They raised my rent by 23% after a year. Had to move as it was an almost $500 monthly increase. My window cracked one day unexpectedly, and they did not fix it for 8 months even after repeated emails, did not feel safe in my own apartment. They don’t care about tenants just about money.

Just over a year ago a realtor named Irene had helped my partner and I find our place, she was the most professional and knowledgeable she saw what we needed and went above and beyond we moved into the woods worth and it is absolutely amazing 0 complaints. Irene valmas is the best real estate agent ever!

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of working with David Borenstein as our realtor when we were looking for a new apartment. David went above and beyond when vetting units based on our requirements, had all of the unit and associated cost information on hand, provided very quick responses, and also booked additional apartment viewings (units we weren't aware of) that aligned with our criteria when meeting him. 10/10, great service & would highly recommend.

Deniz Arabi is best real estate agent I ever met till now. She is amazing.she understood my requirement, what type of apartment I need and in which area. She come up with plenty of options to showed me different apartments and we could finalize one apartment within 4 days. She is very confident and strong and takes care of her customers all needs and make sure customer is happy. My daughter loves her. Brad can't be trusted to ensure the basic safety & security of his own tenants and rental properties, do you really want him handling your investment properties? Beyond property damage his negligence is deadly, he fails to comply with even the most basic legal obligations in his buildings such as carbon monoxide detectors.

I've been working with the Lamb team on my investments for the past two years and they are FANTASTIC. My realtor is Michele Pedro and she helped me purchase my first condo (new development) and Brad worked with me to make sure it was the right fit as well.

I'll have my new unit in the next two years, and I'm already saving to invest in the next project. I never thought as a single woman, working in Toronto that I would ever be able to afford property, but here I am.

I was searching for a condo in the city. I have lived and invested in many cities and worked with many brokerage firms over the course of my life. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism displayed and the blatant lies told to me by the staff. Never have I got the negative feelings from a professional office that I received from here. Careful in giving sensitive personal information if you value professionalism.

I take writing negative reviews very seriously as I understand the potential negative impact it’ll have on the brand/business owners. Unfortunately, I’ve waited long enough and still feel responsible to write this piece as a public service announcement. Avoid Brad Lamb at all cost, both as a builder and realtor. I’ve had the unfortunate events of dealing with both sides and the lack of integrity in their business model is appalling. I was bullied, lied to, and ultimately delivered a less than average unit from this builder. The product wasn’t what they have promised, and it has some health and safety issues hidden during PDI. It wasn’t just one person (Brad), but there’s this culture of lying and being deceitful with his team. You are warned here. That’s the best I can do to prevent future victims.

Horrible experience with Agent Parshan Kabiri, he usually can not fulfill his promise. He confirmed with us to send the condo list immediately, and to view those condos next day several times, but he kept postpone the viewing schedules, we only got to view condos once a week at most.

Working with Simona was amazing, she was always responsive about what I was looking for and was able to respond quickly to all my questions. Since this was my first time finding an apartment on my own, she was great at taking me through it step by step. Love my new place!

I worked with Simona Stallone to find a condo, and she was the BEST agent! She went above and beyond to find me exactly what I wanted. I fell in love with a unit that did not come with a parking spot, and she called every unit in the building to secure me a parking spot to rent before I signed. Dave Hutch was a godsend. We found ourselves in a tough but not unusual situation, we had a contract with an agent who was supposed to both sell our place and help us purchase a new one. We ended up purchasing with this agent prior to selling, and we had a far closing (over 3 months). Our old agent just could not sell our place, while units were selling in our building ours was not. We had low-ball offers. We decided to finally fire our agent and look for someone better. Along came Dave, we told him our concerns and that we were now 5 weeks away from our closing, the pressure was on! Dave met us on Christmas eve, he came in with a game plan, he told us how he would market the home and steps he’ll take to sell it. Dave listed the home on Dec 28th, within days we had an abundance of showings. Within 8 days the home was sold, (we had multiple offers!) Dave thank you so much you were a pleasure to work with, we will definitely recommend you to our friends/family. We learnt our lesson, tons of people might say they work in real estate, but there is only a few real producers/movers. Dave was one of them.

I have been a client of Craig Emond’s since 2004 and he has sold several home for me, and my Mother since, as well as represented on several buys. He has also in the past taken the wheelhouse and moved me away from 2 projects he felt would be a poor fit one in 2010, and a house in the east end that I bought against his advice which turned out to be more work than I bargained for, thus Craig opting for integrity over sale. Very recently we viewed a home. Craig pulled the inspection report without my request, read it and advised me to review it carefully firstly after I said I was prepared to go over asking aggressively on a home. It was filled with red flags. The house felt right to me and I was prepared to press forward after a soft read of the report. Craig likely saved me my life savings in repairs.

When buying a house, Roman Monaenkov, our realtor, was extremely patient and guided us in the best manner possible. His professionalism was amazing and great. We owe him a lot. Thank you @Roman for helping us find our forever home!

5 stars for Roman Monaenkov. My first time both looking to rent a place as well as working with a realtor, he patiently walked me through the process answering any questions along the way. Great on a personal and processional level.

Horrible customer service. He has a irish receptionist that was disrespectful when asked for help, did not pass on messages or follow up on needs, and when confronted, hung up the phone on writer then called back numerous times (call was not answered).
This realtor has lisitngs in Ottawa but is unavaialble by phone, but his "clerks" seem unsure of how to reach him or how to answer questions. Took 4 phone calls and still no information provided about his lisitng.
HORRIBLE SERVICE

We have been working with Dave Hutchinson since May and my girlfriend and i have nothing but incredibly positive things to say. Not even a sliver of negatively or bad words about this man.

Since covid, the world stopped and a lot of people were put in the worst and most stressful spots of their life. Being jobless and in bad living situations. Unable to see friends and family.

Landlords were being.cautious and unique, to say the least.and we were rejected over and over and over because of our professions and fear of a 2nd wave, regardless of savings of 50,000, my partner being a business owner of a tattoo shop and near perfect credit score.

Instead of giving up and saying he couldn't help, he tried even harder and was there in everyway.
He worked over time and went out of his way to make sure we weren't getting exploited and taken advantage of in a desperate time.
He was 100% honest, upfront, and transparent the entire time.
Taking us all over the city and putting his name on the line to be in our corner.
If you get the chance to have him in your corner, you won't regret it and you will be the luckiest person having someone that will have your best interest and back the entire time.
Hes a gem and we are so grateful we had Dave as our realtor.
We felt so guilty for 4 months of rejections but he always made sure to reassure that it wasn't us and that he was on our side. He was sympathetic to the situation.

We thank Dave Hutchinson for all he's done and who he is as a person. I highly recommend him in every way. Buying a house or renting. He should be the one you ask for when contacting the agency.

Had a terrible experience working with Beth O' Donoghue of Brad J Realty. Beth was responsive initially but she almost disappeared after the lease agreement was signed. It was so hard to get in touch with her, I was constantly given this impression that this is a very tiny deal for her and that she was busy with other showings, but as a client, I ran into multiple challenges with the move and Beth just wasn’t willing and available to help out.

I would like to share my positive experience working with Elena Safonova. She is an astute agent that worked very hard to make sure we found the right place to lease. She is now helping us with our first purchase. She is easy to communicate with, keeps us informed and always answers our phone calls. We were very pleased by her services and would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the city. All the best!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Horrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. Krystal Bedard was handling my application and instead of informing me that there were other applications and there was a potential that I would not get the place, she told me all that needed to be done was a credit check and then she would send over the lease. Instead, she did not communicate with me for days and got back to me the evening before move in to let me know that they decided to go with someone else. I had also previously informed her that I needed to make sure that I have a place lined up because I have surgery next week. She was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional with how she handled this situation. When I tried to ask her to who worked for, she said she is the manager and that there is no one above her to speak to. Some further digging revealed that she works for this company and obviously has a superior who I could speak to. I am completely disappointed with this experience and if the entire corporation is conducting business in this fashion, I advise you to avoid them.

Been renting in the city for the last 10 years.
I unfortunately rented a unit from these guys and when I needed to put in my 2 months notice (totally normal and legal to do) their agent called me in the most unprofessional manner. Threatening me. Talking like he’s a collector or some mafia don.
These guys realtors ego is way out of line and out of touch with reality.

I had the pleasure of Roman Monaenkov great service. From looking and purchasing a new condo in The city of toronto on 2015, and now its 2019 and keep in touch between that time and giving updates on the building progress, he was there on pre inspection, lawyer appointments, and Renting the place. We got a rental offer in 10 days. Screen and checked credentials of applicant. And he was there till the day that tenant moved in. Thxz Roman Monaenkov for your great service.

As a first time home buyer, like a deer in headlights, my realtor Roman Monaenkov took me by the hand and walked me through all the steps of this intimidating process. With his knowledge of negotiation, the real estate market and willingness to go out of his way to answer my questions - asking locals about the area, common issues to look for in a home that age, I could rest assured that I was in good hands.

After travelling literally hundred's of km's together, I bought my first home.

They advertised selling lockers of Urban Corp (who went bust and they had to sell) in our condo building. It was like: lockers for sale for 2500$ a piece. Numerous inquiries about the size of lockers (they come in different sizes) and its location went basically unanswered by their staff (Claudia Beca) who ignored half of emails before directing us to Urban Corp's Ryan Sengara, who, in his turn, first promised to send 'his men to measure lockers' - before going quickly incommunicado. It can not be professional to sell something you know nothing about. Time wasters.

I have been living one of their building in Ottawa (Gotham) for about 6 months and we still have yet to have simple repairs done such as a broken fridge handle, broken door latch, broken closet door and the list goes on. What is even more mind boggling, is that we were the first tennants to ever live our unit. Thankfully we did not purchase the unit which seem to be our saving grace. However, we have to deal with JLamb reality for our repairs and that has been a living nightmare. We pay a hefty rent for a premium unit which is literally falling apart in our hand (Freezer handle). Ever since our move in date we have tried to contact our building manager and nothing is being done. We have sent countless emails and called numerous times only to be treated extremely poorly. The receptionist is extremely rude and has zero empathy and was unwilling to provide her name for us to do a follow up. At this point, I want to share this nightmare of a situation with all potential buyers and tennants. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. We are now in the process of communicating with the Landlord and tenant board to get us out of this lease agreement.

Down right unethical how they function. They rather sell the best units to their friends and not give a fair chance to other bidders.

Their agent have violated Ontario tenancy act, and the attitude of the reception was not good
