the Ontario Dental Association fee guide - which is a branch of dentistry. However during the consult, you are advised to do the work as not doing it would make the situation worse. Given that he is a Dentist and to 'prevent' it from getting worse he would not place this as preventative or even partial preventative when they themselves advised on doing it. When asked for clarification, the clinic commented openly 'that's insurance fraud and Dr. Bozek won't be doing such a thing' - something I didn't accuse them off.

So great dental work with no customer service - essentially you're only paying for the dental work and an above average waiting room than most dental offices.

I had Invisalign done at this location and I was extremely impressed with the customer service. All the team members are invested in the patients success. Making and rescheduling appointments is always easy and the staff is always friendly and kind. Would recommend this location every time I’m asked where I had my teeth done.

From start to finish, the experience with Bozek Orthodontics (and Invisalign) was flawless (and painless!), even considering Covid, restrictions, etc. Everyone was so professional, efficient, friendly and above all else, I'm so happy with the results of the treatment. Both offices (in Burlington and Waterdown) and both Dr. John and Dr. Mel were wonderful to deal with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and their services to others.

Booking appointments is easy (with options to go to Waterdown), the reminders are timely and the doctors and staff have always been friendly, helpful and positive. Each client is treated with care and Dr. Bozek's office offers many little things to help the orthodontic treatment go smoothly, all of which add up to create a very positive experience. My son is having his braces put on by Dr. Bozek and his team in August - I cannot say enough great things about this place! I was a patient at Dr. Bozek's over 10 years ago and just returned today to get a quick fix-up on my permanent retainer. Just like a decade ago, their service was fast and reliable, and their staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. I would totally recommend their services for both children and adults!

During COVID-19, they also had every necessary safety precaution in place (including a texting-based system to be let in the door, readily available hand sanitizer, face shields and masks for staff, etc.).
