The worst transit ever buses never come on time are the bus service os extremely poor. They increased the bus fair but there is no improvement in service. It is getting worse day by day. I dont even want to give it one star

A hub of busses that depart accordingly from time to time Traveling is easy from this Station

People working for presto card service are very slow. They are just here for time pass. There was only 3 customers infront of me. It took 15 mintues to handle them. They did not call anybody to help rest of people. I missed two buses because of their slow service.

Today Friday june16 wait for 511 in Rutherford stop after 40 minutes no bus and no one know why at list on the terminal need tell us bad service

Brampton transit comes here. Worst service ever.
Buses are always full. They only have one bus in one hour on Saturday Sunday. Worst worst worst Brampton transit.
This morning as well - bus #4, bus #11 always go full and they don't allow you to sit. Instead of sending more buses, they will just kept u waiting there. Already there are no jobs in Brampton, not many can afford the cars, people are struggling. And in that this bus service makes you go late at work, and you lose the job. WORST OF ALL.

I assume you can take buses for Brampton transit and Mississauga transit or you can further connect to whatever transit buses you want to used.

I've never been to any other terminal so what I say here might not track. I think it's a good place; I think there's a map showing you the routes of your bus, if you wanna know the exact time your bus is coming or it's precipitating outside, you can go inside and wait. But one thing I don't like is the fact that the chairs are faced away from the road where the buses arrive.

Today is 19 May 2023. Women sitting at window 1. That white old lady I don’t have words for her …. Who the hell hired her for customer service position. That lady needs to be fired right way. She spoiled my morning. I agree I was unaware that they will call me then only I am suppose to show up on the window. But there comes a manners why which you talk to people. Specially early morning. I was her second candidate for presto recharge. I don’t understand if people don’t like serving customer why do they had these jobs. Just go and sit at home. She should be fined for degrading customer service position. She is not at all fit for this position.

The members of front desk are so rude, they always behave very rudely and teach about manners to us but they have to learn first. The higher management should do something for this. This had happened many times with me and others as well.

Thank you Lady bus driver for being considerate most especially during winter. Bus #1575 she picked us at Steeles & Chinguacousy @10: 08pm and reach destination @ 10: 33 Earlsbridge this evening. I sometimes catch her bus in the afternoon. Keep up the good work Ma'am

This terminal is a joke and a dreadful place to be. For such a busy station, there's almost no seating available, which is a major inconvenience. In the winter months, the situation worsens as there's no proper shelter from the cold. Not at all surprising that this is just another Brampton wonder, such a shame it is the one of the main terminals of the city. The lack of seating and shelter is inexcusable, and nothing much has been done to improve the bus station. It's a terrible experience for anyone who has to use it, and it's not a good reflection of the transit services in the GTA.

The service of bus number 52 is pathetic as it is not very frequent and we have to wait a complete hour for it. Kindly provide a more frequent service for this bus

Sometimes some people smoke cigarettes there even if it's not allowed and noone stops them. So that's that.

This is to bring into you notice that someone should probably from the higher management should teach people sitting at the desk to be polite with their guests. I am a school student and she threw my presto on me while giving back. This was a complete disrespect and discrimination. I urge higher management to put stop to all such kind of behaviour against people. So pathetic service given by the old lady

The lady in the front desk with blond hair and bangs has no respect at all. Please teach her about customer service and satisfaction. She has no idea how to talk to customers and has such an attitude. She rolled her eyes on me and was very unpleasant to talk to. Teach her about respect!
