It was a great experience. The technician was every nice and patient with me. If I needed to stop the test she would. Concerned with me. Kept asking if I was OK to continue the test or if I needed to stop. Doctor gave me recommendations and material that I might want to read.

Very clean and professional office. Minimum wait time and they were on time as per your appointment.

Acceptable wait time from check-in. Staff are pleasant and professional. Technicians are sensitive and respectful to provide a safe and comfortable environment for tests and for hooking up the monitoring devices.

Never have to wait too long once I arrive. However the new phone service leaves much to be desired. On phone for 10 min before I speak to a real person. Very frustrating. Do better

Asma was very professional and helpful as she hooked up my Holter monitor. The technician who did my Echo was really nice and knowledgeable as well. Both were friendly.

I visited there almost 2 weeks ago and trust me that their service was excellent, specially foram, who made you so comfortable that it's hard to explain in words.

I've had many many visits here over the last few years and I must say the staff are very welcoming, helpful and thoughtful. I'd also like to mention that I've been lucky enough to have Rahila conduct my tests during my visits, she very professional and make sure you are ready and comfortable before and after tests. **Update and response to centre- what I meant was that I was told that normally the doctor at My health centre that reads and interprets the results that are then sent to my family doctor, comes in only once per week at the Brampton office. At every other My health centre, the results are sent to my doctor within a day. These are taking 2 weeks for an already anxious wait. How can I access records or imaging if it is not read or interpreted yet? If my doctor doesn't have it, it means I can't access it. Also, $5 for a transfer fee or $49 for a year to access records? I find that a little excessive? **

Overall had a positive experience as the check in was easy and the technician for the test was friendly. The only thing is the wait for results as in all other my health centres the results are quick. I was already so anxious because of my symptoms and wanted to take the test quickly. But even after calling I was informed that the person reading the results only comes in 1 time per week and so I would have to wait a couple weeks before the results were sent to my doctor. I mean for someone who is already anxious about what it could be they have, this doesn't help. So, although I had positive experience overall, this is the downside of it all and I am kind of disappointed as I have not had this experience in any other my health centres.

Dr. L. Hill is an excellent Doctor
He explained my Lab Results, Body Scan as well as other pertinent Diagnostic information and answered
all my questions. He is a very Kind and Compassionate Doctor. It’s always a pleasure to go there and the Nurses/
Technicians are very patient, efficient
and understanding of my Disabilities.

Dr. Hill is an extremely qualified specialist, as you are aware. My experience at the centre was very good. From reception to the testing to seeing Dr. Hill, it instilled confidence and excellence of care.

I took my mom to the clinic for an ultrasound with Kareem. Kareem was an excellent professional in his work and in making mom feel comfortable.
I also had a nice experience with the lady who called to schedule the appointments!

My experience was amazing, I find all staffs of Brampton Dewside to be extremely awesome to deal with from start to finish. They were all polite, courteous and kind.

Excellent place to go for my heart problems. All of the staff made me feel very comfortable from the time they call about my appointments to the time I got there and the time I was finish. I had alot of questions and Sajal answer all of them for me. 2 thumbs up

I had a truly positive experiemce when I visited MyHealth Centre last month. Amina/ Ameena was really friendly & put me completely at ease since I always get nervous when I have to see a doctor for any reason whatsoever. She waited back as I had requested for female staff to conduct the tests that I had to undergo & was quite adjusting & understanding about it. I will surely recommend this place to friends & family, if they so require it for any of theiir needs. Thank you so much!:)

I went to this clinic with my mom. She had to get an ecg and holter monitor. Our test was conducted by AMY. She was so professional and excellent in her work. I love the way she was compassionate towards everyone. Keep it up!

I had to bring my mother for an appointment and was pleased to see a clean facility with great staff. Amy assisted us and she was efficient and kind. Overall great experience!

The clinic staff was very courteous and accommodated me as i arrived early. Sejal did a fantastic job completing my stress test

I was scheduled for an ECG and a sonogram. Originally my appointment was canceled and rescheduled two times. Was never given a reason why, just that it needed to be rescheduled. Then, a couple days before my appointment, they left me a message canceling my sonogram for a third time and again, no reason why. When I called to ask the receptionist she had no answer, just said “I don’t know, you can ask when you come for your appointment”. At this point I was pretty annoyed that it kept getting canceled and no one ever had any reasons or answers for me.

Finally, the day came for me to get my ECG done and see the doctor. On the day of, the receptionist that signed me in was very friendly and helpful. I told her my appointment issue and she also did not know why but said she’d find out and figure something out for me.
The people who did my ECG and sonogram were both very friendly, professional and comforting.
Dr Joshi was nice and professional. I felt a little rushed with him but he still took time out to personally talk to the receptionists again to ask why my sonogram appointment had been canceled so many times. No one ever knew why, but they ended up making some time for me to complete the sonogram then and there so I wouldn’t have to wait and return again.

Ultimately everyone I saw that day was very nice, friendly and professional.
Other than the canceling of appointments with no reason, I felt comfortable and would recommend to others.

I really appreciated the kindness of staff Dipaali, Gazaala and karim who look and take care for patients like thier own pain May God blessed to all of them.

Visited the center to find out why I was having clotting feeling in my heart.

Had a stress test done with no heart pain, the nurse there listened to my concerns and informed Dr. Joshi as well.

Everything was normal

I have been trying to get my issue addressed by my family doctor for many years and he's just ignored it, saying it was other things wrong with me. Finally my internist told him I needed to see a cardiologist and I was sent to Dr. Jurt. I was very impressed with the staff, the organized way the building was laid out and most of all, Dr. Jurt! She was able to diagnose me on my first visit after some testing, and finally I knew what is wrong with me. I am undergoing treatment and more testing but finally feel some hope for my health and my future. The staff member who did most of my testing explained as it was happening which was very comforting. Dr. Jurt's bedside manner, and the way she clearly went over the testing and results so I could understand exactly what was going on with my heart was incredible. I feel very fortunate to have been sent to this clinic to see Dr. Jurt. I have less anxiety about my health, and most of all, I am hopeful about the future of my health.

Dr. Ursula Jurt is the best of cardiologist I have ever met. She genuinely cares about her patients and is exceptionally thorough in all of steps to make a final conclusion and dg. I strongly recommend this doctor. Believe me, there are not many doctors as she is.

I came to the centre for a stress test and then a stress echocardiogram.
Everything was explained so well, my privacy was protected ams I felt very comfortable

100% recommend the holter.will be getting it again soon. The quality of their readings is state-of-the-art! LOVE THIS PLACE, so welcoming.like a second home.

Be ready for long wait, Dr. Winston Heslop have just way too many patients to handle. Should retire or get help.
The office would not admit overbooking.
Should be reviewed by higher authority, standard of practice really low.
Does anyone ever realised that Patients are in fact customers? Does anyone ever realised that these doctors are paid from our taxes?
Really disappointed in my 3 visits each time spend over 2 hours waiting. In my job I would be fired long ago.

DR. Hill seems very thorough and performed various test with different specialize clinics.very happy with his medical professional and customer dealing. Front desk staff were very efficient and courteous. Very close to downtown Brampton. Located across the street (Centre & John)
of the new Peel Memorial Health Centre.

The staff are great and all and so is the service while you are there.however i went there for a breathing test on sept 14th 2018 and i went to see my family doctor yesterday for the results and he still does not have them and its now Oct 2nd 2018.

I took an ultrasound here. During the testing a receptionist walked in. She was told I was doing to test. The receptionist proceeded to walk in. She said down turned on the computer for 1 minute, looked at me, got up. She left the computer on, exited the room and left the door wide open. I was top naked on the table. She is an old white woman, with really white hair.
