I'm always Happy to see everyone at Bradford Dental.wether it be for my Kids appts or even my own, I love seeing all the pictures and statues that have been collected over the years. It's not about which celebrity the DR knows.it's more like which celebrity knows the DR? !? !

Had a wonderful first time experience here. Susan was very friendly and took her time to greet me in properly and have me set up. Doctor Mona did a great job with my chipped tooth and made it look like it was never damaged. Amazing experience

I've been to many a dentist. By far. Bar none. Dr Chai is top of the list for my family and I.

My daughter got her wisdom tooth removed a year ago and until today she can’t feel one side of her tongue from the numbing that was used. When we notified the dentist they didn’t take it seriously at all. Very disappointing!

Very prompt & great service. Only complaint is that I purchased the Hygiene Pool for $450 however there is no breakdown of what that service provides listed on the receipt.

Such a friendly & warm environment. The staff was very knowledgeable and the Dentist took his time to explain things in great detail. The best experience I’ve ever had and would strongly recommend this location to others.

Friendly dentist and hygienists. Really fun place for the kids with the themed rooms and many character statues from comic books and movies. First time we entered we knew it was going to be a great experience and haven't been disappointed!

This was our first experience at this office and it was excellent! I would recommend this office to anyone. Excellent office staff, each and every one! Dr. Chai is lovely. You should try this office if you have not yet. You will love it!

We love Dr. Chai and the whole team. My kids never ever complain about going to the dentist with a marvel and LOTR room. I have an extreme fear and they go out of their way to be compassionate and make sure I am comfortable. Their admin team are efficient and direct bill is never an issue. Thanks so much for providing consistent, excellent care for our family of 5 for close to 7 years now!

I have been going to Dr Chai for 8 years. Previously I had been with a dentist for 33 years and never thought i would be able to find another as good as him. Then i found Dr Chai. Everyone in the practice are very professional, kind and great at whatever they do. Dr Chai is a wonderful dentist who is very gentle while working in your mouth and a very caring person. I Couldn't ask for a better dentist.

My experience with Bradford Family Dentistry has been great. The staff always greets you with a smile and makes you feel right at home with the nicely decorated rooms from Star Wars to Disney characters. Every hygienist I had always made sure I was very comfortable and asks of any concerns I might have. I find the hygienist are very thorough in their job. I am very pleased with the Bradford Family Dentistry team!

Dr. Chai and his team are the best there is!
I have been a patient for some time now and even though we have moved 4hrs away we still travel back every three to 6 months because we trust him and his team that much.
Our son whom is 2 has also recently become a patient and they are amazing with him and made the dentist experience one that is truly joyful.

Last year, I became a new resident of Bradford and was looking for a new dentist clinic. My previous dental clinic had looked after me since I was 6 years old, and they had grown to become my family. I was looking for the same kind of warm, loving, and honest clinic.

My husband had found this clinic, as I was very busy with a newborn, and I can't say enough how amazing Bradford Family Dental Clinic is! They remember what I do for work, how old my daughter is, ask me about my life/day, and even message me on my birthday. They go and beyond, not because they have to, but because they want to!

I have had 3 cleanings now, each with a different hygienist, and honestly all have blown me away.

Thank you thank you thank you for standing out! Can't wait to bring my daughter here:)

I was treated very well here. They give very good advice, recommendations on good dental treatment, and are very professional. They take good measures against covid and they make you feel comfortable throughout your stay. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I went to Bradford Family Dentistry today for the first time to get my cleaning. My daughter had went a couple times and she had really great experience every time, so she told me to go. All I have to say is, she was right. The team is so kind, respectful, and informative on what I needed in terms of my insurance and my dental needs. Brittney was the hygienist who did my cleaning and she was gentle and very friendly and took her time to explain the process. Overall, it was a great experience and I will continue to go here for all my dental needs!

I've been going to Bradford Family Dentistry for over 10 years now. Besides cleanings I've gotten crowns, root canals and I trust them completely. Everyone there is very professional, friendly and I've never had a bad experience. Even after moving to Toronto I still consider them my only Dentist and go regularly.

When the receptionist literally sits on the phone and tells you because you're an ODSP client, they do not accept you because they don't want to do the paperwork! You'd be fired thanks to my business management!

I personally love the Lord of the Rings office. Also, everyone there is great. I never thought I would say this, but. I had fun visiting the dentist. 10/10 would recommend.

I just moved to Bradford and needed a new dentist. I was able to get in quickly and was amazed with how fast and friendly this clinic is. Jen was amazing and made the experience great. Dr. Chai was amazing and super friendly.

THE PLACE TO GO!

I have had the pleasure of meeting a few different hygienists after a few visits to this office, each visit being just as enjoyable as the last. All staff members that I have interacted with here have been kind, patient and welcoming.which allows for such a cozy atmosphere! As someone who just recently moved to Bradford, it was great to walk into such an establishment and feeling welcome instead of intimidated or anxious. I was very lucky to have Suada at my last visit and she gave me the inside scoop on the city and all the best dining spots!

Dr. Chai is amazing when answering questions and/or finding different ways to explain the answer if there's any confusion.a real HERO of his own! I truly have never felt more comfortable in a dentist chair.

I can't wait for my next visit!:)

I have Suada as my dental hygienist ever time i go there, she’s wonderful. I don’t particularly like the dentist but this place is nice.

I can't recommend Bradford Family Dentistry highly enough. I was patient here when I was young, but my parents switched our family to another practice. As an adult I switched back and I'm so glad I did. Just enter the office once and you will be convinced how seriously Dr. Chai and his team take the "patient experience". I go as often as my insurance will let me which is currently 4 times a year.

I am very loyal to my dental hygienist, Suada, and I'm certain that without her I would be lost. I recommend her just as highly as I recommend the practice and Dr. Chai himself.

Have been with BFD for decades now and can't imagine going anywhere else. Suada is amazing - she makes appointments easy and stress free. Dr. Chai, Alice and co.make a sincere effort to get to know patients and ensure our health and happiness across multiple domains! Emphasis on the FAMILY in Bradford Family Dentistry!

The dentist that I had for my entire life retired so I was on a mission to find a new dentist who was professional and trustworthy. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Chai so I gave him a try and was so happy that I did. The experience as a new client was amazing and the technology that they have at the office to show you what you can't see was impressive. They made the process easy by handling all paperwork and coordinating my benefits. I also brought my son for his first dentist visit and they treated him like a little prince. I was worried he would have a hard time but he had such a good time that he told me he couldn't wait to go back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for me and my son. I'm happy to know we have a trustworthy place to go now.

Had just a regular cleaning today and the technology used, along with the great staff, made it the most comfortable and relax of experience I’ve ever had. Very little scraping and so quick. My hygienist was exceptionally encouraging!

Great office for anyone who feels anxious visiting dentists. As much as no one likes to go to the dentist, the environment and friendly staff at Bradford Family Dentistry, made my visit a pleasant one.

My husband enjoyed every visit! Staff is super friendly. However, since they don't work Fridays and the latest appointment is at 5pm it was hard to book those appointments and we decided to change dentist.

I had my first appointment with Bradford Family Dentistry clinic and honestly, they gave me a lot of info on my teeth, TMJ problems, and answered my questions. They gave a clear concise solution that relieved my anxiety and worries. Went to several dentists and most of them didn’t have the experience/certifications or wouldn’t want to help me. I recommend them and I’ll also come back to get it fully fixed. They have amazing dentists, staffs and support systems on place!

I had such an amazing experience here that I will not be going back to my previous dentist. The service is amazing, they are so knowledgeable, technologically advanced, friendly, professional and wow they decor and rooms make me excited to go there. I feel like a kid again. Meaghan is my hygienist and she takes the time to explain everything she is doing and the science behind it to me. She is amazing!
Dr. Chai is also fantastic and the ladies in the reception. Plus so awesome to be able to watch movies and be surrounded by so much pop culture while getting my teeth fixed.

It was good until I actually had work done at this place. I was with my previous dentist for 8 years without needing anything but cleanings and switched to Bradford family dentistry and all of a sudden needed an extreme amount of work. Stopped going after things went wrong. What a big mistake letting this dentist touch my teeth

Always an amazing customer experience. My hygienist, Suada is fantastic! She really listens and takes my concerns into consideration i.e. Traditional tools vs.the cavitron. Dr. Chai is a wonderful dentists. He's not an alarmist and he's very friendly. His staff always call post a procedure (the next day) to check in on their patients. He has very modern technology for radiography, appliances and even appointment keeping. They also keep patients up to speed with s newsletter and YouTube videos. His patient rooms are kid and adult friendly. When I switched over to him on the recommendation of a family friend, I couldn't have been happier He has great COVID protocols in place and I always feel safe when I'm inside the patient rooms or the main office.
