Got our appliances from Mankiran. She is an amazing person. Their prices are better than others in Brampton. I’m their regular customer and got all of my appliances from them in the past as well. I shall come back again

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I bought dishwasher, TV and laundry pair. Person who helped me buy was Israr. Such an horrible person.
Many years before I had very good experience so went again, and I am regretting.
Installation done is not good cannot use Dishwasher, water is coming out.
Requested to have laundry pair replaced no one returning my call.
By now I have Left so many messages for Sultan and Israr to call me back but of no use. All I am told is that Sultan is on AIR, and Israr is in warehouse WOW
Spoke with 2 other customer agents there, they were suppose to call me back to have dishwasher fixed and replace laundry pair, but I guess my hard earn money is wasted.
All I can tell is even they give out free appliances please do not go to this place.

I recently purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher from Brampton TV and Appliances, and it has made my life so much easier. The dishwasher is very quiet, and it cleans my dishes perfectly every time. The different wash settings are also very convenient, and I can easily customize them to suit my needs. Overall, I would highly recommend the Whirlpool dishwasher to anyone in need of a new one.

Very poor service. No one replies the call.
No return no exchange. Left messages for the owner always busy on radio shows. They don’t care about the customers after selling the products. Customer service before purchasing is different and after sale it’s totally different experience. It’s better to buy from reliable and big name companies. There prices are same with better return policies and service.
The worst part Brampton and tv appliances store have no return or exchange policy and zero customer service.

Poor customer service, don’t go to these guys better go to Home Depot or Costco that will help you to save time and money, these guys are all about radio advertisements nothing more than that, worst customer service, they lie on your face as you don’t know anything, refuse to return or exchange defective appliance which they sell. Poor service, faulted and refurbished applainces. Applainces doesn't even work for month. It's all scam and that's why they are selling it on less price.

Whether you have no record of me being there I was there. I was so mad at the guy lying to me that you had a lot of white 36” French door fridge in stock and you didn’t have even have one, I told him he lied and walked out.

I've complained to the Better Business Bureau and Brampton TV & Appliances didn't even have the courage to respond to the complaint, it remains unanswered. Brampton TV & Appliances owes money to an amazing technician & company in Welland but they have refused to pay.

However, upon seeing their "diligent" customer service team respond to complaints here, let's see how this goes.

My family purchased a Samsung appliance set (fridge, stove, range, dishwasher, dryer and washer) in August 2021 for over $5700. The business was supposed to deliver BRAND NEW appliances, however we were mislead and the fridge was definitely not new.

Next came a series of issues I wouldn't wish anyone else to go through but after reading the reviews, it appears Brampton TV & Appliances gets away with selling "like new" merchandise and passing it off as new.

First, the delivery drivers didn't have the correct address due to the store's fault. The delivery company removed the front door, and never bothered to re-install the door AND left behind their garbage strewn across the lawn.

To make matters worse, The Samsung fridge, $1900, was delivered with non repairable frame damage (as assessed by a Samsung technician when inspecting the fridge after it was delivered).

The transaction, having been less than 30 days old, states that the store will process the exchange. However the store NEVER accepted ownership of the issue and didn't even process the exchange until I escalated and had to get Samsung customer service involved. My tenants were without a fridge for 3 weeks! Please don't blame COVID as during our entire interaction you never blamed the supply issues and instead tried to push blame onto Samsung. Although the exchange was done, as per MY persistence and Samsung essentially forcing you to abide by your third party contractor rules & regulations. And, you guessed it, the second time around when the NEW NEW fridge came, the door was removed & not re-installed once again and garbage was across the lawn, once again.

The customer service from the store is abysmal to say the least while the products & sales are misleading with "like new" products. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Their sales person brother Israr was very helpful and helped us choose the best appliances. He was very friendly especially with our kids and knowledgeable and gave us the best low rates. Let me start with Saying this " Gunjan Mahendru, you are a Deal maker" I had already made a decision to buy my 5 Major Appliances from Leon's. They asked me to wait for 5 weeks to get them. Someone recommended Gunjan's name from Brampton appliances and asked to give it a try if I can get them earlier. When I went there and spoke to her, she understood what exactly i am looking for and to my surprise she said you will get them and 48 hours and I did. The financing process was flowless. She even made sure to get me the best installation guy for all the appliances and that too same day. I guess her efforts to go above and beyond to help customers makes huge difference and makes buying process fun. I highly recommend her and Brampton Appliances for your appliances needs.

I am regretting purchasing appliances from them, My dad heard their commercial on Radio and thought they give good deals and I wanted to also support small business at these covid times. These people are big time scammers. They over promise, under deliver, take your money and deliver you cheap and wrong appliances. I purchased Bosche appliances from them 3 months in advance to my new home closing. The day before delivery they told me appliances will be delayed. I patiently waited, then they told me only some of my appliances will be delivered few days later and rest will be delivered on July 15. Eventually they did deliver my cooktop, fridge and vent hood but delivered the wrong and cheaper models intentionally thinking I would not know. I called them out on it, to which they said they will take those appliance back and replace them with correct ones. They gave me a run around when it came time to pick up the wrong appliances, made me wait 3 days and then when delivery driver came he didnt want to pick up the appliances. After a lot of frustration and heated exchange, he took appliances back. Now today is July 15 and none of my appliances have been delivered. Our contract was that they will charge me money upon delivery, but they have taken $5000 from me and i am still without appliances. I asked for refund multiple times to no avail. They are refusing to refund me though they have been outright liars and scammers. I am waiting for owner Sultan to make a decision and let me know asap. I emailed them couple times and my emails returned from their server as temporary unavailable. I have contacted CONSUMER ACT OF ONTARIO GOVERNMENT AGENCY and if they don't refund me I will be starting a legal case against this company. People like these take advantage of consumers and their hard earned money. They have no customer service. Save your time and your money and buy appliances elsewhere, don't get sucked into their sly commercials on radio.

Worst customer service experience ever. The person who was showing us the appliances had no manners whatsoever. I would not recommend this store at any cost.

Last week I bought TV from this place, no doubt the prices was comparatively better. I am kind of person never asked for a discount but only respect against my business with the company I am buying stuff from. It would be dishonesty if I don’t mention the friendly and sympathetic behaviour of staff at Brampton TV appliances especially the girl (Mankiran) who attended and served me. She was polite and knowledgeable and most importantly she was confident. She knows what she is doing. She was way beyond the sale for the company she works for but she was on customer’s side thinking. Great people, Great job. Thanks Brampton Tv and appliances.

First of I want to say disregard the negative reviews. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I called ahead to see if the TV I wanted was available the sales person confirmed availability in a timely manner and asked me to come by.

Soon as I entered the store the sales person addressed me by name and showed me to the TV I requested. Once i decided to purchase the TV the staff opened a brand new unit in front of me and verified if there was any shipping damage and also powered on the unit to check for dead pixels, this is a service you don't get at the "big retailers" with them you go home and then realize something is wrong so that was much appreciated. Then I was helped with loading it in my van I was off.

Please discard all negative reviews first. Best place to shop any type of appliances. Gunjan is a sweetheart best sales person ever.she gave us such a comfort explaining detailing the appliances and breakdown of charges.no rush.her priority was us when she was dealing with us.moreover I received all my appliances a day earlier than what she promised.my calls are answered right away.what else we expect in this type of Covid situation going on.let's be happy and try to keep everyone happy

When you really want to support the small business in this tough times but the service they provide is pathetic. They lie about their inventory and don't pick up calls when you call for the delivery. Very disappointment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Their appliances are overpriced better check the model number online before making. A payment because once you do they won't return your money. Money hungry store.

The appliances they have for showing are the bad ones that don't sell and the shady salesman push you to purchase what is not selling or is cheaper for them to buy so they can make bigger profit. I bought this fridge brand new, and later find out the display is horrible and bad. This was how the display actually comes on this model of the fridge so it's a design flaw. But these guys not telling you and selling it! So since no one was buying they are telling everyone to buy this item.never giving them any business again! I will go to stores that are honest and give me true advice on which is bad and good appliance these guys just want to sell junk

Sorry to say this store is complete trash. My honest experience was that at the beginning when you first come in they are very nice to you, but after you pay your deposit they completely change their behavior. I bought 4 brand new appliances from them, one of the appliances turned out to be a floor model and not brand new like I ordered and it showed up very late, outside the delivery time period which caused me many issues. I highly suggest just not buying from this store but if necessary only pay when the delivery shows up.

Many exposed them already. Scammers. After sales service is horrible. If you have any extended warranty call manufacturer and confirm. They gave me FAKE WARRANTY papers for Laundry Machines. If you want value for your $$ and peace of mind then avoid them.

I highly recommend shopping elsewhere even if they offer a cheaper price. Customer service speaks volumes about this business. I ordered appliances in November 2020; after reciving 1 of 2 they have began ducking and dodging my calls. It took over 1.5 months to get a call back. I was finally told the appliance is on its way; 2 weeks later they state they have no idea when it will come. Save yourself the time and headache and shop elsewhere.

Beware of these guys.shop at your own risk. I wasted my lots of time to get the refund from them. They are liers. I did not get the delivery of Gas Range on time that I purchased that was around 1 month later. I canceled my order and asked for refund. They said it will go to my credit card back. That’s ok. But I wasted my time of 3 weeks calling them every day 3 times to get my refund. Whenever I called them they replied that they will call me back after checking out but never called back or said they have processed.this was my life’s worst experience in the customer service. One guy even talked too rude on phone with me who even refused to give back my money and said you can do whatever you want. I would have given then negative stars if there has been any.

It was one of the most devastating experience for us to shop appliances. The sales representative just know to butter their customers, take money and not deliver appliances on time. There were some appliances missing on scheduled delivery day, and the sales representative did not bother to attend our call or call back some other time. One of the most horrible shopping experiences. Would never recommend shopping from here.

They offer you good price but customer service is not good. Once you have purchased stuff, they take ages to get back to you and you need to call them again and again to remind the things

If you really want to know their true reviews just see which comments have the highest likes. That should really help you.
They don't know the first thing about customer service. Anytime you call them or ask for the sales person that sold you the applicance they only have 2 answers " They are busy with another customer" or " they are not working today". And don't wait for the rep to call you back because that will NEVER happen. Save yourself the mental torture and buy from the big retailers - TRUST ME- the free delivery and free gift is a BIG SCAM. You might save 50$ from those incentives but God forbids your applicance stops working you'll go thru hell to get it fixed from these guys.

I was shopping for Samsung TV and their prices are $300 to $400 more than their competitors even they advertise of deals deals sales sales on all the times on radio.

I will not recommend them to anyone.

I usually do not write negative reviews, but this place is a DUMP. Bought appliances from Brampton TV & Appliances and they were delivered scratched. Called them up immediately while the delivery guys were there but they said they will have them replaced "in a day or two" once they have them in stock.that "day or two" never came. SPEND MORE AND YOU WILL GET SERVICE RATHER THAN BUYING SCRATCH AND DENT AT FULL PRICE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Gave it one star as had no option for zero star)

AVOID! Easily some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Purchased an item 1 month ago online, they called and said they actually didn't have it in stock and offered a refund. It's been over a month, and 4 seperate times I've called and asked to get this fixed and they simply ask for the same information, and never call back. Still waiting for that refund.

They made promises on radio programmes and refused when we arrived there.
I was specially go there from orangeville to buy TV and collect my gift but they said there is no more gifts

We did order our fridge and stove. Gunjan helped us and processed order over the phone. Delivered as promised fully satisfied with sale person. But, the delivery persons were in rush. They scratched our floor and didnt reassemble fridge properly. Doors were misaligned and when asked, they start blaming that nowadays all companies fridge are coming with doors misaligned even at store you can check. But, I found one screw was missing and I fixed the door myself. If you dont know how to fix the door, dont blame the manufacturer.
