The staff needs to watch their tone. They were rude, despite the fact that I arrived on time. Especially the receptionist lady. I came for a breathing test and she spoke to me very condescendingly. I would advise anyone with self-respect to go elsewhere.

Dr. Soicher and the staff of the Sleep Clinic are very organized and good at their jobs. With their assistance I’m now sleeping eight hours in a row. This place turned my nights and days around. Very pleased.

Second time, staying overnight was actually a good experience, in large part to the support staff (Zade).
He kept me at ease and very professional during my stay.

Appointment time was 11: 15 AM and it’s 12: 16 PM and still waiting outside. Appointment means reserved for you. Shame

I went last night for a sleep study, the technician was friendly. She hooked me up with the wires and told me to try to sleep. The bed was comfortable, but the lights in the hallway was reflecting in my room, also every time someone goes to the wash room I can hear them, every time someone press the intercom I can hear. It was very difficult for me to fall asleep since I'm a light sleeper. I thought it was going to be asoundproof room. I think there is room for improvement to make individual sleep better.

Really disappointed my appointment is here at 1.30 pm and it’s 2.46 still waiting in the waiting room
They should respect of others time too it’s not always of making money they should book appointments according to there availability
Not to overbooked

Originally had a sleep study here back in 2016 that was fine but when I tried to do another sleep study a few years later to further assess my condition, the clinic refused two separate attempts to let me have one and offered no explanation as to why other than I'd already had one despite having a referral from my doctor every time (yet the sleep clinic at Williams Parkway and Chrysler Drive never had any problem with that and they let me have my sleep study)

I came for a test and 17 days later they still have not given my report to my family doctor! Apparently the doctor went on vacation and now is back but too busy. So I asked them why accepted my appointment in the first place. The receptionist informed me that they are not supposed to reject any appointment. Am I supposed to live with my condition until the kind doctor takes a look at my report?

I originally had a critical review as I was facing a scheduling issue.

The issue was resolved as the team reached out to me. The reason for 5 stars is the clinic experience. Amazing staff, I had such a great experience with the study. The staff made it comfortable, they were so professional. Throughout the night whenever I needed assistance, they were there on stand-by.

The actual experience at the clinic, exceeded my expectations.
Date of Study Feb 24th- 8.30 PM.

This is a well organized, professional, sleep clinic. I have been there twice and the staff are always kind and helpful. I sleep, anxiety free, in their care. I recommend their services.

No respect for time was given zoom appointment 12: 30 was asked to be ready 15mint ahead waited over 1 hr before meeting start. Called the receptionist to ask for update and why I was it told if there is a delay she was so rude and said talk to Dr Subramanian she’s can’t do anything.
What a lie there was no appointment changed I was given wrong time I shows Ip for that and I still agreed to the time you told me them I had to wait over 1hr.

I have sent this clinic several emails and calls regarding a follow up. I had the phone appointment with Dr. Kohn and I have not been given the prescription for the actual CPAP machine for my Sleep Apnea yet. Its been countless months without a word or explanation about the delay. I have called and sent emails to this clinic to get some sort of follow up regarding the status of the doctor, but this clinic does not respond to their emails nor do they pick up the phone. IS THERE ANY ADMIN IN THAT CLINIC?
