Mom fell today and her knee was bleeding out due to blood thinners. Excellent experience and everyone was fabulous, from desk staff to the nurse and doctor. Thank you so much.

Waste of time and tax money.
Got advice instead of medicine.
Took sample and said will call you in 2 days and.no response.

No wonder why they have low rating. Waiting time one hour and the docter don’t even listen when you explain your problem. No one should visit there.

Booked appointment are not actually booked. These ”professionals” don’t understand what an appointment means.

I went there and I wait for doctor about 30 min My health was so bad when doctor came he did not done any check up just prescribed a medicine and said if you will be not ok after this medicine go to hospital.

I went to this clinic for the first time. After waiting for one hour I met with Dr. Kimmy Goyal. She is very rude and full of attitude. She is in rush and interrupts me while I was explaining my problem and I ask if I can ask you one more thing she said we are done talking and walks away. Please Do not go there find someone else. She nothing to check and front staff to rude careless

Show at at the clinic about 40 minutes before they close to get puffer for my asthmatic son and the receptionist said they are not taking any more patients. I was shock, unbelievable. What is happening in our city are we turning our backs on children.
My son was in the clinic said I can’t breathe and she said no more patients.

Have regularly visited this clinic for the kids & myself for the last 7-8 years and have always had positive experiences here. Yes u may have to wait yr turn however the diagnosis we have received for our respective health concerns have been correct. The doctors and front line staff have been always very polite and very helpful. Thank u all for your hard work.
An onsite lab or imaging would be helpful.

I didn't wanted to go to this clinic. But, this place is great to visit if you go by appointment. Dr Ren was amazing. He took care of my injury very gently. He was so polite. Thanks to him and the front staff.

Avoid this place at all costs, they try and charge money to have my health information provided to my family doctor. Rude receptionists, they take forever to do anything, avoid at all costs would give if zero if I could.

This clinic is very poorly managed. I took my daughter to be tested for Strep, as I suspected that's what it was, and they had no rapid strep test, so sent us away after taking a lab culture that takes days for results. Two days later I took her to her own physician's office and they did a rapid strep test - she was positive and began antibiotics. We waited for FOUR DAYS before this clinic bothered to call and tell us we had a positive result. At this point my daughter would be waiting 5 days for antibiotics. Strep can become quite serious and she could have infected a lot more people had I waited around for this clinic to provide results. While speaking to them over the phone about why they didn't call sooner or leave me a message when they called earlier in the day, or have rapid strep tests available, I was hung up on by the receptionist, just for making suggestions of how they can improve. VERY POORLY MANAGED CLINIC. MANAGEMENT - STOCK UP ON RAPID TESTS, THEY COME IN HANDY, AND LEAVING VOICEMAILS COULD SAVE PATIENTS A LOT OF PAIN AND SUFFERING. Teach your admin staff some manners. I'm sure if this was their own child or family member, they would want all of the things I have outlined above. Thanks.

WARNING! Do not come to UCC, the treatment here is substandard and not worth waiting 2 hours. My son came in with a case of strep throat, (told the family doctor that he had chest pains, coughing and sneezing) and they ended up referring me to a cardiologist as well as giving me a requisition for a Chest x-ray. This whole appointment took two minutes, and he only checked my sons heart rate. This place is not worth your time, find a reputable family doctor for walk-ins.

Had a great experience with the front desk but overall wait time is terrible for no reason. They don’t give you an appointment instead accept you for a walk in and then it takes you forever to see the doctor. Have been here twice and doctor was busy on a workstation rather than attending patients. I felt they could attend you way quicker but the doctor seems to have other priorities. And if that’s the case, they should rather offer appointments instead of wasting time in waiting to see the doctor who was found busy with stuff other than seeing patients. On my second visit doctor was already inside the room I was suppsed to wait, but seeing me in he immediately jumped off to some other room. I found this clinic to be inefficient and ineffective in managing precious time of patients

They told us they are busy but we went on time. They charge us to give mask for one dollar each and use the same hands on computer. Lie on safety just good in making money

No one picks up the phone. You get sent for tests but nobody checks the results. The entire administrative staff is incompetent and cannot answer the simplest of questions.

If you wanna waste time go here, the perfect time waste. Dr. Muhammad, very rudely toned and unqualified practitioner. Since when did healthcare become such garbage. Doesn’t wanna listen or even perform visual inspection, just come give me your money and go. We don’t pay tax for this. Overall, don’t go here, there are a lot other places.

Ny finger got a large cut and the bleeding wouldn't stop so I went to urgent care and they helped my amazingly. I got better with all there help. They checked my finger, they gave a vaccine, they then applied perfect dressing for my finger so it can heal properly. I received amazing customer service and amazing help from Arsh who works there.

Worst experienced walk clinic in Brampton. Doctor attitude worst, receptionists even don't known what to do. Dr questioning why you here in this clinic, very strange Doctor. Ruined our day

Rude and rude staff. There is no training to staff - how to talk to people. Is there any other option near by nobody will like to go there. Rating should be in negative not even 1.

The doctor was one of the nicest people on the planet. He explained things well and ensured I received the right care.

Very bad medical practice, nothing got concluded that day. Luckily other duties or arons I had to complete that day, nothing got done that day on Saturday just a waste of time. Doctor had a whole waiting room of patients look like he didn't care about me about my Son.

Wastage of time at this place, even tall black doctor over there does not know to see ear infection in the ear of my daughter, my daughter was feverish 7 days, doctor said it’s just viral. I went to paediatric doctor, my daughter was seen, diagnosed with ear infection and got antibiotics.

Gavan and Gurbinder are extremely rude and have no communication skills. I brought my brother here and requested to go inside the doctors room with as he had a really bad sore throat and was unable to speak. They did not let me in and were rude and disrespectful. Please don’t ever go to this clinic. The receptions/staff here is untrained and extremely disrespectful.

The doctor is good but the staff is extremely extremely rude. This clinic should be closed for such behavior. Its a shame that in a publicaly funded Healthcare system we need to go through this type of service providers. They should be audited for service failure and trained how to work professionally, I know these comments are going to deaf ears.

Hello I visited UCC today because I was suffering from wrist pain from last 2 days. I met with DR Sial, he is an amazing doctor as he diagnose my problem and gave me the best advice that I got relief within few minutes. I really appreciate the hard work of front staff that help me to register and guide me properly to enter inside. I am not sure about other's negative reviews but, for me it was the best experience and I highly recommend this clinic.

Their name is urgent care but they dont give any care urgently. They will tell u to phone and make appointment, but when u call they put you on hold and never answer. The girls at the desk have bad language. NEVER COME HERE.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars! The most incompetent, rude and unprofessional people. They didn't even help my mom. They didn't touch or even look at her bruised and broken wrist, AND the X-ray doctor wasn't even there. My mother had to fight to get a requisition for an X-ray. They do not care about their patients at all and I would NEVER go here again. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this clinic less than 1 star I would. I called at 5: 45pm to book an over the phone appointment. At 9: 45pm I still have not received a call back from the doctor. I called the clinic numerous times and was first told I was number 8 in line, then 5, then 5 again. It’s interesting how my place in line didn’t move after 8: 50pm. When I asked about their procedures, they couldn’t give a clear answer. This place is a scam! They want to bill OHIP while not seeing patients. They deserve to be reported and under review by the ministry. Moreover, they need to be shutdown. If you speak to Lovepreet, make sure she gives you straight answers because for her shift today, she only had generic lies.

Very bad experience, they don’t even deserve one star. Indian receptionist very unprofessional and rude. They don’t have etiquettes, about how to behave with patients. They were telling to patients to get lost from the clinic however no patient was inside the clinic, only two receptionists were there and doing nothing. So, try to avoid this location, prefer to go to other locations

Had a wonderful experience here after visiting two different locations. Went for a dressing and the staff was so polite. One of the nurse Arsh was very nice and professional.would recommend everyone

If i had option of giving them zero star, i would have done that. Tell me guys, what does urgent care means. There was a guy in front of us with his child in pain and they didn't let him in because they were full for the day. Great right we were calling them and immediately they were putting us on hold. I mean seriously, the worst service ever.

My son had an appointment. Door is locked need to call to come in. We keep calling standing outside I freezing temperature. Three ladies on counter talking to each other but not picking the phone to let us get in. Reduclos service treat people like they are not humans. Avoid going there it's not noble profession any more.

Do not come to this clinic if you need urgent help. I have to wait 2 hours to get my turn. 1 hour in my car and 1 hour in doctor’s cabin. And the staff is sitting in chair and having phone in their hand. And no one was taking care of patients.

The experience was horrible especially with Dr. Zaidi. He doesn't know how to talk to anyone and has no respect. He was very rude to the patients and he tells everyone who goes there to go to their Family Doctor and not the urgent care. He told everyone to take simple medicine and wait.

I was worried when I saw all the bad reviews but decided to go anyway because it’s close to my house. I was in and out of there super fast. Was a very good experience. The receptionists seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing or maybe were handling too much at once, but other than that…

They do not answer phone. They have pre recorded voice after tat voice they put your phone on hold.

We were not permitted to enter and had to call and wait on hold in the freezing rain while reception staff continued on their other calls. Once they took us off hold, we had to fully register outside. After screening and registration, they would not allow me to accompany my son (under 18) who needed stitches and potentially had a concussion.

These folks aren't interested in providing health care, just billing OHIP. We ended up having to head to the hospital ER for treatment.

Very bad service. Girls working there are very rude and dont even respond to patients standing outside. They dont even open the door. Door is always closed with open sign. When you call, they put you on hold and then dont respond. Very bad service.

This is the worst office I’ve ever been to your call to talk to them to make an appointment they tell you to call you back in two hours by six hours they still have not called you go there to get your doctors note and see the doctor so you can get the note and they send you away you keep asking them for the doctors note they won’t let you see the doctor I talk to the doctor the receptionist is the rudest person ever tells you it’s bullshit because you won’t get off the phone till you can speak to the doctor they lie to you and they threaten to call the police on you it’s the worst place I’ve ever seen

The doctor is trash! He refused to do a basic physical examination for an athlete who needed the necessary paperwork; quote “he felt to uncomfortable signing the document”.

I just read the reviews of this place and decided I will never go to this place even though this is down the street there are many other urgent care opened in the area I don’t think so all this reviews are making any difference to their operation

I went here to get a referral for my ct scan and the hospital did not receive it. When I called to get a print out of my referral the girl gave me a hard time and was really rude. Do not go here if you want to get stuff done. I had to wait on the phone for 5 mins and wait outside in the phone for someone to finally come outside.

Rubbish service. Girls are very rude and treat patients like they are not tax payers. They need to learn how to talk to patients before anything else. Muhammed doctor is next level every test result he gets is normal and ask you to chill and when you go to other doctors they prescribe you meds. I don’t know what’s wrong with this people.
Don’t ever go there if you do by chance I request you to get second opinion if you are told you are all negative can save your life.

Probably one of the worst “care” centres ever. There is nothing urgent about the way the staff treats you. Similar to other reviews, the wait times are horrendous, the communication is barely there. I wasted 2 hours today due to their lack of professionalism. Avoid if you can.

Receptionist asked me to wait outside and I had to wait for one hour. After going inside, doctor asked to wait in room. After waiting for 40 minutes in room I went to doctor and he said I forgot you are in room.

The stuff is rude, doesn't know how to deal with sick patients. 1240 is check in and after 6 hrs no doctor is calling because unprofessional stuff did not pass over my information. If your not feeling good please go to any other clinic beside this one. You will do your self a favor. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL doctor clinic in Canada

My daughter (2years) had a fever yesterday. We called the clinic to see if we can see the doctor. Receptionist told that we are not authorized to treat fever patient. She did not ask any other details.she does not have any cough and cold. My wife cried when she heard. She is health care worker who worked in pendamic. Doctor clinic refuse to see our daughter. I don't know why doctor got vaccine first if they don't want to see patients till now. Everything is open.

These kind of clinical practice should ban. You are allowed to go to restaurant, mall but not allowed to see doctor. I don't know why family physician scares that much.

My wife talked to a doctor on the phone who told her to come in and her name would be given to the receptionist who would then let her in the door when she arrived. Instead she was forced to wait in line for at least 30 minutes outside in hot humid weather. She is almost 89 and said she was getting weak when she was finally called in. No problem with the doctor inside who was thorough and effective but this procedure surely is not acceptable as you can imagine someone who is really sick having to go through that

Doctor didn't give proper time and attention to my problem, even the staff wasn't helpful, I feel both doctor and staff just wants to put their hours in the clinic to make money, just to let you guys know my visit date to this clinic was today 18th June 2021 at approx 1130 am.

Both the doctor and assistant told that I don't have any problem in my ear and after that I left with no option to visit Brampton civic hospital, over there in emergency doctor who attended me looks more professional compare to Brampton urgent care centre doctor, confirmed that I do have some problem in right ear and Immediately refer me to ENT specialist.

I do have my referral papers and rx which I got from civic hospital emergency department.

I would request either contact your family doctor or emergency in case you need immediate medical assistance, please dont depend on Brampton urgent care centre

Their costumer service is too bad. I have been calling them from last few days for the doctor's consultation but their doctor isn't giving call back. I don't know why! They have written urgent care if they aren't going to patients on time.

Very unprofessional came here with a broken arm and was told that couldn’t get treated cause the doc wouldn’t want to see anyone with out a referral.

I’ve always had a good experience here. I’ve been going during covid to get my baby’s vaccines and they have great safety measure in place that you wait in your car call and wait for a call to let you in.

I have always had the help I need. I like going to this clinic because most of these doctors work in the hospitals and also qualified surgeons. They have helped me and my children when I needed it always

It's a walk in clinic, so expect that. You are seen and doctors on staff are helpful and thorough. Always be prepared to ask questions when you visit a doc. They are not rude staff. It's medical and very straight forward. If you need an extra smiley happy go lucky team, maybe find a place to suit those needs. I'm perfectly fine with staff that cares about their patients and get to the rout of the problem. I've been coming here for 8 years. Also if you are waiting to hear back for an x ray or ultrasound result and you don't hear anything, it means you're okay. That's the practice here in Ontario. If there is something wrong, they will call you. OR if you are concerned, call them. But obviously be responsible for your own health and follow up. Don't whine and complained for our walk in clinics to take care of you because that is not part of their service. The responsibility is up to you to take care of your health. Overall not a bad walkin, I've been to many and I keep coming back here. This not a hotel or restaurant with high customer service with hospitality service.

On phone they said come but When I go there They just said if you do not have medical card we do not accept, What is the issue if I am going to pay Cash. They are Urgent Care centre, But Seriously I did not get Urgent care.

I waited a month to get a referral and no call.so I call and ask why I havent gotten a response and simran tells me I'm better off going somewhere else.imagine she told everyone that on the phone. I have no idea why people have so many bad reviews, I always find them very efficient, they go out of their boundaries to help patients and in a very very professional manner. Sometimes you better check your attitude and expectations before giving anyone a bad rating. Thank you guys. And yes, I hardly give ratings but their great service made me do this.

This place is horrible, don’t waste your time. My father needed medical assistance for a cut finger that was bleeding a lot, they refused to look at it quickly to recommend whether we should goto a hospital or not, instead they asked him to wait for 6 patients ahead of him even though he is a diabetic and was bleeding profusely. Goto the emergency if you think you may need stitches, or are bleeding. This place is definitely not a “urgent care clinic”

Please do not go here with social distancing protocols in effect. They make you wait for hours, while the whole time they are inside having laughs. Very unprofessional and customer service is definitely not a priority here.

I went to this facility on March 3rd or 4th. I told them that my health card will start from 10th March, to which they replied that I can come back and get the refund for 75$ once the health cover starts. I have been calling these guys ever since as currently one is not allowed to go in person. Everytime I call I am put on hold for long periods and everytime I am being told that someone will call me back within 1-2 hours, which has not happened till date. Really disappointed with the behaviour of these so called professionals

This clinic has a bunch of issues just like a lot of clinics in Brampton.some doctors are weird and unprofessional and others are ok.staff is ether completely rude and unprofessional or decent depending on their mood for some reason.

If I could give this place zero stars I would please please please avoid at all costs. The doctor as soon as he walked in was unfriendly and rude. He made me move from medical table to chair like 4 times without an explanation for why. He was using medical terms with me like "do you know how to equalize your ears" and I was like no can you explain it and he immediately got really frustrated with me. I went in because my ear was really hurting so I get on the medical table for the 4th time and he checks my ear with the prob except he sticks it in so far that it hit my ear drum and I feel tears rushing to my eyes because it hurt so much. He gets so angry with me and tells me that I am not complying and that he needs to push the plastic that far into my ear in order to see. I have had an ear infection before and never did a doctor hit my ear drum so hard when checking. After expressing my pain he grabbed and yanked my ear so hard from the top as if I was a little kid being punished, it was such an unprofessional grab I knew he was pulling my ear that hard because he was frustrated and mad. He basically told me he sees nothing but the way he said was accusational as if I was lying. I literally felt like I wanted to cry he hit the inside of my ear drum twice with the plastic probe after I told him it hurt, he pulled my ear in anger and then was very condescending. On the way out I asked him what his name was again and he refused to identify himself. I don't think this clinic hires actual doctors I don't know who this fake doctor was. Regardless he was so incompetent and clearly has anger issues and zero patience. I went to a different doctor right after and the other clinic told me I had a sever ear infection and gave me antibiotics. I would avoid this place at all costs, also if the centre is reading this please hire physicians who are licensed and willing to conduct their line of work professionally I am angry. Also just a side note I called the centre once I got home multiple times to ask receptionist the name of the doctor who "treated" me and no one picked up at all. This place is scam and just wants to take advantage of your health card to steal money from the government. AVOID

Ps. I am so so so appalled by the way I was treated I am literally sitting here crying at how horribly rude that doctor was. If you guys cared about your patience you would actually screen and interview the doctors you hire because they are not real medical staff.

Was in and out incredibly quickly. The staff is very professional, from the reception to the doctors.

I dont understand how these people call themselves doctors or how they even got a license to practice. This place needs to be investigated by the ministry. They will see you for 5 seconds max and send you on your way even when they are not busy. Every time i have gone here the doctors do not listen to you and simply want you in and out as fast as possible. I told them my meducation is not working and requested to see a specialist. They refused and simply gave me more of the same medication. What a joke.

I had my 2 bones fracture and I have X-ray with me, he stated that there is no fracture and come after 3 days, I was suggested to put Ice pack in the mean time. But my pain was worse and I rush to the hospital they give me urgent care and put the cast on my foot.
