Went for an estimate Mon. Nov. 7. Was told he'd email an estimate in 1 - 2 days. Nothing since. Now Nov. 22nd. If you don't have insurance don't waste your time. That was the first question they asked.

I was dealing Lauren and she was fantastic in fixing my 2008 Ram 1500 a few months ago, not to forget all the team player that work on this vehicle - they fixed the dents/front end and painted it perfectly, they turned it around as fast as possible. Highly recommend for any repairs/paint job. I have my Q7 2008 in for the front repair work due an accident.cant waiting to see the final results. Thank you

My car needed some major body repairs because of a car accident. I dealt with Rui and team and they always kept in contact and gave me updates of what was happening and were a pleasure to talk to. The car looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier.

Aug 2022 – dropped off my VW Atlas at Bramgate Collision on (Queen St.) for a warranty tail gate replacement, which was scheduled to take up to three days, Peter Shiwram handled most of my claim and have to say he is a Above & Beyond VW employee! Car was done early and on the pickup day I didn’t have a ride back until the evening and Peter offered a courtesy pickup by a friendly VW employee (we had good chat about travel and the Bahamas). New tail gate looked great and they even buffed out a scratch/ding on a exterior door panel, overall the car looked great and was clean like a brand new car pickup (i.e.: not even brake dust on the rims), then the inside was “detailed” level clean, all the surfaces cleaned, vacuumed and wiped, even the cupholders, storage pockets were emptied and supper cleaned (no crumbs/grit in the seat creases/stitching). I have to say Peter and his team went way above than what I expected and made the whole customer experience feel special. I’m glad to be dealing Bramgate VW since 1994.

Staff is good but handicapped by their own company unfortunately they are not able to give solutions but they always give true feedback and try their best. Wish VW gave them better support.

A Five Star experience! Lauren and Rui were a pleasure to deal with, along with all other staff. Everyone was professional, courteous, and all services were completed on time, and as promised. Excellent!

Lauren was fantastic in fixing my 2011 Jetta - they fixed the dent and painted it perfectly. Highly recommend for any repairs/paint job.

I have a 2014 Touareg tdi. Was in the facility for work on the back end. Very satisfied with the work they did. Professional service and took the extra time to detail my car as well,

Art was great, car was done sooner than expected and looks like brand new.

I used Bramgate Collison Centre as they are Audi Mississauga's preferred body shop. Serge took take of my insurance claim and was superb! He explained the process very thoroughly. As soon as he received the claim from my insurance company, he called me to book in the drop-off. The drop-off process was very easy. I was in a rental within minutes after that. This was done by Affinity Rentals which is inside Bramgate. Very convenient. They provided an Audi which was appreciated. The work was done within the time range provided by Serge and he called me again when my car was ready for pick-up. Serge completely took the stress out of the process and provided a seamless experience from start to finish. Could not recommend Bramgate Collison Centre more, especially with Serge there!

Have been calling for 3 days and haven't reached a human. No one answers the phone and no one returns messages. Glad I got this terrible service before I let them have my vehicle! Will be taking my cat to another shop today.

They ruined my paint on my car to try to make it match with the trunk panel. They charged me to paint the whole trunk but only painted the top portion and charged me 150 plus tax for each emblem for AUDI and S5 and yet they didnt change them but charged me full price for horrible work and when i went to them they try to call the cops on me because i caught there bullsh*t.
