Always 1-2 hr wait times. Just come here coz the doc is really good. But mahn the wait times are longgggg!

So much unprofessional staff. Even for getting simple blood test results they made us wait for 3 days. Other doctor will come in afternoon and other reasons.

Why do you guys even bother having phones if all you do is keep it on hold plus the doctor misdiagnosed me delaying my report. That female doctor needs to changer her attitude

Very helpful, took me when no other clinic would. I appreciate the help. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable too.

Dr. Francis is a great doctor. Wait times can be excessive on busy days but that's with any clinic. Wait times are usually long if you are walk in on a busy day as scheduled patients take priority. She is our family doctor and we have never felt rushed. She takes her time, listens and provides great medical advice. She has given us better advice than some of the specialists we have gone to.

The receptionist said it be a half hour wait after an HOUR and 10 minutes I was still waiting. They kept calling people that came in way after me. Receptionist said I would be next after an additional 20 mins she call another person waiting. I finally just left horrible experience don't bother going there. They are incredibly rude!

Terrible service. Waiting time is horrendous. And doctors are always rushed and don’t seem to care about your issues as a patient. Not impressed.
