Beautifully Decorated Christmas Trees! The place I go to for florals and picks for my Christmas tree! Extremely helpful and friendly staff who are always available to help.

I came to this place very often, most of time enjoyed the trip. My husband said I spent too much time and money here. But recently I started to notice the staffs aren’t trained, the managers at the check out is always RUDE. They have points program, as a member of the program they never mentioned it on my checkout, I probably gave away money I wouldn’t know. I caught them a few times didn’t apply store promotion discount to my purchase. They do have car protection sheets, but they NEVER offer unless I asked.

Today, I spent almost 200$ on Christmas arrangements, I actually had hard time to move my shopping cart at checkout, of cause there was no body offered help. And as usual I had to ask for the plastic sheets. On the way out, I took a piece of flower wrapping paper wanted wrap some of the pine branches and put on the back seat, but I got stopped by the manager! She snapped the paper from my hand and said, NO, you can’t take this! … I was in a shock by her reaction, felt I was accused of stealing. I wonder if I was a white women will she react the same? !

Nursery trips are like a therapy for me, enjoy browsing the plants, for shopping experience like this? ! It ruined my day.

I will choose somewhere else to spend my time and money with a better experience.

Wow, what a place! Beautifully decorated for Christmas and reasonable prices. Lovely displays and great selection of women's clothing at reasonable prices too!

Got scammed!
Bought 6 bamboos and found that I got overcharged $0.5 for each of them.
No one explained to me why there was $0.5 more than the price tag.
We were in a rush to leave and only found it when we got home.

One of the largest Greenhouse in Bradford.
Lots of home decorating ideas and outdoor furniture including pots and plants.
Very dedicated and hard working staff on duty to serve you.
Make sure you have enough time to get through the whole store.
Let me share with you how they organized this beautiful Greenhouse.

Nice nursery with various options… catch them on sale with 37%off…. Air plant for $3.99 good price! Been looking for staghorn fern for a while and they have it! Whale fin.mini monstera.boxwood.you name it! Totally suggested to visit!

Customer service absolutely sucks call 4 time trying to order plants no answer at all walk-in and there all standing around talking and joking definitely won't be back here looks good on the manager as well train your staff better.

Many pots or sections were unlabeled. When some of the staff were friendly, others were not.

When I retire in 5 years the first place I’m going to apply at is Bradford Greenhouse. The staff always seem happy and cheerful. Being around all the beautiful plants and flowers must have something to do with it? I always look forward to my annual spring trip to pick up seeds and supplies.

Lots to see, but that day didn't have enough time. The plants I bought exceptional quality and what I look for is lots of roots. Variety is amazing, staff were friendly and helpful.

I love this place and it’s my go to buy whatever I need for my garden, today I went and didn’t have my point card and was told that I couldn’t accumulate my points as I did not have my card and that this policy was in place as there has been fraudulent activity. I totally understand this but believe the policy should be amended to allow customers to be able to use their phone number to accumulate their points but should need to have their card in order to redeem points. Just my two cents as I don’t feel that this is a fair policy

Really fun store to walk around in. Awesome selection of house decor, yard accessories and plants.
Around the holidays, they have absolutely beautiful displays.
4 stars only because the prices sometimes make me raise an eyebrow. Not on everything, they're mostly competitive, but some things are a little high compared to other local options.

It is one of the best gardening centers to go for shopping.
They have a huge variety of annuals and perennials.
The price is also great, with a great quality.
Also it is a good option for buying patio's furniture and decorations.
The only thing they could improve is to offer more variety of herbs. They have a small area for the herbs with just few options.
But it is still a great place to go for gardening projects.

Absolutely love this place. It's quite a distance for me but their plants are always in such great condition for even better prices that I like to make a bit of a road trip on days I want to visit.

Pricing on hanging basket a big misleading you need to buy 5 to get the sale price bring your reading glasses for the fine print.

Always a great place to pickup plant material, this trip was for Fir and Pine boughs to decorate the planters at home. One step closer to the Christmas season.

One of the best greenhouses in simcoe. When I lived in the city I used to always drive here. Now I live closer so it's a joy to go here. Prices are so reasonable and have the best variety. It's huge can't compare it to any other green house. Worth the drive if your coming from the city. Check them out.

Grand collection of annuals and perennials at a great price. And most importantly, unlike a big box retail store, the people who work here know about plants.

Pre-covid: great selection of plants, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Organized and clean.
During Covid-19: placed my order online and selected curbside pick-up. Ordering was super easy, and my order was ready for pick-up earlier than scheduled, which was great! Staff were amazing and so helpful, over the phone and at pick-up. Definitely recommend!

I never seen a huge place and very organized and beautiful like this place, once u go in u never wanna go out, huge collection of trees and flowers and even fake flowers looks even better than the real one, thanks for the owner to build such a place, highly recommended. Wow

Too crowded. Over priced poor quality plants. Staffed with teenagers who have no plant knowledge. I'll never go back.

This place is massive. Definitely the biggest nursery that I've been to. They have everything. We were primarily interested in perrenials that grows well in very sunny settings. One of the workers, Sam, was very patient with us and made good recommendations. We walked away with 6 plants and flowers. We will certainly be back for more.

You would be hard pressed to not find the plant, bush or tree you are looking for. Wonderful selection! Get there early though to avoid a lengthy wait in line outdoors as access is restricted due to Covid.

Huge selection of top quality plants. Only complaint is that the hours are horrible. Got there 20 minutes before the 9: 00 a.m. Opening on Monday (mid-May) and there were already over 100 people waiting in line to get in. I turned around and went straight back home. No plants for me today. I wish hours in May would be 6: 00 a.m. To 10: 00 p.m. Especially during covid.

It seems I've (we've) been on a country tour of these venues for the past few months. Another city, another eye appealing experience.

Plenty of parking. It was worth the drive to this greenhouse operation.

Big line, management doing nothing to have proper fisical distance, low pandemic preparation. Everything VERY expensive.

Poor customer service. They would rather lose money/business than make a delivery literally 8mins away because they're "not going that way today". What a poor excuse.

Very large greenhouse, home decor, garden centre all under one roof. Great place to go all year round. Not as busy in the winter time, but feels like spring to walk around inside this place.

I had the most uncomfortable experience at this place bought some cedar plants but they refused to take them back the plants were half dead it was obvious. Whould not shop there again.

I love going around the whole store, and would spent $1,000 many times over. Beautiful plants, garden art and comfy patio sets.

I bought a basil plant here a day or 2 ago, and it was infested with mites. I dont know if it has infested my other plants, but I'm not really thrilled about it.
Fair warning to future plant buyers, especially those wanting an herb, make sure it isnt infested, because it probably is by the looks of mine.

Out of the two stores, this one is my favourite. It's got great selection and knowledgable staff, I also like the variety better. Not just plants but there are huge seasonal selections for every holiday, wildlife feed, clothing and gifts. They hold great end of season sales too.

Beautiful entrance.a lot of looking around to find stuff.but it has the best products. Well maintained.prices are up there but there is over head.

I visited Bradford Greenhouses a couple of years ago as I was looking for a burning brush for my backyard. I purchased one and let me tell you this thing thrived. It grew and grew until it became the focal point of my back yard. I loved that it was absolutely stunning when the leaves turned various shades of red. Yes we purchased many other items there over the years, never had an issue with any purchase. Great people on site to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable. This is a busy place at times, and rightly so, they have established themselves, they have a good name, and have earned it.

Good quality merchandise from plants to garden furniture. Pricy but good value. Staff helpful and knowledgable. Best grass seed i have ever used.

Great price and quality! The staffs are super helpful and friendly. I had several staffs ask me if I needed help, which I really appreciated. I typically have to go chasing the staff at other places to ask a question. Wish I had discovered this place sooner! Can’t wait to come back for fall and Christmas!

I could literally spend the entire day here. So much to see and buy. From the gorgeous outdoor furniture displays, to boutique and all the beautiful plants. Well educated staff.and plenty of them around to help. Keep up the great work Bradford Greenhouses!
