Brampton Vision Centre

Our kids have been a patient of Dr Sud at Brampton Vision Center for a few years and we have been very satisfied with the care they have received. Since our older son has myopia, he requires specialized treatment.

After seeing a few eye specialists who were not even able to detect his myopia, we were referred by our family doctor to Dr Sud at Brampton Vision Centre. They have specialized equipments to detect eye conditions and we're able to detect his myopia on his first visit. On Dr Sud's recommendation we started eye drops for our son. After almost 1.5 year of treatment (which is normal for myopia patients), his number stabilized. He continues to wear glasses and use eye drops, with follow up appointments every 3 months. Sincere thanks to Dr Sud for catching his condition and starting the treatment.

We have referred a few friends and family to Brampton Vision center and they share the same feedback.

Also, would like to mention the extremely courteous staff especially Sandy, who is always accommodating with appointments and reminders. We appreciate their support.

Brampton Vision really took the time to explain everything to me about my eyes and my options.

I’m going to this vision centre from many years. I’m very happy with my Dr here. Recently my son lost his glasses and I need to get a new pair for him. Nikki Bahia was the one who helped me. She was really good with my son and she was so patient with him. She solved all my problems. I was so worried but she’s so good with her work that she solved everything. I would highly recommend her.

This place is full of excellent service and they are LifeSavers! I lost my glasses and after not finding them for days, I called Brampton Vision Centre. With my prescription they were able to process lenses and frames for me the same day I called! All worry washed away when they told me over the phone they could help me out!

Yes my mom had eye exam done with Dr. Boparai and she was very friendly and my mom felt taken care of and talked to us in punjabi I am thankful. My mom had problems with her neck and the technician is very gentle and thanks to jasmin and ginny too but bad thing we had to wait 40 minutes, please improve on your time thank you

Dr Grewal is honestly the best and very patient on the negative side the front desk ladies are honestly rude and carry so much attitude

Brampton Vision Centre
Great staff -from the receptionists to my optometrist / they make you feel welcome and they are very understanding if you are running late or if they can set you up early for an appt they will. My optometrist - Dr. Greywal is amazing - she looks out for me and gives me a thorough check up all the time - she makes sure I follow up on my appts and take whatever medication is given. Very nice manners and easy to talk with - respectful -

I had cataract surgery performed on both eyes. When completed, I needed a new contact lens for each eye. Dr. Angra looked after my eyes and she and the staff at Brampton Vision Centre were absolutely outstanding. I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes and my contact lenses fit perfectly, without any irritation. I highly recommend Dr. Angra and her staff.

Amazing customer service and glasses were made very quick. Doctor and staff went out of their way to make sure I left happy.

Nearly 12 years my family & I been visiting this vision centre. We have Dr Jafferji as our Eye Doctor and so far we are fully satisfied with our appointment. The front team also make you at ease and deliver great customer service.

I had took my 11- year old daughter to this place because she has had a stye for 4 months now Dr. Sud had took a look at it and was very caring that he had booked an appointment ASAP with Carrot Clinic that would take it out.

The eye doctor was very friendly and explained everything in detail and they also got me an eye appointment to see the specialist based on my condition in a very small time frame. All I can say is the folks at this place truly cares and definitely I will refer my friends and families, just based on the excellent service, I have gotten.

Doctor Sud and his team of professionals are extremely knowledgeable, kind and honest- Raman assisted me with a purchase (she actually selected a pair that suited my needs).

Great selection of designer glasses. Unique and stylish. Walked away with two designer pairs for my travel!

Clinic is clean and large, great for social distancing. Hand sanitizers could be readily accessible which I appreciate.

Only recommendation: new white chairs as the current ones have signs of extreme wear and tear. That isn't a huge deal at all but for those with OCD it could be an issue!

I was referred to Dr. Grewal by my brother and she is truly the best doctor I have met. Dr. Grewal is very caring and she takes the time to explain things thoroughly during my visits. For the first time I visited the Brampton Vision Centre and after a little wait I saw Dr. Pupinder Ghatore. He treated me with utmost professionalism, care and concern, asked the right questions and did a whole lot of tests to find out obvious and hidden problems with my eyesight. After seeing various optometrists and ophthalmologists over many years, I judge him among the very best. He had insight and explained various aspects of my perceived vision problems. He treated me with patience and respect and had an excellent ability to relate and lead me through the findings of the tests. I would highly recommend him to people looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable optometrist.

I dropped ad hoc into the center without an appointment. My mobility challenged family member had 3 pairs of glasses that were dropping off his face due the extreme weight loss caused by his affliction.
These people were very understanding and accommodating!
Arveen spent considerable time with us and adjusted all the eyeglasses so that he can now wear them.
Despite the glasses having been bought elsewhere they treated us as if it were their own product. I am definitely going to return to them when the glasses need replacing. Thank you Arveen and the rest of the staff.

Hello, I came for my appointment in March with my wife and the staff was absolutely wonderful. I had surgery for my back recently and the employee that did my tests Manpreet was amazing. She was very kind and assisted me throughout my appointment and made sure I was comfortable while doing tests. I am a diabetic so I required a lot of testing. She was very patient and caring. All the staff was polite and very nice. Will definitely be having my kids come to Brampton Vision when they are older. Thank you for the great experience every time.

Had an exam with Dr. Amjed and had the best experience, she's got superb bedside manners, very informative and super friendly, will recommend my whole family to her and will return for my eye exams with her.

Great Place! Everyone is very helpful, especially Preet. She is extremely friendly and treats every customer very patiently. She is very helpful and always gives correct advise. In short they take care of you. I would recommend this place for everyone. Preet has a special talent when it comes to kids. She always goes above and beyond for her customers.

I had an exam with Dr. Jaspreet Boparai and she was very thorough and explained everything. She went beyond to ensure that I understood the results and how to proceed. I even took my parents in to see her and she was able to explain everything in Punjabi. I definitely recommend everyone to book an appointment!

Dr. Simran Grewal is an incredible Doctor, She is dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate. Immediately she makes you feel so welcome and comfortable while putting your mind at ease. She listened to all my concerns patiently and answered every question. She made me feel so relaxed during the eye exam! I appreciate all of the much needed advice and information on overall eye health care. My experience with Dr. Simran Grewal and her office staff was nothing short of amazing! Doctors are fine, service is terrible though. Drove in with my sister as she needed an appointment and didn't feel comfortable driving. Appointment was at 3pm, ended up waiting in the car till around 4pm when she was finally taken in. Her appointment was actually moved from 3: 45 to 3pm the day before by the office. Wasted gas keeping the car warm as it was around -16 (windchill) outside and the car was getting cold fast. Turns out they don't allow family members inside so I'm sitting in a car constantly wasting gas waiting for the supposed 30 min turnaround to finish. By the end of it all, almost 2 hours wasted, probably 45 mins of car idling time due to heating wasted.

My first time at this location. Although I do not have the name of the eye doctor that examined me, however, the service was exceptional, friendly too and will go back there if I have to in the future.

Brampton Vision staff and doctors are amazing and so helpful. They make the eye visit and examination a very pleasant experience and staff are so helpful with helping you to choose your new glasses. If you are experiencing dry eyes I highly recommend you seeing them! They are very experienced and knowledgeable! Thanks so very much!

I went to brampton vision centre this month for my first visit. I had an appointment with Dr. J Boparai, I must say she was very welcoming and friendly. She was very informative and addressed all my concerns. I was previously prescribed contact lenses from a different optometrist, which gave me headaches and feeling of discomfort. Dr. J Boparai gave me a trial and I was amazed at the difference- no more discomfort or headaches, feels like I'm wearing no contact lenses! I will definitely be trusting her for all my optometry related needs and would highly recommend her for vision care.

Visited Brampton Vision Centre a few weeks ago for treatment for my infected eyes and the service was really good. The safety measures that they have in place for protection from covid-19 is excellent.

Dr. Amjed is simply awesome! She is detailed, takes her time to listen and address every concern. She is resourceful, insightful and always willing to help. My husband and I would definitely recommend her for all your vision care.

First experience was great, I went in with my 5 year old who I suspected needed glasses. Dr Amjed was very kind, knowledgeable, and comforting. She took her time with my little one and explained to things to her. Over all experience with the practice was great. Recommend it. Will definitely return.

Dr. Simran Grewal was incredibly knowledgeable and professional! I've never had such a thorough and informative eye exam, this has now become my go to place for anything eye related! Gurpreet was also super helpful in teaching me how to easily put in and take out my newly prescribed contacts. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to take good care of their eyes!

Good first time experience. Went there for my kid's eye exam. Reached on time and didn't need to wait much. The front staff was welcoming. Doctor herself was good. She put my sons at ease during whole testing, especially my 4 yrs old was quite happy. Doctor didn't show any hurry and provided us after exam precautions and recommendations. Satisfied. I would recommend them for sure.

I want to give it half a star but it won't let me I'm not happy with there service I did my exam with them last week and I ask lady at the front 3 times when would my glasses be finished they told me Thursday and I can come pick it up on friday now when I call they telling me a different story that it be ready till Saturday.

Appointment at 2: 00. Doctor called me in at 2: 20. I am not coming back to this again. Honestly they need better organizing.

I have been to many eye specialist but Dr.simran Grewal is the best Eye Specialist so far. She is very patinece, knowledgable and also advise you general eye care. Really apperiate the service and highly recommended.
