Male Indian driver on Thursday November 2nd at 9: 30pm (night shift) Route 12 was il passing up to 3 stops afer the person ring the stop bell, unacceptable, was extremely rude and unprofessional, customers pay for services and deserve respect too

Worse service provided by the transit charging alot from people for their own benfits but zero benfit for people 4 to 5 busses come on same route for NOT IN SERVICE at same time for regular running bus and the regular running bus is so called BUS FULL. Also if we contact customer service they cannot even give us logical answer If their services are going to get better from september what about the ongoing month stop charging people for no reason if you cannot provide better services.

Plenty of buses run all over the Brampton from this place so that you can find your way easily. Also, there is a huge mall behind this terminal to spend some time and eat food.

See I like the terminal but bro Ong the busses don't show up like they're no where to be found and if they do show up like 50 mins late

Pedestrian travel around BBC mall, let's face it, sucks. The facilities are clean, safe, well maintained but functionally disconnected from the mall. Access with cars zooming around giant parking lots is less then ideal

Brampton Transit must be one of the worst run public transit systems in the GTA, I have been waiting to get a bus for literally An hour. 5 busses passed by full, and that amount of people is not out of the ordinary for rush hour. This is completely unacceptable and whoever is making the decision around routes and number of busses should be fired.
As I type this I finally got on the 6th bus that came along and the next stop he was unable to let people on. Brampton Transit packs us on like sardines and expects people to pay for "service". They should try providing a reliable service first.

As far as bus terminals this one isn't that great but system as a whole isn't that great so it is what it is. It's more like a mass bus stop with washrooms etc.

Please run more buses on dixie street. People are suffering from so many problem in Morning time everyone have a job. All buses are full everytime. People have to wait 45 minutes for the bus. I request u guys please run more buses. Thanks
