This place is a prime example of our failing healthcare system. This has been my registered doctors office since I was a child. I am not able to make appointments, i can only go in via walk in. They are only open until 1 pm. When Ive called to ask a question the line goes "currently unavailable try again later" and hangs up with no voicemail options. Any time i do get a hold of someone they are very blunt and sometimes rude. I have been having health issues for the last few months. I went in 4 times and was basically told to come back if its still bothering me in a couple weeks. Dr. Bawa saw me for less than 5 mins each time and practically rushed me out without doing any comprehensive assessment or tests. He also didn't seem to take any notes about the symptoms or issues I'm having. Sorry but I don't make a habit of going to a doctors, Ive been to the doctors more times this year than in the last decade, yet im being treated like a hypochondriac with nothing wrong. People need to prioritize their health but cant keep taking time out of their work days to be waste time in a waiting room then be told "just come back if its bothering you. " This place is solely looking to make money off of the healthcare system but do as little as possible for it's patients. I'm on a wait list to get another doctor but that could take years.
