I have had several plumbers from this company and each have been professional, respectful and provided wonderful service. Last week Friday Kirk V came out and did exceptional work. He fixed kitchen sink pipes and did such a beautiful job, I have been telling friends and family and now strangers about his work, and I have showing before and after pictures because this work is that beautiful. If you want plumbers that you can trust, go with those from Brady and Seidner where you will have professionalism from the first call to the service at your home.

My HVAC unit wasnt cooling. They came over and fiddled for two hours and fixed nothing. Said they had to replace a part. I had to follow up two weeks later for the quote they promised. Cost $378. They included a $90 vehicle charge.

While I was waiting for them to send me another quote, I called another HVAC specialist who fixed it in 30 minutes and charged me around $190.

They sent me a bill two months after the service call. I agreed to pay half. Then they called me and said they had explained the charges beforehand (I dont remember due to the time between calling and billing). And then went ahead and charged my credit card for the remainder anyway.

Absolute rip off.

I have never used your services in the past but I would like to tell people about an incident that happened to me and my wife earlier today. We had a flat tire on the QEW in the afternoon on the way back from a doctor's visit. After 7 years with our Audi, we had never had a flat tire and didn't have a clue how to even put the jack together even after over 30 minutes of trying. 2 ladies stopped and offered to call CAA but found out they couldn't use their membership for someone else. We were completely helpless and could not afford to call a tow truck. Then a truck stopped in front of our car, one of your trucks, and this gentleman called Bradley comes out and spends over an hour fixing our problem and getting us back on the road. There are angels and good Samaritans in this world and we just met one of them. Thanks Bradley! We will remember you.

I had a fantastic experience today with a member of the Brady & Seidner team. Very honest and quick service. This is the second time I've used their services and I'll certainly be using them again. Thank for the great customer service.

My initial quote was doubled when I was invoiced. I was told $90+HST but it ended up being $165+HST. Also, they add a "vehicle charge", which they do not mention prior to arrival. Poor business ethics overall.

Two stars because the repair was done. The technician could not advise what the charge would be and spent more time than needed (at least 30 minutes). No rate included on the work order. The invoice took 2 months to receive for a small residential job. Apology offered once company contacted but nothing else. Will look elsewhere for service in the future.

Amazing service and great staff. Arrived exactly when they said they would. Took their lunch break and got back exactly when they said they would. Finished the work on time. I had an issue with the unit installed - NOT their fault, and they came and fixed it the same day I called. Truly professional. I will recommend them to everyone in the condo.

I was pleased that Calvin did a diagnostic on my heat pump and determined that it was a faulty thermostat, which he replaced efficiently. He was polite and pleasant and would recommend your company to my friends. Thank you.

Fantastic Service and cooperation from the plumbing department. I had three different companies out to the site to quote on repairs. All the solutions presented were both disruptive and costly. Brady and Seidner fixed the problem quickly and effectively. The only maintenance company I will call going forwards.
