Just Bought a new Jeep Wagoneer!
I came to this dealership because how great the customer service department treats the clients. Specifically Daniel Venier, the fixed Operations Manager. I have had several Dodge/Jeep vehicles and Daniel and his team are exceptional at what they do.
So when it was time to buy another Jeep Daniel Venier made sure I was set up with a great salesperson. Both Dan the salesperson and the Finance Manager Mina Taher took care of all my questions and answered all of them with time and care. Big thank you to Daniel Venier, Mina Taher, and Dan for the great experience they provided in the purchase of my new Wagoneer.

Last year my friend paramvir bought 2020 grand charokke now he got problem with his sunroof so we visited here and dropped the car next day the said they fixed but they they never fixed the car then we visited second time and told them sunroof is still leaking and ask them to fix this then they started arguing very bad experience don’t recommend this dealership to anyone

There customer service totally worthless. I bought a vehicle 3 months ago. The team I dealt with was unprofessional for sure and they became so rude even though I was talking to them nicely. They don't value their customers at all specially the majority of the sales department. Please buy from some other dealership. Don't ruin your experience.

This dealership didn't want to sell me a van bad enough. I was looking for one, and had a trade in to apply against the cost of a new van. Communication here was very poor so I bought a van at Cooksville Chrysler instead, even for a lower price and loaded; better value than the one this dealership had. Rafhi Auto Group needs to review and speak with this dealerships manager.

Was sent there from Georgetown to have the torque converter replaced in my Ram. As a gold plan extended warranty member, the service was not great yet not bad. The first guy I dealt with, his name Dominic needs to either retire, go on vacation and or learn some customer service skills. Yanna ended up taking care of me afterwards. Sweet girl. Her only issue was she was a bit disorganized. I think she might still be new to the job. She told me the job would take only one day but, even I know with a torque converter, it’s not as simple. My plan states that into the next day of repair, I’m supposed to get a rental through my warranty. I called the next morning asking roughly when my truck would be done. She told me most likely will go into the next day. I asked for a rental at that point only to be texted back that all of a sudden my truck would be ready by 4 pm that day. So, I didn’t receive my rental and what was more concerning, it seems they rushed to put everything back together just so they wouldn’t have to spring for a rental. I’m just hoping the job was done properly. I will be taking it back to my personal mechanic to run another diagnostic test to make sure.

I went Brampton Chrysler on Monday march 22/2021 to service my 2018 RAM PROMASTER. I had been having a little issues with my day time running lights, it was going on and off. I checked and replaced the light bulb it still continues to do the same thing because it was loose in the socket contact area. I replace the bulb, but couldn't screw it back in properly. So when I went for service for oil change and Brake Maintenance service, I told the service Advisor Anthony about the issues with the driver side day time running light and how It goes on and off. When he gave me the service form to sign, I notice the price of $ 159.99. I asked him about the price as it related to the day time running light, keep in mind I already knew the issue already. He told me that won't be the price, it will only be if for instant if the wire was damaged by a mouse or something like that. I left and when the service was done he called me and explained to me what was there findings as it relates to the light, which was inline with what I was expecting because I knew the issue already. To my surprise when I went to pick up my Van up and went to pay for the repairs/service they had charged me the full $159.99 to check for the light. This is what the report say: FOUND BULD SOCKET HANGING OUT OF HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY. BULB LOOKS NEW. CHECK FUSES AND POWERS OKAY, WIRING OKAY. CLEANED DIRTY CONTACT FROM EXISTING BULB. REPLACED NEW BULB. CLEANED UP CONTACTS FOR BULB. ADDED DI-ELETRIC GREASE. RE TESTED OPERATION GOOD Now. When I was picking my Van up, the service advisor was on his break and was not around. I had questioned the amount due and lady who was taking payments had told me if I have any issues to go over it with my service advisor. And since Anthony was not around I had talk to another service advisor and frankly he was not nice. I told to let the service advisor whom I dealt with to call me when he gets back from his break. He never did called back that day, keep in mind I picked up my VAN up before 2pm Monday. I called.him back yesterday and left a message and still haven't heard back from him.

After Booking and Appointment still these Guys are taking more time to fix the car whether it's for servicing or just electrical issues. Whats the point of booking an Appointment where staffs are very less, they should keep more staff so waiting time is lesser. Also they don't provide ride service due covid so just seating at waiting areas for almost half a day is it worth it? What kind of service they are providing I am really disappointed.

Visited a few dealerships in the GTA region and this one had the best customer service and deals, hands down.

Brought a brand new jeep 2020 last year, and it started showing some technical problems, it stops working whenever. Towed it several time but dodge couldn’t find the problem. Every time they tell me that the problem is fixed but it shows up right next day, and now i am stuck in middle neither they fix the problem nor they give me a new jeep, still waiting for the toe guys to come in the middle of the road this is irritating_*******

Took my truck for an oil change and a recall. The service department completely forgot to service my car and I didn’t find out until I had to call and ask if my car was ready. No communication with customer. Asked about a vehicle replacement for the next day, was told I don’t have extended warranty so they can’t give me one. For a mistake they made apparently I should have gotten extended warrant. Didn’t get the car finished until next day 5 pm didn’t try to get it to me first thing in the morning. When asked about the loss for not having my car was told “maybe the cash lady will give you a couple dollars off” it just seems like they don’t care about customers. Wouldn’t get my car serviced there again!

On August 29,2018 I brought my 2010 Dodge Ram pickup into the Brampton Chrysler dealership for a vehicle recall repair.

When I dropped my vehicle off in the dealership service bay my trucks air conditioning worked great,
BUT
When I picked up my truck at 6pm from the dealership, my trucks air conditioning no longer blew cold air.

I called the dealership afew days later to complain about my trucks broken air conditioning, and was I was given an appointment to bring my truck back to the dealership at 9: 45am on Thursday, September 6,2018.

I was told if I was not able to make my appointment I should call the dealership to cancel and reschedule my appointment.

On September 6, I arrived on time for my appointment at the dealership to find the service bay completely jammed with 2 lanes of vehicles, parked bumper to bumper from one end of the building to the other, plus
the 3 cars ahead of me waiting in line outside the buildings service bay doors with a long line of cars stretching all the way out to the street.

After waiting in my vehicle in line outside the buildings service bay for 15-20 minutes without moving, a dealership employee come out and told me to turn off my vehicle and come into the service Bay Area.

I did as I was told.
I went into the dealership’s service bay and checked in. I explained my trucks AC unit had no issues when I dropped my vehicle off for the recall work, and when I picked my truck up at the end of the day, my AC no longer worked.

I was told my trucks AC breaking down while it was at the dealership was nothing more than an UNFORTUNATE COINCIDENCE.
That the dealership was in no way at fault.

WHAT?
An unfortunate coincidence!

I bring my truck into the dealership in perfect working condition for a recall repair
And
When I pick up my vehicle at the end of the day, my truck now needs a few hundred dollars worth of AC repairs.

That’s a coincidence?
It’s more like
SHADY business practices.

The dealership took no responsibility for my AC being broken on their watch,
And
When I came into the dealership to have the AC issue looked into they were GROSSLY OVERBOOKED, making my appointment an all day affair.

When a business grossly overbooks it says.
Our time is valued,
But
Our customers time is not.

So
Much for the Brampton Chrysler Dealership valuing their customers.the fact is
They DON’T.

Went to see a used car that they had. Right from the get go, this dealership was extremely pushy. I was reluctantly offered a test drive after I said I may want to buy the car in a few weeks. I got the response "why don't you test drive it the day you want to buy it". They need to understand, a car is the second biggest expense anyone encounters in their entire life, one cannot make a decision in a day. They were adamant on closing the deal that day itself. Did not appreciate the attitude of the sales rep, Mr. Haris Arshad. Eventually I walked out of the dealership empty handed, went down the road to another dealership I shall not name and bought a 2-year newer Mitsubishi Outlander. Their attitude lost them a customer and I would definitely not recommend anyone to take their business there. Specially a first time buyer like myself. And I did really like their car better, but their inflexibility and pushy attitude drove me away.

I went for an Oil change around 11 am on a Friday and was met with a pleasant lady at the service area. Since I needed to go back to work she suggested a time for me to return when there will not be any wait time for me. I took her advice and the work was done within a very reasonable amount of time.

After the service I realized I have some scratch marks on my car, (please not that the car was not scratched while servicing but the scratch marks were from before).
I checked with the service department to see if the marks could be fixed and Service Manager DAN came to see what the issue was.

I must add here that the customer service and Dan's attitude was amazing. He made everything sound like as if it is no problem and got all the spot touched up right on the spot at no cost.

During this visit I dealt with 4 different employees and each one of them was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Definitely going back there again for service.

Overall excellent customer service and a satisfied customer.

Booked an appointment to get my windshield fixed, drove all the way from Alliston to figure out the service lady didn’t even book my appointment! I had to wait an extra 1.5hours for the guy to come, I didn’t complain I kept my mouth shut and just went and sat down. The service manager was very helpful tho I may add. Once it was all done I went to pay and it was way more then I was told, the lady in service lied and said she never told me that price and that she didn’t book my appointment because I was unsure? Um what? I took the day off work and drove all the way to Brampton from Alliston.is she an idiot of course I booked it you think I like driving over an hour and take the day off work for nothing? She kept arguing with me until service manager came over and smoothed things over. Also I was talking to a sales rep about a wrangler and he told me to send him wranglers I was interested in.ya I did. ZERO REPLY.

This place is BEYOND unprofessional to say the least, I feel like everyone there needs a reality check in customer service. (Minus the service manager that helped me)

Janice makes every Service visit a pleasure! She treats everyone with respect and dignity. My husband Morris took his Dodge Ram 1500 in due to a tailgate issue and a recent recall. He called days prior to confirm this appt.and that it could be fixed the same day however when arriving the other service technician, who was rude, told him "we don't take appts.and you need to leave the truck overnight. " My husband was agitated that he had been given the incorrect info and Janice immediately took control of the situation. The work on the truck was completed within 2 hours and we were grateful for the excellent service we received from Janice!

I put a post on here about a month ago about how they had such great service. I take that all back; that was before the Fiasco that my husband and I went through! We knew that we wouldn't get approved on the credit check so we had told them that we were going to come with an Alternate Source of money to pay for the vehicle. We put $1,000 deposit down on a vehicle; when we hadn't heard anything we came back the following week and found that the salesman have left the company and they told us that because we weren't approved they sold our vehicle. They never called us, they never said anything; they waited for us to come back and asked what was going on before they said "oh we sold your vehicle"! We were livid! That is the reason we put $1,000 deposit on it to hold it for us and they sold it! Where I come from, that's considered fraud! The sales manager asked for a week to see if he could correct the problem and find us a replacement vehicle. Needless to say he couldn't and to be honest with you I doubt if he tried that hard. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU! THEY ONLY WANT TO MAKE A SALE, REGARDLESS TO WHO THEY MAKE IT FROM! We took our deposit back, went to another Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealer and found a sweet deal on a vehicle for less money! Our alternate money source came through and we were able to pay cash on our new van! Good riddance to Brampton Chrysler Dodge! Eat my dust! If I could give a minus star I'd give a -5!

The sales person George seemed to be a nice guy who worked a deal for us. However he became agitated when we inquired about the $1,000 deposit we were going to pay. The man said "I had enough of you not trusting me, leave the deal. " First time we ever see this guy, of course we'll ask questions. The reason we inquired about the deposit is because the Chrysler dealership has kept my deposit before. The guy gave me an option and I took it. I don't like being threatened, so I walked away. He kept a copy of my husband's licence, with a hand written note, stating we were buying the car as is, and the price. The car is a 0 km so, as is, sounded fishy. The man refused to return the paper my husband signed. Bad experience, a lot of pressure to buy. We asked to think about it, he said the deal is today, tomorrow it'll probably go up because my manager is like that. I did not go there to trust anybody or to make friends, I went to do business and if my questions bother you, it's not a good sign. I was asked to back off so I did! Lastly this guy made comments implying I was a bad driver just because I'm a woman, he kept saying things like "The car has a rear camera especially for you" and I'm like oh yeah and why is that? I do not recommend this place, I feel like I wasted my day off going there but I will see it as a learning experience. Also except for the brand new car he showed us, the cars were dirty and had personal belongings such as mail, a comb, used napkins, and sunglasses in them. You've been warned, the choice is yours. If you are a woman reading this do not forget to ask for a rear camera and a back sensor, they are especially made for you ;)

The quality of service here is very poor. The wait times are absurd. 1hr for an oil change? Save your time go to mr.lube you are in and out unless then 15 minutes. The biggest deal breaker for this review is the incompetent staff in the repair department. I went in with a rock chip in my window, they called me back 6 hours later saying the window had cracked completely and they had to replace it for 550$ (the chip repair was only 90$) when asked what happened they said they had hired a 3rd party to come fix the window and he turned on the AC and the window broke (I drove there taking the highway with AC full blast, strangely didn't crack for me hint hint or with 100kmh+ wind) I asked for camera footage of the repair and they said they didn't have cameras were the repair took place. They said fixing chips was a Hail Mary and you have to pray it works (this what the supervisor told me after the fact) a repeated amount of times when further questioned about them not fixing the window because they broke.how do I bring my car for repair and it ends up more broken then when I brought it? Isn't the exact opposite why I brought it.why offer a service and not explain that it is "Hail Mary" to fix BEFORE going through with it so I could choose speedy auto glass where it is not " a Hail Mary to fix". What a joke. At the end of the day they did not pay to fix the window and I still drive around to this day with a completely broken window. No wonder Chrysler Brand is rated the most unreliable vehicle brand (fiat Dodge Ram jeep Chrysler). I do not plan on going back to this dealership, nor do I plan to buy a Chrysler vehicle,

Jesse and Karan were very helpful id suggest going to these guys for sales. Process after picking vehicle gets sticky.after signing off on finance details (w/DEPOSIT DOWN) no one from the dealership reached out to me. From this point on every-time I had to communicate with the dealership I was always sent to voice mail where I left messages and was never called back (only 1 of my voice mails were called back). I had to continuously call back and bug receptionists until I got a employee directly on line. Id suggest management to improve customer service and communication.

The staff at Brampton Chrysler Jeep Dealership were phenomenal. It truly was an awesome experience. Kallie was a big help to us when we were lost trying to find the dealership, thank you so much. Isabel who took my call right away she was very curtious to me. Frank was very professional at what he did for us as well. Shah was great to talk to and very curtious with us as well.
We had a great time dealing with all who are mentioned they were all very professional. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Spend like 4 hours trying to do a deal, when the deal was accepted I keept asking questions and the sales person (George) got angry at me and my family and told us to back off from the deal if I didn't trust him, as a customer I couldn't believe this was happening, I left the deal as I did not trust him anymore after that. I had signed some paperwork and he did not return the paperwork I signed even after I asked for it. Very sad and upset about this experience and will take my business elsewhere.

You can feel the negative energy just walking into the dealership. My sister came in looking for a new vehicle and you can feel the pressure they place on you to purchase a vehicle. They give the excuse "this is a one day deal offer only. " Its not reasonable to expect a customer to make what might be one of their largest purchases in one day. People need time to make decisions. When my sister said she needed to think about it, the managers get angry. You can see the stress the employees must work under if they're that desperate for a deal. Management needs to re-think the value and worth of their customers, let alone their own staff. So unfortunate. Beware.

Perfect place to buy a vehicle! This dealership deals with people who know what they want and if you don’t know they will help you. At least that’s the feeling I got when I was helped by Jesse Saba. I was certain about what vehicle I wanted but he thought of my personal needs, budget (which was most important) and what made sense economically. He was patient, understanding and relatable. He got me in a vehicle and followed up with me to make sure all was well, even though he’s the Used Car Manager he is an all-round team player. I truly appreciate the attention I was shown.
