I recently purchased a 2024 Nissan Kicks from Brampton North Nissan, and it was a top-notch experience! I went to buy base model, but at the end bought higher model. All Thanks to Rohit (Sales consultant), Demetrius (Sales Manager) and Jack (Finance Manager). Rohit talked me through the range, considered all my personal requirements and made very insightful suggestions, making the car purchasing process a breeze. Jack made the financial aspect smooth and understandable. Demetrius approved the great deal for me. They stayed after hours to present me the best deal and never rushed / pushed me for anything. Their friendly attitude and patience were truly outstanding. Would definitely recommend them. Very satisfied and happy.

Roomy cabin and cargo area Test Drive the SV Or the SL trim and compaire the features on both, you get a lot of things most others do not offer and the interior looks well made and higher quaility than others, Yes the engine is smaller but it is a compact SUV not a sports car! We get good.

I saw through AutoTrader a used car I wanted, sent the typical email "is this car still available" and it was answered by Syed-Armaan, a young sales agent. I went in on a rainy day to view this vehicle and he bent over backwards to make sure I saw what I wanted to see and would be satisfied as customer. No hard sales tactics at all, just extreme courtesy. We went ahead and crunched numbers and I drove away in my new vehicle a few days later.

My experience at Brampton North Nissan was phenomenal starting from the time I walked in, and Rohit Patel greeted me; to my dealings with Harry, Jack, (especially because he worked a miracle!), to not least Ali, paparazzi extraordinaire who documented the sealed deal in photo!
I sensed that each one of them rooted for me to get my first NEW vehicle in a decade because of the condition of my old one!

Bought my Murano brand new 2019 and was not expected I would be cheated. They sold me a car with old date and used tires 2014, and the front tires are almost gone and need to be replaced. These tires were not the original one that usually come on the Murano. I spoke to the show room manager and he even didn’t want to listen.

From the astetics and ambience to the professionalism of the staff, I know they were ready to serve and give you what you are looking for and more. They have the total package to satisfy all your needs there, however you can request additional extras on your already amazing deal and they will throw in more at no or little charge. Last month I bought an amazing vehicle (2022 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X) from Brampton North Nissan. The salesperson, Naz, was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful. The buying process was the best I’ve ever experienced and I’ve bought 14 new vehicles over 40 years - all makes and models. I have been having a lot of car troubles and decided it was time to get a new car. I tried several other companies and didn't enjoy the experience. Nissan was my last stop and it was such an amazing experience. This location has the kindest people there who help you with your needs and work with you. They made car shopping enjoyable. One month and final update Aug 14 2021
- No call back from Gene or owner. At this point I don't expect them to. Useless.
- After this incident we had to independent full safety certification on the car and thankfully found no visible mechanical issues.
- Again, I would be very very cautious leaving your car unsupervised at this dealership. If you do please take before/after pictures of the car like I did.

One week update July 19 2021
- Nissan Canada has said it's a dealer issue and have no jurisdiction on this matter. Not surprising.
- it's been one week from talking to the service manager Evin and calling multiple times, voice mail with no reply from dealership so far as resolution as the owner states. Poor customer service to say the least thus far and still awaiting their call.
- I also suspect that the person who did this is known by owner/employees and is a repeat offender abusing customer's cars for his/her use.
- definitely not a place I would want to leave a car overnight for any work.

Took my Nissan leaf at Nissan Brampton North per their rating for in-house recall and warranty work. Took three days longer due to part shipments and a 'mistake' and had had no problem as I was informed by the service advisor's call almost daily. Things were looking good thus far except Friday when I didn't hear back from them so decided to call early evening. I was told the car is ready so I picked it up just before dealer closed and quickly realized the car was taken for a 50 km plus joy ride per odometer (pictures attached of odometer before after). Also dealer stated on service invoice a complimentary car wash was provided which was obviously a dirty lie. I will be contacting Nissan Canada/dealership next week to pursue this further and will be providing updates here. Furious and extremely disappointed.

Financing at its worst. I traded in my old Nissan for a new one. Even after more than 2 weeks after closing the deal, I am still getting deductions for both the cars! Nissan Canada Finance (the lender) says that the dealership has not sent them the check for the old car. Unbelievable that there is no communication between the 2 Nissan institutions. What's worse is that the finance team at Brampton North Nissan does not even pick up calls or respond to your messages. Can I talk to finance? Goes straight to answering machine. Can I talk to your manager? He left for the day. Can I talk to the sales agent who sold me my vehicle? She is busy. What should I do next?

Best dealership! Overall, the best customer service compared to any other car dealerships. Abdul Hameedi was the absolute best! He was very polite, knowledgeable, and delivered information in a clear and thorough manner, he was also very attentive to our needs/concerns and patient about the process. I was returning a leased vehicle, there was a mix up on my appointment (sales advisor wasn't there?) Asgar the GM was helpful and tried to contact the sales advisor, but decided to get the used manager involved as they could just buy my lease vehicle. Ended up saving me some minor scratch repair Nissan would have charged and got me out of there in 25 minutes. Helpful,

However because of the horrible interaction I had with the receptionist (Chandony) twice today I feel like giving zero. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional! If my interaction today with the receptionist was the very first time dealing with this company I would never do business there or recommend them to anybody.

Really bad experience, I got booked for a Pcv valve and gasket replacement 3 weeks in advance
On the day of appointment they just turned a blank face and said we didn’t order the parts

No respect for others time

And then they instead of being apologetic they ask you to reschedule

The nissan has only certain dealers that work on the leaf. Not great for the growth of electrical cars. I went to a dealer to Make an appointment and all was good. I get a call an hour later sorry the dealer closest to your home does not support electric cars. I had to call a dealer outside my area. So I get an appointment with nissan north when the tech will be available. Screw your schedule too bad about your life and if your availability doesn't matter. So a week later a rearrange my plans to meet their availability So I get there on time but to be surprised the electrical charging spot 8s blocked by an ice and they do not keep the spot clear. Nissan's been building electrical cars since 2011 you would believe that the charging infrastructure at dealership would have evolved. To more than one charge spot maybe some paint on the ground with electrical charging or a sign do not park. When I asked about the spot to charge while I wait I get a blanket stare. So the news gets even better. I was told both technical electric car mechanics did not even show up for work. It would of been nice if a phone call would of been made to reschedule. Nope not a call. Just we will give you a call because they do not know when they will be working next. So far not a great experience with the service end of things. Let the saga continue in the new year.

Amjad was great. There was never any pressure or any games. Bought an Italian sports sedan from him. Kept his word on everything and saw the deal through to conclusion. Even followed up with me a couple of times after the sale. Could not ask for more.

We just bought a pre-owned vehicle from Brampton North Nissan. We absolutely enjoyed the service from Amir, who is professional, courteous, and most importantly direct and honest. He's a rare gem in this field, and we wish we could transact with him again should future needs arise. We were initially skeptical about their one price policy, but at the end we were convinced their price is fair. Without the hassles of bargaining, the entire sales process was smooth and painless. We were looking at buying a car for my mom, we had visited a few dealers and couldn't find a suitable car that we were happy with. We went to Brampton North Nissan and meet Amjad there; he was very helpful he was able to answer all of our questions and he was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for and at a very reasonable price too. I met Ali Saeed on Monday at Brampton Nissan. We went over Nissan Rogue, followed by a test drive. I had to trade in my Honda Civic, and was already disappointed with another Nissan branch for the price they offered my vehicle (had not told this to Ali before hand). Ali took the drive of my Civic, and before getting into his Supervisor’s office gave me a reasonable range for trade in. When he returned with the trade in price, he got me in, and I was really happy. I came back the next day, and Ali offered me very good deal on the 2019 Rogue.

Guy knows the business (though he claims that he’s a bad salesman), and knows how to delight his customers. I know sales people meet at least 20 people in a day, and they also know there would only be 1-2 potential leads. But, the way he handles his customers, might change your mind and make you seal the deal. He also helped me in getting a superb quote for my insurance. He ensured he covered all the basis. I got the delivery of the vehicle in just 2 days.

Keep up the good work Ali, you have a long way to go. Kudos!

Our experience at Nissan North Brampton was great. We are newcomers here and our sales consultant, Patricia, was extremely patient since we had many questions. We bought a used Nissan Rogue which we thought was a little expensive but the extended warranty and a nissan certified pre-owned vehicle made up for that. Junaid was also very helpful us get a good deal on financing. This is our first car in Canada and we are satisfied with our purchase. I will definitely go to them for our next car as well, whenever that is. A big thanks to the whole team.

Buying a used vehicle can be a stressful and trying experience. I was fortunate to meet Alex (Alejandra) Pulida at Brampton N Nissan. She is very honest, helpful and knowledgeable! Firstly, they have a great selection of pre owned vehicles, secondly Alex took the time to help me shop and compare from their inventory, and find the vehicle that is suitable for me. Many car sales people are only interested in your price point. Alex got to know what my vehicle needs were and gave me several options.even showed me a couple vehicles that I had not considered that were perfect for me. I took some time to consider, it was Sunday night when I decided that was the vehicle I wanted.messaged Alex and she placed the hold on the vehicle for me that night. Now that is AMAZING service! Topping that off, on final inspection we had noticed a small crack in the side mirror frame. Alex got it replaced for us.no haggling.no fuss. This was such a great experience - finding the right sales person makes all the difference!

Every experience with the Suzuki service center is good. Mechanic Steve is outstanding. He fixed my problem by knowing what it was without having to look under the hood. I had a sudden engine turnoff at 100 km/ h. He said it must have been the fuel I had bought the day before the incident, which was very scary, to have to pull over in the middle of traffic. In hot and humid weather, avoid filling up at night and early morning because of condensation inside the gas tanks. He knew I'd be ok! Dani in customer service changed my remote batteries and was helpful in explaining how to and when. Everyone knows what they're doing and they don't charge an arm and a leg for service. My go to place for my 2010 Suzuki SX4. Love it! The coffee is good, too.

Update to my original post below: thank you Mr Molu for your response. I understand stop payment on my account cannot be initiated by the dealership, but thats not the point. If there was no unnecessary delay by brampton north Nissan staff, a stop payment was not be required in the first place. Further more, hard work is no excuse to threaten your customers to stop a lease transfer and treat them badly. While you cant do anything to make my experience better, it would be great if you guys could improve future experiences for other customers who come in to your dealership for lease transfers. A commission paid to your staff perhaps, thanks!

Brampton north Nissan provides the best buying experience, but the worst customer service after a sale. They treat customers so badly that you end up regretting the deal in the first place and you wouldn’t consider buying from this dealership again. I recently initiated a lease transfer for a pathfinder that I leased from this dealership 2 years ago, also serviced the vehicle through this dealership for 2 years. Simran is the dealership’s lease manager and is supposed to be accountable to facilitate the transfer. Nissan Canada charges its customers a fee of 847.50 CAD (750 CAD + taxes) for a lease transfer and expects Nissan dealerships to provide lease transfer services to the customer. However, Simran did everything she can to make this difficult. At first, I had to call her at least 20 times over a period of 1.5 weeks to remind her to help me with the lease transfer or to just get an update from her. She wouldn’t bother to return my calls in response to the messages I left at the reception. She wouldn’t give me her email id or office number in spite of me asking for a means to communicate with her. So, I had to call the dealership reception and ask for her every time. I was asked to call Nissan to stop my payment. When I asked her why I’m being made to do all this work while I’m the one pay 847 dollars for the service, she justified it by saying repeatedly that the dealership only cares about making a commission and that Nissan doesn’t pay anything to her for lease transfer, she made a big deal that she was doing all the work for free. I told her she was wrong about it since I’m still a customer and this is one of the services offered by Nissan. So she threatened to stop the lease transfer right away and she told another co-worker, while I was still there, that I don’t know what I’m talking about. Then she told me that she doesn’t work for me, she works for Nissan. And here I thought Nissan works in the best interest of its customers. She even tried to sway the leasee to walk away from the deal. It clearly shows that Simran lacks professionalism and is not courteous to her customers. It reflects badly on Brampton North Nissan and it sends out a message that the dealership does not represent the best interest of its customers and does not honor the services that Nissan Canada provides to its customers. I finally got the lease transferred after a more than 3 to 4 weeks of horrible experience with this dealership.

Amjad, was a very pleasant sales agent as we entered into the dealership he greeted us warmly and asked how he could help us. Actually, we were not going to buy the vehicle the same day, we were just exploring options. Amjad, showed a very good condition pre-owned - Nissan Sentra and explained all the features of the car. I felt very comfortable speaking to him, which built trust in purchasing the vehicle from Brampton North Nissan. From what I can see, he is a very experienced and knowledgeable sales agent. Amjad is very punctual and gave the car delivery right on time and completed all the formalities within 30 minutes. Even post sale of the car, Amjad happily answered all my queries. I was in an urgent need of a car, so in the past 4 weeks I visited about a dozen dealership (Toyota, Mazda, Honda, Nissan) in person and about 30-40 dealership website in the GTA and nearby cities. And off course AutoTrader and CarGurus and auctions. So yah I spent countless and countless hours of searching.

Finally visited North Brampton Nissan and was greeted by Mr. Basem Sinjab. He REALY made the whole experience easy. He was Very helpful, straight forward and provided all the details I ask for. He went above and beyond any expectation I had (specially after visiting so many dealerships). He was even available on his off day and off hours to answer any questions. After meeting SO many car sales people, Mr. Basem earned my trust and he never put any pressure and no attitude of “You have to Buy now”. It felt like I was purchasing a vehicle from a family or friend that I can trust.
The sales manager, Mr. Shehab tried to help and asked if there’s anything that he can do to make the deal happen (which he did).
The finance manager Mr. Junaid, work really hard to make sure I was leaving as a happy customer and went above and beyond to achive that. He was even available on his off day.

THANK YOU Mr. Basem, Shehab, Junaid and Brampton North Nissan for making this happen and being patient with a Very picky and difficult customer like me and ensuring I left your dealership satisfied.

I had terrific service from Basem as I purchased my 2014 Durango from him. He was very honest and helpful. Business manager Rajiv was also helpful in the transaction, which was complicated by the fact that I was out of province at the time.

I recently purchased a used 2017 Chevrolet Equinox Premier from Brampton North Nissan. Our salesperson, Patricia Pompilio, was absolutely fantastic. HEY Nissan - Nissan Factory has 10 years or 200,000 km warranty on the transmission- So my Rogue 2009 still has its guarantee - PLEASE RESPOND

If you are thinking of buying a used car from this place STAY AWAY. I bought a used Nissan Rogue a few months ago. I heard all sorts of promises and vows that it is a good car which I will be able to drive safely. Of course everything has been checked by their experienced mechanic (LOL) and there is no way this car will fail. And now? I have to change the transmission which they told me after consulting the ViN# that I have one more year of warranty.
We are honest people, working hard to pay cash $8000. Can these guys imagine the agony their lack of professionalism puts people into. This place should be closed. The main reason is that as a non-mechanic expert I could feel the CVT took time to respond. Their answer was - that is how it is? I trusted them because of their sweet speech. I could have been naive. Not anymore. I will sue them for misrepresentation. Looking back I am convinced now that it would make no difference if the salesman and his financial manager were selling potatoes. They would still be dishonest even they were well aware they were selling a lemon.

Well in response, people have to know that there are lots of verbal commitments. The guarantee was checked using VIN# and I was told I have nothing to worry about it. It was not my opinion. It is what I was made to believe. There has been clearly misrepresentation. I showed concern about the transmission at that time and was made to believe it has been checked by Nissan's technicians and it should be ok. If the CVT is not responding - well that how it should be.
What did you do wrong? Well your guys sold a lemon. They knew the Rogue had an issue but still sold it. Again we are honest buyers relying on your expertise to buy a car. I opted to buy from a dealership and not from any car seller because I know you people are supposedly reliable and would not tarnish your reputation for a few dollars.
Lest I forgot to say that I was told you did a full oil servicing. I have report from Canadian Tire that the oil was topped up - I had to pay $180 to flush and renew the oil.
The car is a Rogue 2009 - NOT 10 years old - get your record right. Technically the transmission is still under warranty
