When it comes to pharmacies, medication is pretty much the same everywhere. So what separate one from the other is professionalism, kindness and respect. And it comes to that, this pharmacy on Lisa St is second to none. The staff is really super super nice, especially Anou and the owner. They always throw a bit of humour in the conversation while remaining very professional. And you’re not just a number trying to fill a prescription, they genuinely care about what you’re going through. After 37 years in Canada, this is the best pharmacy I ever dealt with.

My partner and I came here immediately after getting discharged from the hospital after painful spine surgery, and the pharmacist here noticed a mistake in my prescription, and went above and beyond to help track down and communicate with the doctor who made the error, even got him on the phone, and helped me get my prescription corrected.
