Today we visited for my 4th month old baby. First they only 1 hour wait and said your appointment confirmed but then we again asked after one hour there is no appointment still they booked and said to wait 2 hours. I never recommended this clinic to anyone.it's worst experience which I ever had in my life

Very hard to reach the reception through phone. I wanted to make an appointment for my daughter but nobody picked up the phone. Either they should hire more staff or ask the reception to pickup the phone

Very bad service first the told me to wait half-hour when I go after half-hour then see told me to wait half-hour more it's really wasting time

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. But I always find the receptionists very accommodating despite being one of the busiest clinics I have seen. The doctors are all pretty amazing as well

Everytime you book a appointment there is no point because they will still make you wait 1 hour. Doctors book too many appointments to make more money and than patients time is not important. They think patients are free and they dont have a job

The worst clinic ever. Expect a 2 hour wait for a booked appointment. We booked an 11: 30 appointment but saw the doctor at 1: 30. This is the norm and not the exception here. Never coming back to this clinic.

Receptionists were belligerent and Disrespectful. Owner Arun Kaul was offensive and Refused to Satisfactorily Resolve our Reasonable concerns, or provide us legally entitled copies of our reports. He was yelling at customers, threatened us if we complained about his bad service and evidenced Bully tactics. Doctors didn't answer our questions, and Refused to provide us our legally entitled reports. We were made to make Multiple visits for same issue. Apparently, the owner and doctors are interested in repeat billing from ohip cards, by clocking more visits from patients, and Abusing the system, and scamming for money. Washroom was filthy. Complaing to the owner Kaul is of no use. He evidenced Vindictive Reprisal and Intimidation against us.

Our phone messages were never returned. The phones were not answered during business hours. The voicemail box was "full " whenever we called. The receptionist kept repeatedly interrupting us, when we endeavored to answer her asked question. She Claimed that she was too busy to listen to us. We were placed on - hold for over 15 minutes, and then disconnected. Owner and receptionist abruptly hung up on us, after making us wait indefinitely.

Customer service is terrible. They have no structure with handling patients on time. No appointment structure no respect towards patients. They send you back saying couple of hours and it ends up taking the whole day just for one check up. This clinic is not what it was couple of years ago. Very disappointed

Dr Pranay Chander is amazing talented doctor. I m very satisfied for my son. My son had a ear infection and went to urgent care and to my family doctor but none checked him properly. My baby had a severe fever and pain. I got this doctor name by my friend and first we went walking and he diagnosed and treated my son very well. Highly recommend this doctor for any age group. He is very knowledgeable and has a skill for babies.
Just one thing is that he doesn’t work all days in this clinic so sometimes it’s difficult on those days when he doesn’t work. Very happy to have such doctor in practice.

Dr Ashok sachdeva is nice doctor. But lady at front desk is rude and don’t know how to talk with patients as like most of the clinic. They should hire someone professional for that.

Good so far. Second visit today. Staff is good, attentive, active. I didn't find anything wrong what mentioned in other reviews. Negative reviews might be just because of some exceptional instances, but so far staff talked nicely to all patients in waiting room.
Waiting is 30 mins to 1 hr usually but that's normal, depending on how many patients ahead.

Garbage service, quantity over quality, they would advertise the clinic hours open till 7pm but you won't get doctor after 3 even if you walk in at 10 am to get your appointment booked they are always full for the day.receptionist unnecessarily rude they would never provide you correct information.they will screw you with unnecessary tantrums of taking appointment just to get it canceled afterwards, what would you do with the family doctor if he is not available at your medical emergency.garbage service

If you're not sick enough, they'll give you blood pressure and anxiety. This review is not a result of impulsive judgment but a result of consistent deplorable experiences over a long period. Worst possible management, unprofessional, unfriendly and a real pain in the you know what to get appointments with your own doctor; they'll tell you to come see a walk in doctor instead, so why bother having a family doctor if you'll never get to see them. This establishment is a paragon of complacency. Avoid Avoid Avoid, your mental health matters too. Don't take my word for it, the overall rating and reviews are from real people with real experiences.

Alot of people in these reviews seem to have it twisted. Blaming the reception or doctors for stuff, when in reality the issue is poor government and lack of funding into our Healthcare system. This clinic is absolutely slammed almost everytime I go there and they're trying their best to accommodate for everyone with the minimal resources they have. It's not just here but it's happening all around ontario especially with the mote densely populated areas. I have had a few bad days here but no one can be perfect 24/7. I commend the staff here for being able to deal with all the nonsense they go through.

I have been coming to this clinic for about 10 years (whenever they first opened) and have never had a problem. I absolutely love my family doctor, as he is fantastic that the wait times never bothered me. I read the reviews in the past and didn’t agree with it until today. When I asked to see a doctor, the receptionist stated I needed to wait until my family doctor comes back from vacation. When I asked why since it’s a family practice/walk-in clinic and that I can see any doctor available. The receptionist said, I have to come in before 3. When I stated my work hours don’t permit me to come in by 3. She stated to call in to see if they can take me in tomorrow and can’t book me an appointment for tomorrow. I have NEVER had an issue with this. In the past, they used to book patients an appointment, if they can’t accommodate the day of and that’s acceptable.

In addition the website states, they are open until 8. But when I came in at 445pm, the receptionist said, they are closed. With what happened today and when I came by last week, the whole clinic being closed but didn’t have signage or any explanation, when it states on the website that it was open. I am beginning to question if this clinic is reliable as it was back then. The receptionist wasn’t very helpful nor did she answer any of my questions as to why I had to wait for my family doctor.

I have been to this clinic many times. Wait period is long, but doctors are amazing. Dr. Ashok Sachdeva is highly recommended. He is very compassionate, follows up with you and listens to you very carefully.

This clinic is the worst. The staff dont call when reports become available. They close at 8 yet they stop taking patients at 5pm. The front desk ladies are absolutely atrocious. Dr chander was my moms family doctor but we have to look elsewhere now. The Doctors will continue to have a bad rep until they replace the mannerless, disgusting women. If you hate your job so much go find somewhere else to work. My third attempt to see the Doctor to be turned away was the last. Such a joke.

1 star is for only Dr Chander he is a great doctor but at wrong place. Clinic and staff at front desk don't deserve any stars. They dont know how to deal w ppl when they are in pain. They should realize that their clinic runs on tax payers money. They don't have time to talk on phone. When you go in person after confirming doc schedule on phone, they refuse to take you in. Waiting in clinic and phone is same. Sorry Dr Chander I liked you as my family doctor but I have no choice. I am changing my family doctor.

Waitng time is too long, while waitng u can talk with ur all family nd frends backhome, u can also watch nd enjoy 2 hour movie but on otherhand Dr. Ashok is well educated nd very good doctr five starts for him

Worst service at this clinic. Clinic closes at 8 but they say they’re closed at 5. I tried calling them to avoid this 4 days in a row and no one picks up the call.how do you expect to keep patients if you front desk employees are so terrible at their job.

Rude front desk staff. I was talking to Anju she disconnected the call when I asked her name so I can talk to supervisor. They used to call everyone when the report was in. I was waiting for very import report and it has been in the doctor's office for few days nobody called to inform me, when I called she was rude. They don't take this job seriously and this is 3rd time they did that.

Rude front desk I went there twice the lady told me we are close and can’t take appointment after 4 where as a day before she told me we are open till 8 so you can come by 6

Worst clinic management! Pls I request the management to at least pick up the call for once! Someone might be in severe pain or some other emergency! I have been the patient since 2 yrs now. I hardly remember if the clinic responded to my calls within a minute! Hire a staff to pick up calls. Pls do some good work u are in healthcare industry. Have some basic knowledge why picking up a call is important. I can even post a record of my calls. NEVER BEEN ANSWERED AND THEN I HAVE TO SEARCH SOME WALK IN CLINIC AND GO THERE FOR TREATMENT. Why did I REGISTERED MYSELF HERE.

Amazing all around experience with Dr Dulku. Very knowledgeable and understands patients concerns. Takes the time to listen and does not rush his appointments. Highly recommend him.

Worst medical centre ever! I’ve had a medical appointment and had to wait for more than an hour and a half! Very rude and unorganised stuff, they would let people in before you! And on top of that the doctor (Dr. Abdul Shaikh) came 15 minutes late! Is there any possible way to report them!? !?

I went to the clinic as a walk-in patient a couple days ago and was very happy with my experience. The clinic is taking Covid precautions seriously and my wait time was quite short. I saw Dr. Ashok Sachdeva and thought he was experienced, patient, and really listened to me. I felt I was in good hands and would go back next time I need to see someone.

Excellent clinic. Dr. Pranay Chander was thorough and very detailed. Everyone was polite and professional. Would recommend.

He talk to patients very nicely. According to my experience he is one of best doctor. Highly recommend and thanks for your efforts.

Worst experience ever! Came here for a specialist appointment & was assured the prescription medicine was safe. Later I'd find out from dispensed paperwork that it is a Black boxed labelled drug suspected of cancer & recommends doctors advise patients of the suspicion. They made a follow up appointment but for the following week started to get harassing calls every 2 business days to make an appointment! Even though I already had one. Told them in October to please cancel the appointment since by now I had lost confidence in them, they confirmed cancelled. Yesterday out of curiosity I called again to ensure cancelled & make sure they don't try to penalize me with a fee. Surprise, the appointment was there still! I told them again to cancel & this time I made sure to record the conversation. I'll update this review if they dare to claim the appointment still exists. (UPDATE: Thankfully they never bothered me again.)
