The best hospital in Brampton for animals. The vaccination cost are very less as compared to other hospitals. Doctor is so professional and nice that he does not charge you for unnecessary medical tests if your dog is unwell. Staff is so helpful and supportive. They took very good care of my dog and explained me thoroughly about all the necessary precautions to take before I took my dog back home after her surgery. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this hospital to all.

I've been bringing my dog here for the 7 years. I tried two other clinics prior to bringing him here 7 years ago and the Vets couldn't even calm him down, let alone treat him.

My dog isn't comfortable with any other vet other than Dr. Atul, and I couldn't recommend a better vet for your furbabies. His care and expertise is unmatched. Despite moving a total of 40 minutes away from the clinic, I still bring Cyrus here because he loves the staff, feels safe and secure and is properly cared for.

Dr. Atul and Dr. Aruna are amazing, I have been going to them for the past year and they do everything they can for my pet. They provide multiple treatment options for my pet and explain everything thoroughly. They take time to examine my pet and provide costs for any diagnostics and treatment, there are no hidden fees! I highly recommend them to any new pet and existing pet owners.

Dr. Atul Palhawala go see him for issue with my dog regarding tic and I mention that no one call me at the beginning of April 2023 for tic prevention. He then told me that in 2015 I was rude to one of his staff. That was writing down on the computer. I couldn’t believe it. After 8 years his now that he mention it in front of all his staff. Oh well, guess now you got 4000 clients eh. Well I was never rude to no one. Where goes around will come and bite you.

Dr. Atul and staff are great.our dog Lucky has been under Dr. Atul care since day one. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vet. Dr Atul is very knowledgeable and will give you the best advice regarding your pets.

I used to love this vet but recently felt the level of service has dropped. This is so unfortunate as I did want to continue with them.

Excellent clinic, professional, kind and understanding staff! Always checking up to see if my Husky is doing well. Any concerns I have are always put at ease whenever speaking with Dr. Atul. Very informative and educated and is able to give great advice.

Dr. Atul checked our Rocky for gagging, diagnosed dry cough and provided the necessary meds.
No other tests were done or other fees charged unlike our past experience with other vets.

I had multiple dogs in my life and only came across few vets who are not too quick to jump to list of tests in order to find out what is wrong with your pet, Dr. Atul is one of them. Great Vet focused on helping your dog and keeping you informed during the process.

Always accommodated us. One day Dr Atul received our call on long weekend and he opened the clinic for my Lilly's hives. Otherwise i could have waited at emerg hospital more than 10 hrs. And it could have cost double.

The vet there broken my dogs jaw during a routine dental work all he said to me was “well ma’am it happens but you don’t have to worry about the bill today”
Poor bedside manners. Got a new dog after and wouldn’t even consider him as a new vet.
His receptionist - Emily was a delight. She was the best part about this place

Please do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. She deteriorated from not be able to eat during her recovery time which took about 3 months and ending up passing away

Very friendly and courteous staff. Location is so convenient and plenty of parking available. Charges were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this clinic to anybody who is a first time pet owner. Dr. Atul went through all the details of my kittens vaccines and all the necessary tests required. He was very patient with my questions as well.

But 1st visit and all details on paper made things very clear for us. Our puppy loves to run in clinic and see staff there.

I was not expecting to pickup my stressful call by vet on holiday off day.

Dr. Atul on the other side of the line, just few words made my day by guiding me few tips on phone. Within few mintues my furry baby Kailo back to normal. Otherwise it could have cost me time, stress and money at emergency hospital on holiday.

The most incompetent veternarian I've come across, save your money and take your pet to a clinic that actually cares for the animal and not just money.

After giving my dog tick medication that he didn't need to take, my dog had side effects (tremors in his back leg) we took him back and Atul P said it's his breed that's the issue and began to say he'll need surgery, his legs are giving out etc. After telling him it just began to happen after the meds were given to him, he became defensive and refused to listen to what we had to say. We consulted a different veternarian and they assured us our dog is healthy and it's not his breed, it was a side effect of the medication. Not only did he give my pet medication that was not warranted, but he also failed to warn us of any side effects, and when we did go back he tried to scare us with surgery. This guy has no idea what he's doing, stay away from this place. He's just hungry for money, looking for ways to run the bill up.

Love this animal hospital, always amazing with taking me last minute when things arise with my cat, great staff and vet! Front desk nurses are so sweet and helpful and always have answers to all my questions! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cat!

Awful experience with this vet. The dr misdiagnosed my pet and I had to pay lots for the tests and meds when they didnt treat him in any way. Had to go to another doctor to find out what was actually wrong with him. Save yourself the double visit and go to another doctor.

I would definitely not recommend Dr. Atul Pakhawala to anyone looking for a vet for their pet. After our 1 year check up for our dog where everything came back normal, our dog started experiencing adverse reactions to one of the medications given to him. Instead of helping with managing this condition (involuntary muscle spasms), Dr. Pakhwala blamed the breed of our dog saying french bulldogs are prone to having seizures and muscle spasms and he was going to lose function in his back legs, along with causing a scare by saying our dog would have to be taken to an orthopedic surgeon etc. We had a follow up consultation with another vet who confirmed there were nothing wrong with his legs and no need to proceed with any talks re: surgery. I have found a new and much more competent vet that was able to assist with caring for our dog. If you are looking for a vet who cares more about money than pet care, and someone who will provide inadequate health care for your pet then he is someone you should go to.

1) Very good and knowledgeable team. Everything from the vet techs to the veterinarians are highly knowledgeable and always give the best advice. I have never been forced for any unwanted costs!

By far the best set of veterinary doctors that I have come across. Dr. Atul and Dr. Jay are the only reason I drive from St Catherines for my pets! They helped guide me completely when I got my puppies and never forced me for anything. Always give options and are very honest with their work. I HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Atul had done a dentistry on my cat Bini and I could not have been happier! He not only explained to me the procedures, but he also took the time to discuss post operative measures and gave me a VERY reasonable price for the dentistry! Very very very happy!

Dr. Atul is a great veterinarian. My dog has been visiting him since she was 8 weeks and he has always taken good care of her. Hands down this veterinary clinic is the best in the GTA! They take such care of my two cats, my babies and I am so so grateful for them from dr Atul to all the wonderful assistants are such a pleasure to deal with and are always there for support and answers. Very good veterinarian doctor and strongly recommend. My dog Isabella has been visiting Dr. Atul since she was a puppy and he has always taken good care of her. Clinic is also at a very convenient location.

I’ve been taking my 3 Sphynx cats to Dr. P for about 5 years now. I have had nothing but great experiences every time I’m in there. Starting on the phone receptionists are nothing but welcoming and he actually takes the time to explain things to you and cares about your pets! I highly recommend going there you will not be disappointed. Doesn’t over charge either and gives you options which I really love. A lot of these "good reviews" are shocking and i doubt the legitimacy. This guy seems to have no passion for animals and just wants to take your money. He says he was going to give us our test results in "1 day" but its been one week. I also dont like his attitude and the fact he tried to scam us out of our free consultation. Wasted my money here and would never recommend anyone bringing their pet here.

Had a good experience here. The vet and staff were very professional and spent time answering all of our questions. I feel comfortable with this clinic taking care of my dog.

The vet did not try to over recommend tests and treatments that weren't warranted (to make extra $$). I have been to a few other vet clinics whose clear aim is to extract as much money as possible. This clinic gave trustworthy recommendations in terms of what was needed and what was not.

Dr. Atul is by far the best doctor I've ever visited. My cat Cleo was having a chronic condition since a while with no solution. However Dr. Atul offered us good options for treatment plans and gave Cleo the best treatment at a very very good price. I drive 57 kilometers to seek his guidance. HIGHLY recommend this clinic!

This vet is not a reliable place to take any of your pets.i’ve been calling everyday to get my pets blood test results and all they keep saying is “we’ll call you back” and they never call you back because i’m still waiting on them.this place is so unprofessional and clearly don’t care about animals cause if they did you’d take your job seriously and take care of these animals with good intentions.i’m so disappointed.i don’t recommend ANYONE going there because your pet won’t be taken care of and they will just take your money.

Dr. Atul is amazing! After taking our German Shepard Diesel to multiple vets he’s was the only one who successfully diagnosed the cause of his reoccurring ear infections and provided excellent treatment. As owners we completely trust him and we’re so happy he was there for us and Diesel in our time of need. Our son now brings his own puppy Bandit all the way from Ancaster to see Dr. Atul as he is so caring and compassionate and totally worth driving the distance. We are so grateful for a vet who cares so much for our beloved animals.

The staff are very nice and very helpful. Dr. Pakhawala is also very nice and very helpful with all your questions. He takes exceptional care of my aging fur baby. What I like most about him is he gives you options. Plus he doesn't try to force you into buying something or up-sell their service. He'll lay it out on the table and say, "Think about it. Call me when you've decided and when you're ready. "

Since it's conveniently close to my house, I brought my GSD puppy in a few days after I got him and was very satisfied with the experience. Friendly staff and friendly doctor. Will be using this vet for my dog.

Was a good experience. Was greeted by the door due to covid. Took my little pup for her shots and deworming. Dr. Atul was a little bit confusing as initially said he could not treat for tapeworms as they would need to send out stool to analyze determine the type of tapeworm. After the shots he then said there is a medication that would treat the three types of worms and can start it immediately. Took about 30 min in all.

Have been taking my dog to this clinic for the past 6 years and the vet and staff are great. Dr. Atul has always been professional and kind to my dog. I have moved 45 min away and still make the trip to this clinic.

Nice staff and doctor. I got my dogs updated on shots, 2 adult dog heartworm test, flea/tick meds and 1 poop test of my new pup. Roughly the cost $795 CAD. Other places charge me 500 for 1 dog. I guess this place is affordable with multiple pets. All the tests came back negative with a simple phone call from here.

One of the most unprofessional "vets" I've dealt with. I asked this "man" questions regarding my dogs allergy medicines because we had already tried them and didn't work. He felt attacked by my questions and proceeded to give me attitude because he is insecure about his own knowledge.
As a professional who works in a hospital I understand how to interact with patients and if any questions come my way I will try to answer them and/or find a way to answer them. But this man has shown he cannot work with people because he's clearly scared of being asked questions.

On top of that the same questions we asked him were not consistently answered the same way a few other vets did. He doesn't seem to know much. I would trust other vets. They also cost less than this guy. Also be careful, he may lie about your dog. Make sure you have all paper work as proof of the work he's done.

My pet visits Dr. Atul since being a baby. He and his staff members are very responsive. We follow him since 2007 he used to work at Mississauga clinic.

I have been using Dr. Atul and Brampton Georgetown animal hospital for 4+ years now. I have tried almost every vet from Brampton to Rockwood for my fur babies and was not happy until I found Dr. Atul. He and his staff care about the animals more than anything. They form a connection with them. My babies are never afraid to go to the vet. They run in and act like they live there. That’s when you know they are being treated right. I board them there, I take them for their vet care, emergency events (when they are open) dental care, etc. They are the best. I will never go anywhere else.

My dog was attacked by another dog and his ear was ripped open in several places. It was bleeding quite heavily and the poor dog was in a lot of pain! I was panicked.
I called to schedule an emergency visit. To my relief, they were immediately helpful and attentive. As you can see from the pictures, his ear looks amazing! I am shocked. The skin flapping over was so thin and shredded, I am completely amazed at the outcome.
Thank you so very much Dr Atul and Staff for helping us so quickly and safely (during Covid-19) and for these absolutely awesome results!
