Bracebridge Dental Care

Single handily the worst dental office I’ve ever been to. Never received such a poor cleaning and treatment in my entire life. I could understand if this was a one-off but this has happened three treatments in a row. No thanks. Oh and btw, this is the correct business.

Excellent hygienist, Dan, he is experienced, knowledgeable and does excellent work. Kalle at the front desk has been a huge help, she is pleasant and very easy to talk to and knows her job very well.

I was in the dental chair on time and my treatment was not rushed as the dentist explained everything as he went along. A very good experience and will return in the future.

Great group of professionals that take time to get to know your needs and accommodate your discomforts with all things related to someone poking around your mouth.
I had some orthodontist work needing to be done.it's hard to find anyone in Muskoka that tackles those things. The doc here was great - it's as If I never had an issue with my retainer.

Great, as always. My hygienist, Dan, is highly skilled and experienced. My gums are sensitive and I always feel relaxed as he works. I’ve been going to this office for 30 years and have had Dan as my hygienist for 25 years.

The moment you enter the doors. You’re greeted with a smile and welcomed. This morning I had an emergency and they squeezed me in. I was treated right away

Charged 75$ for missing a 10 min appointment to pick up my night guard when I didnt even see the dentist. Seems like money grabbers, I'd avoid, sometimes it's not always possible to give 24hrs notice if you're very sick

Very professional service by Dr. Mousavi and his team. Excellent explanation of issues, work required and methodology.

Front desk staff made the entry very comfortable. They were cheerfully welcoming and gave perfect guidance.
Dr. Mousavi shares pertinent information about the procedure and the reasoning behind it. Deidre, the dental assistant never missed a beat. She was very helpful and both ensured my comfort throughout.
