They repaired my son's expensive (North Face) torn winter vest perfectly! Looks like brand new.
Also fixed a large ripped seam in a pair of trousers expertly as well.
Price was extremely reasonable too and items delivered on time as promised.
Will be using these folks with respect to any future tailoring requirements.
Would highly recommend!

Got my new uniform and needed a patch (logo) and a simple cut (pants to long). They charge me like $100+ for all. Will never go back in this shop. That’s too much!

Terrible service, poor customer service.
The owner was so aggressive that I complaint about marks in my dress and it was not made properly. I was shocked as she and her employee kept talking in their language and looking at me, she said, you can see that we have just fixed the steamer, as it is my fault, I decided to take my business elsewhere,

The staff were very helpful and polite. Measurements were done professionally and the alterations done to my suit were perfect! Good customer service, responsive and fast!

I have always gone to this place and their prices are so good and they provide exceptional services in both dry cleaning and alterations. The lady upfront is so kind and helpful, she always explains everything so nicely. Definitely recommend.

I went to this store and was impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of the owner.
There was a stain on my Coat and I was worried because it is my favorite coat. The lady was very helpful and she explained the process and assured me that they will try their best to remove the stain.
Guess, what they have removed the stain and the coat just looks like a new one again. The delivery of the product was on time and they did not even charge extra for the stain removal.

Went there to get my white canada goose dry cleaned, im supposed to pick it up after a week, but a week became 2 weeks, came to pick it up after 2 weeks only to be disappointed, its not clean at all, its still the same as when i left it 2 weeks ago, I was already in my car ready to leave when i noticed the stains, cause I didnt pay attention when the owner handed it to me, went back to the shop and let them know that its still dirty, owner said to leave it and theyll see what they can do, after "2 weeks again", went there to pick it up, its still dirty, the owner recommended that i get it dry cleaned to other shop and if theyre able to clean it, they will refund the money i paid. So fast forward, I went to another dry cleaning shop, and thats when i found out that my fur lining was TOASTED AND RIPPED, cause they dry cleaned it together with the jacket when theyre supposed to remove it (fur lining has a zipper and its removable)! Contacted the owner via chat cause thats how we've been communicating the past few weeks and no response at all. Basically ruined my 1000$+ canada goose. Will never go back and will never recommend to anyone. Dont waste your money!

as you can see from the video, i was doing a sound test to show everyone how crunchy the fur lining sounds like, and to anyone who owns canada goose, you know its not supposed to be like that, it was toasted cause its been put in a dry cleaning machine together with the jacket for a long period of time, causing it to rip as well! Replacement for the fur costs 200$ plus tax, and they wont reimburse me for the damage!

I am regular customer for dry cleaning and altration. So far I found they are really Professional in all kind of altrations as well as there customer service is extremely wonderful. Looking for Altration & Dry cleaning, I would recommend Brampton Cleaners.

Horrible Service. I called this morning and spoke to someone about bringing my dress in for steaming. He couldn't give me a price over the phone because he said he would have to see the dress first which is understandable. I told him I finish work at 3: 45pm and that I would be over there when I was done work he said ok. When I got there a lady was at the counter she was so rude and not friendly. She did not greet myself or my fiancé when we walked in either. To make things worse she said there was nobody there that could help give me a price on how much it would cost to get my dress steamed. She asked me to take my dress out the bag and she looked at it and said she can't price it. While all this was going on she was very miserable looking. I came to this place because the reviews were good, but I'm absolutely shocked that this place was given good reviews. Customer service is everything and this place has none!
