My family was going through a difficult time when we lost two close family members in one month. During this difficult time, Puneet and his team were extremely helpful. They were very respectful and accommodating to our last minute request. The Brampton Crematorium and Visitation Centre made setting up the funerals very easy and stress free. They allowed us to grief and not stress about setting up our final goodbyes.

The staff here are wonderful. They will go out of their way to ensure the ceremony runs smoothly and the family receives the utmost care and comfort.

The team at Brampton Crematorium was so accommodating, comforting, kind and helpful throughout my grandma’s funeral arrangements. The team went above and beyond to assist my family during this tough time. It was our first time having a funeral for a family member, I didn’t know what to expect. However, Special shout-out to Puneet, Mr. Bal, Baldeep, Gagan, Sukhman and Ravi! I will always recommend this crematorium to all our family and friends. Extremely kind staff and as painless a process as something like this can be. Madison assisted me in the affairs of my late brother who passed suddenly as a result of covid19, and Madison was compassionate, kind, and very straightforward. She answered questions clearly, and not once did I feel pressured or like I was being forced into making any decisions. All the information regarding pricing and my rights was laid out plainly, and I was even told I was welcome to shop around if I wasn't satisfied with services or pricing offered. They even broke up payment for me into two installments so I didn't have to throw all of the cost down on the first day.

I have had multiple bad experiences with another large funeral home in Brampton, where costs were not clearly broken down, I felt like I was being constantly upsold to, and like my loved ones were being held hostage so I would have to pay exorbitant fees (double what I was charged by Brampton Crematorium and Visitation Centre, might add) immediately on the day of, regardless of my financial situation. I also had promised services at this not-so-great funeral home completely shirked by the business, to the point where I followed up and had to wait weeks for a response. Not so with Brampton Crematorium and Visitation Centre. They were nothing but professional throughout. I'm extremely grateful; no one wants to do this and it's stressful enough as it is. I hate that I have a multitude of experience in this sort of thing, but I can say with confidence that this business is the way to go.

My mom unfortunately passed away on June 20, after battling cancer for six months. As a family, this is the hardest thing we've ever had to face.

The staff at Brampton Crematorium & Visitation Centre helped us prepare for funeral arrangements, more than words can describe.

They were extremely helpful leading up to the funeral. On-site support was also flawless and a balance between personalizing the service, how Mom wanted, and what worked best in the venue/space, while following all necessary health protocols.

A dear friend of ours lost their 9-year-old son and it was a devastating and extremely painful time for the family and the closed ones. I was coordinating the funeral arrangements on their behalf. The service and empathy provided by the staff was excellent. Gagan and Balbinder were extremely helpful. Balbinder went out of the way to accommodate all our requests especially to arrange for the early morning private time for the family before the funeral service. She even made sure that she was there in spite of it being her day off. To have someone like her by your side during such a tragic time was a real blessing. God bless her.

My father unexpectedly passed last month which was devastating to our family. It was such a comforting experience with BCVC from start to finish. Puneet and the staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. From the initial telephone call, they guided my throughout the whole process and even took the effort to assist me with government documentation not related to their firm.
As a physician I deal with grieving families on many occasions and first hand know the patience, skill and empathy it takes to truly assist someone in their time of need; I can truly say Brampton Crematorium and Visitation Center provided me with that same respect and assistance in my time of need. I give them my highest recommendation without any reservation.

It's open and bright but is more like a conference center. It made the funeral seem business like not personable.

They are wonderful to work with. Family focused, kind, compassionate and priced well and have lot of parking spaces. Couldn't recommend them more if you and your family are in need. Puneet A is very dedicated and family oriented person to deal with.

My mom passed away in May and we decided to have her cremation and funeral service here because a family friend referred us. The staff was attentive and caring, they treated us like family and ensured we were able to honor my mom's memory without any added stress. Gagan is especially good at his job and will go the extra mile for you. There were some little mixups here and there as is the case with any organization, but they took a really human approach and worked with us until things were resolved to our satisfaction. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they really do try to take care of the small details for you both during and after the service.they helped us apply for the CPP death benefits and certificate of death.they are truly professionals and we felt supported by the staff every step of the way.thank you

Unfortunately, we came here for a funeral visit. As everyone mentioned before me, very organized and structured.

Professional and respectful staff who went out of their way to help me and my family. They were considerate of religious and cultural issues. And their prices are very reasonable.

When dealing with a loss of a loved one, planning a funeral is quite difficult. However, The entire staff here, specifically Hardeep and Puneet provided exceptional service. They were very accommodating, and comforting during the entire process. Due to the restrictions of COVID, the live stream helped us stream the service to our loved ones. In addition, the facilities were kept thoroughly clean with free masks and sanitizers provided for us.

March 11,2021 per the Toronto Star: the place is shut down due to disgusting ‘way over the top’ Covid violations during a February 27,2021 visitation. This owner has contributed to the ongoing restrictions and spread in Peel for their own financial gain. According to the Star, the owner has been suspended. Unacceptable and I hope people consider this when deciding on a home.

The staff was extremely understanding, caring and treated my family with so much respect. During the hard times they were able to assist and provide comfort. The staff at BCVC were incredibly respectful and helpful during a difficult time. Amidst the pandemic proper measures were taken. The staff was very emphatic and accommodating to any requests.

The recent loss of my grandfather was a devastating experience for myself as well as my family. Hardeep, Gagan, and the entire BCVC team were incredibly empathetic and respectful during this difficult time, going above and beyond to accommodate each and every request. The live video of the ceremony, in particular, was a beautiful addition to the service, as every relative in India, England, and America was granted the opportunity to respectfully say goodbye. My sister-in-law passed away last month. We called and talked to a director which I will not name. We went in to make arrangements. We were greeted by a non-punjabi speaking personnel. We had older people in our that do not understand English. On the day of the funeral, I noticed that the easle used for holding the picture, had dust all over it. We chose a rentable coffin.we were assured that no-one would be able to difference. It had scratch marks. The carpet also was not vacuumed. I wonder after how many funeral ceremonies do they vacuum. I would say after each one.
Everything is not negative. The staff was pleasant

I think they did awesome look at my aunts. They have been really sensitive to the needs of immediate relatives. They assured that every single detail was correct.
