Dr. Cohen strategically employed a group of fantastic team members. Everyone at Braces Haven is kind, well informed and very efficient. I particularly appreciate their consideration of time and their ability to be flexible. I hate waiting or being late, and whenever I visit, I am always seen promptly.

The clinic is well maintained and the facilities are always tidy during my visits. This is always a major PLUS in my book. I hate filthy establishments. Cleaniness or a lack thereof, says a lot about a person.

I am in the beginning stages of my journey with Invisalign but I have the uttermost confidence in Dr. Cohen and his ability to transform my smile.

Sindy is truly extraordinary and makes everyone feel welcome and at ease. She is the glue that keeps this fine place together!

I was so pleased with my child’s braces treatment that I decided to touch up my teeth Invisalign after 30 years of always having wanted to fix my smile but never got around to it. So worth it!

I first went to see my dentist for an invisalign consultation and she referred me to an orthodontist (Braces Haven) because the case was too complicated for her. Dr. Cohen specializes in complex Invisalign treatments and did an incredible job fixing my bite and straightening my teeth. Since I was a child I was told I would jaw surgery however Dr. Cohen worked his magic and saved me from surgery! Thank you, thank you!

An amazing addition to our community. This orthodontist office is unique in their approach and we are very happy we found them for our daughters braces!

My wife brought my son for an consultation and was told by the orthodontist at Braces Haven that he would need braces to fix his overbite and crowded teeth. I was a little hesitant so I scheduled a sit down with Dr. Cohen and he answered all my questions is a very professional and logical way. We are now half way through his orthodontic treatment and are very pleased with the results. The office also has great hours for those who work or don’t want their kids to miss too much school.

Congrats on winning the Faces awards for Ottawa’s favourite office! You guys totally deserve it. I tell everyone who is thinking about braces to go to you after how well you treated my daughter!

They go the extra mile to find a plan that works for you. The first place I went to wouldn’t accept less than a $2000 (!) down payment, which was more than I could do. Braces Haven allowed us to put down about half that. We are very pleased here!

I can’t praise Braces Haven enough. I had called several offices which all wanted to charge between $50 to $80 for the initial consultation. At Braces Haven, the initial consultation was completely FREE of charge. Dr. Cohen was very professional and caring. He explained what was needed and why it was important to fix my daughter’s overbite. I found the initial process very logical and easy. Even my daughter left with a huge smile on her face. A few weeks later she got her braces on and the hygienist made the whole appointment a breeze. Thank you so much!

Very impressed! They have this very cool machine that scans your teeth and makes a 3D image. It was very neat and also replaces the need to take those awful impressions that make you gag. They also work with you to find a payment plan, I was able to get a low down payment which I really appreciated. I recommend them to my family and friends all the time.

I came to Braces Haven based on the advice of my dental hygienist, so happy I did. The staff is great! I’ve had a lot of dental issues over the years and a few fears as well. The location is bright and welcoming, and did I mention the staff is great? ! Dr. Cohen patiently answered all of my questions and when I had more questions he returned and took the time to answer and explain everything. My smile is looking GORGEOUS, I could not be happier!

I loved his honest opinion. My dentist said I should do Invisalign but I had doubts it would work so I went to see Dr. Cohen. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me why he thought I would be happier with braces to fix my crooked teeth. Although I was not keen on braces at my age, I didn’t want to waste time and money. Only 10 months later and I’m almost done my treatment, my braces are going to be removed in 6 weeks and it was absolutely the right decision. I’m glad I took his advice.

The “free full exam” is a marketing gimmick. They show you around the office, the doctor then looks at your mouth for exactly 1 minute and tells you you will need braces (duh that’s why we are here). However, to get a treatment plan, cost estimate, etc.they tell you to come back for a full assessment for 250$. That is substantially higher than a similar service elsewhere, so you’ll end up paying more. I don’t think that’s how you start the relationship with the client.

I got my braces done here last month, and the service was truly exceptional. Braces Haven continues to be one of the leading Orthodontist here in the city of Ottawa. Thank you for the top-of-the-line work.
