I ordered flowers for a friend who lost her husband. They were beautifully received. I loved the easy order online, and the same day delivery option was awesome. I would like the owners to look into increasing the card message option and possibly work on an easier nicer printable method to print on the cards. With technology today there is no need to print a paper and attach just have it print on card. They were easy to talk to on the phone to include extra msg and very helpful, good service. Thank-you

I purchased a floral arrangement online on the 17 th June as a Birthday gift, Pink expressions was the name of the item. It was completely different to what was received as to what was posted on the website. A bit disappointing.

Worst experience of life I had with them. They ruined my surprise. I ordered bouquet for birthday of my sister and it was delivered 3 days before. I called the company and they sent their person to pick up the flower bouquet and promised that they will deliver fresh flowers and will make it more special for my sister. On the day of delivery they delivered the same bouquet with died flowers and leaves.this was something special they did. I called them for complaint and the lady on the phone said sorry we cannot do anything, we will inform florist. All in vain. I don’t recommend at all. Please consider this review before making order from them.

Hello, I ordered a birthday balloon with my flowers which was an extra charge which I did not get and the flowers came smelling of cigarette smoke considering the delivery driver was clearly smoking in the delivery vehicle. I called and the phone keeps ringing. How can i get in touch with you regarding a refund for the balloon?

I do not recommend this shop at all. Bouquet received was less than half the size of the photo online. Better off going literally anywhere else.

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and the received something completely different. Yes, it's still a nice arrangement but it's not remotely close to what I was expecting. The name of the arrangement is "Mom's Pink and Sweet Cube" yet there is barely any pink.

Placed an online order for two mothers day arrangements (country garden bouquet). What I ordered and what was received disappointed me terribly. My arrangements were supposed to be super beautiful because it costed me $70 each. Instead I got something I could pick out from a grocery store for 2 for $20. I can't express the disappointment I feel right now.

So disappointed on what was received. 2nd pic was what I thought I was getting. 1st pic was what was delivered. $110 bouquet.just brutal.
