Brutal, I drove from Barrhaven to this location as a friend said these jokers might have what I needed to repair a piece of equipment in my Gym. I only needed 2 hardened bolts and a couple of washers. They wouldn't sell them to me unless I spent a minimum $25. I didn't ask them to deliver small Pizza 30 minutes away! I was standing in front of the guy at the counter with no other customers in the store. Seriously idiotic policy guys, the owners or Corporate should be ashamed of this. But judging from all the other reviews I doubt it.
