Just came back from an eye exam. These folks are very pleasent. The doctor took her time. At no point did I feel rushed or they were just churning out patients (and trust me I've been to other eye places where they treat you like a stat). Would definitely recommend.

Thorough exam and clear explanation as to next steps and what to expect ‘down the road’. Great suggestions for day to day eye care. Answered all of my questions - very knowledgeable! Efficient staff who care! Great service!

I have attended Dr Gies in the past but I had a period out of the country coming back home I reconnected with Dr Gies and so happy I did he is the best eye doctor in Brampton as is his front desk staff they are very friendly the clinic is immaculately clean they have a great choice of frames as well

The staff at the Brampton Wanless FYI Doctors; namely Christina and Ishini are quite simply caring, attentive, & courteous human beings. During my initial visit, they spent a considerable amount of time to pick the right pairs of glasses for my eyes. When I received the glasses and did not like how they fit, I was in shock that they took the glasses back and offered to replace them with another pair. Even though the company may have lost money on the transaction, I've been so humbled that my needs took precedent over their economics. So very impressed with the team.

Booked my appointment online. First time visit. Dr Keast was nothing but kind, gentle, friendly and super informative. I learned a lot from our single session. Staff made it easy to order my new glasses. Would definitely recommend! Very clean office with professional staff.

I can’t say enough about the staff at FYI Brampton Doctors, especially Dr. Gies, Evelyn and Sabrina whom I originally had the pleasure of meeting two years ago in Nov. 2018 when I first began experiencing Diplopia which was later diagnosed as 4th Cranial Nerve Palsy.

I first had to get proper glasses with a certain level of Prism in order to function, especially while using a computer at work, which was very challenging.

After initially being fitted with the proper glasses prescription including prism level, the prism level unfortunately got worse over time and had to be adjusted several times. Dr. Gies, Evelyn & Sabrina were always very patient and accommodating for more than a year until such time I had surgery by one of the best Strabismus surgeons, Dr. Stephen Kraft of Toronto Western Hospital.

After surgery in Feb. 2020 I had to be fitted for a different prescription again which also coincided with COVID19 and proved even more challenging, but as usual, all the staff at FYI Brampton Doctors, especially Evelyn & Sabrina were always amazing and always made me feel welcome.

Their customer service and professionalism cannot be matched elsewhere and come highly recommended for one’s eye care.

It was a bad experience going for an eye examination at the wanless centre. It was my first visit and probably the last. The charges for eye exam are very high and the admin staff especially the billing staff is least bothered to inform the cost incurred before treatment. Further direct insurance payment is limited to very few companies. The lens and frames are expensive and overly priced. The admin staff needs training to improve client experience and the company should review treatment cost to reduce it and make it transparent to the customers. The billing staff should be trained on client interactions for a better experience. Dr Keat is an experienced and the admin staff should learn from her.

I took my godson to FYidoctors some time ago and it was a pleasant experience. I was met by a young lady named Diana who was very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. The doctor was also really nice!

Great eye doctors here.but tardy service on the finished product. They're good with the eye exams but, again, slow with delivery. Because of that, I would recommend that you take your eye prescription exam results elsewhere. Don't purchase your glasses here. You have to wait too long to get them (1-2 weeks). Lenscrafters gets a 'thumbs up' over the FYI Eye doctors clinic because at least they will have your glasses ready and waiting for you in one hour. After $500 was paid to purchase the frame and lenses, FYI doctors has my son waiting almost two weeks to have his broken glasses replaced. (apparently their lab is in Scarborough? !)

Great service and friendly staff who know you by name. My aunts recommended me to them when I moved to Canada. I have been going there for over 14 years. My doctor is Dr Keast but I have not gotten her in a while due to my work times. I have seen three other doctors beside her and their attention is just as good.

Trying to buy glasses here was the absolute WORST customer service experience I have EVER had. Terribly managed, terribly organised. I trusted them to fill a glasses prescription for my toddler who is suffering from vision loss due to strabismus & amblyopia. After SEVEN weeks and COUNTLESS phone calls, but still no glasses, I had to cancel my order and take my prescription to Lenscrafters, where they were made in ONE HOUR. My toddler has now missed seven full weeks of vision treatment because of their inexcuseably terrible service, and he may now require eye surgery. In seven weeks of phone calls, they only ever called us back once. Excuses we received as to why our glasses weren't ready included: lost the prescription, lost his measurements, lab needed more info, order never went through, flaw in a lens, flaw in the other lens, etc. I strongly recommend buying your glasses elsewhere. Absolutely appalling!
