Worst experience at this place. I visited here first time because i had bad sore throat and cough we wait for more than 1 hour and dr take 1 minute only with me he even didn’t listen my concerns he was in hurry. He took my throat swab and ask me to rest. I was expecting antibiotics but he said no need. I will never go back to this place

Complete waste of time. They kept a retired Doctor who is afraid of seeing patients. I’m really concerned if doctor don’t want to see patients then why you have open the clinic? Just for the billing purpose? This was the my first and last visit to this clinic. Will not recommend to anyone.
My wife had pneumonia and the old doctor couldn’t diagnose anything and told her that she is fine and visit again after few days. Such doctors can be a life threatening to critical patients.

The Quality of the receptionist:
- NO SOFT SKILLS
- NOT PAYING ATTENTION
- VERY RUDE
- NOT USING POSTIVE PHRASES
- TELLING, NOT ASKING TO PUT ON HOLD

Many more, overall UCC has not changed their mentality other than making money

Please don't go to this clinic. I went there for ear infection and he prescribed antibiotics in 10 seconds and he said take your prescription from front desk. I was waiting for and then he clled me again and said no I am not giving you antibiotics and said go to hospital emergency ward. Nothing explained.
I never see this kind of crazy doctor.

Very bad experience many times voiding time is 6 and closed doors at 3: 0, I called and drove for 30 minutes to be there before 4pm as receptionist told me but door was locked and due said if you have registered you can come on and we don't register on fone. Very disappointing

Selling masks for 1$ cash. Making black money. Not displaying anywhere that masks are compulsory. If you don’t wear a mask they don’t even listen to your problem. Straightaway cash! Slow clap to these thugs

Went there for my 1 yr old son immunization it was fast, Was out within 15 mins. Doctors and receptionist all were nice.

Believe the bad reviews and rating for this clinic! DON'T GO HERE! This is not the usual clinic I go to, I just decided to go here because I had a simple form to fill out by a doctor and it is close to home and never busy (now I know why)! The doctors here are rude and unprofessional. The lack of care for people's health, wellbeing and overall experience is clearly evident by their behaviour. For example, one doctor walked into the exam room without saying hi, nor introducing his name and designation (which should be standard healthcare practice). He seemed annoyed and uninterested when I asked questions and was essentially rushing me out of the room. I can say so much more about my brief time in this place. But honestly, it's not worth it. There is an abundance of better clinics and doctors in Brampton.

A terrible doctor! If you come to this office and see an older doctor with all white hair please go home! I took my daughter to this clinic Sunday. The doctor did not even come into the room. Could barely hear what he said his reason but something about immune compromised… SO WHY ARE YOU WORKING! He just told me it’s normal she’s going to fever for the next four days and sent us home!

I informed the clinic and doctor that I was already here Friday. On Friday I was seen by a lady doctor and she was nice, however she prescribed my daughter antibiotics which I later found out is NOT needed. She informed me to wait two days and monitor if my daughter’s symptoms. If symptoms are better then don’t take the antibiotics. If symptoms are not getting better then take the antibiotics. Which is why on Sunday when I went to this office and saw the terrible old doctor! This horrible old man doctor, he gave me the go ahead to give my daughter the antibiotics which I later found out she should not have taken!

That same night my daughter fevered over 42! The thermometer displayed error! The next day I called her paediatrician and begged them to let her be seen. My daughter is diagnosed with hand foot mouth disease. The paediatrician informed me she should not have been advised to take the antibiotics as it is a viral infection and not bacteria!

I am so upset with this doctor (not the lady doctor, the old man doctor) I called the clinic and asked for his name. Receptionist staff stated they can not give out the doctors name…? I am beyond extremely upset and disappointed with this doctor. He should retire!

I am not angry towards front desk they were nice to me when I was there during my visit. I have no complaints towards front desk I understand they are just doing their job and following orders from management.

I DO have concerns directed towards management as per why physicians NAME can not be given to patients! I am not asking for their personal phone number! I am asking for their name! I do not understand why this information can not be given out!

I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience here. Especially with this specific doctor.

Worst clinic to visit for walk-ins. Receptionists are good but doctor there was very unprofessional and less knowledgeable. He said he gonna refer me to another doctor but never handed me any reference letter, and told me to wait for Call from his clinic but it’s been more than 2 weeks still no answer. Don’t waste your time by going to there. I went to another walk in clinic after waiting for few days, and got reference letter to consult specialist about my situation. But this clinic wasted my time. I wish I could have give them negative reviews.

I would give 0 star for sure. The reason I’m giving this rating is because I was calling them since morning and no one picked up for hours and when stepped in they were sitting idle. The patients who came in after me were sent in 1st and when i asked them, they said this system is booking and not us. Just FYI, they’re not taking appointments and putin the information manually on the system as 1st come 1st serve basis. Worst service ever, I would never recommend anyone

Hours are not same as posted. They do not let you in without a mask and they charge $1 from you for a mask.

Beware this clinic stops taking patients 2 hours before the closing time regardless of the bare minimal foot traffic.

I have a appointment at 2: 30pm but doctor has to leave early so for the another doctor I have to wait till 4: 30 pm

Receptionist are the best.

Doctor just want your OHIP money. Sees the patient and then refers you somewhere else. Waste of time. Came for a simple incision and was told I needed a referral to a surgeon. Went to the next close urgent care, was incised right away with no problem. Typical urgent care who just wants your OHIP money and then makes you go somewhere else.

Good place to visit in case of emergency! Staff is really friendly……. Arsh is really sweet nurse works there. Very friendly

Worst service ever, went with my son first thing in the morning there was nobody else waiting to be seining and doctor was more worry about his looks than tKing care of my kid. He asked the reason of our visit but he cut me off. He was over condescending.
He Sent the receptionist to tape my sons finger when she did not know how to do it, then he did against his will and hurt my kid a lot. Over all worst service stay away from this place

Worst Experience, I called them and asked about blood work before Visiting.
The Receptionist said, " yes u can come in. "
But after wasting my 2 hours She simply Shook her head and said, "You can get it done from any lab We don't do blood work here. "
By the time all other labs in the city were closed.

They don't understand the meaning of "Urgency" if I had that much time to wait for blood work then could have gone to my Family Doctor instead of Visting an urgent Care.
Some tests are to be done with in few hours of injury!

They don’t even deserve 1 star, they don’t answers calls I don’t know what the girls are doing there if they don’t even allow visitors in their clining sometime they say that they only accept walk-in and then they say that only accept appointments, they put the person on hold for 20 or 30 minutes and then disconnet the call, i do have health card and still they were asking me to pay for my treatment and that treatment is covered by health card in any other clinics.

Worst place to visit, i had appointment at 6: 30p on Wednesday, when i came to see a doctor they were closed and according to their board they are open till 10pm on Wednesday. If you are closing early that’s your responsibility to inform the patient. I came Today (Thursday morning) at 10am. They were open but they didn’t have doctor and they told me to wait outside as their waiting area is closed due to covid instructions. Person only visit a clinic if they are in problem, your clinic is not a play area or fun area for anybody. If we respect your timings then you should also respect others timings as well. It’s 10: 48am and i am still waiting outside and that’s why i am writing this comment for you guyss.

They are not open as advertised online or at their door. We put in a request for in person visit and said we would get a call back shortly. Never did so finally after waiting close to 3 hours my husband went their with my 3 year who is very sick and in pain, just to find out no one is there. The sign on the door still says they are open. Not sure why they cannot simple put they are closed. Now we wasted hours waiting for no one just to end up in emergency to wait hours longer. It is unbelievable that they would advertise they are open when they are not making people wait while sick for none to respond. It is not hard to change your hours online and to get a new sign. Do better!

Waited over an hour to be seen for an ear infection, doctor wouldn’t take 2 steps into the room until he came to check my ear asked if it hurt when it was pulled in, before I could answer he tugged on it, I started crying and he just walked out telling me to get my prescription it was ent till my dad came in that the doctor told us what it was or how to use it.

The staff and doctor are very respectful and sweet
But the clinic policy is very not good
They don’t allow you in without a phone call
They are so scared from patients
They say they open until 10
On weekdays and 6 on weekends
When I call on weekdays after 8 ok no one picks up
And on weekend I called and called no answer and when I went there at 4;30 the clinic was closed!
Urgent care clinics are there to help people in need of urgent health assistance, with this clinic I do not see that service being given to the people in urgent need!
I like the staff, doctors and location … but the clinic policy is treating patients as if we are diseased!
Walk in clinic accept seeing patients after we inform them that we did covid rapid test and we tested negative
But this clinic made me wait three days and three covid tests later and they were still hesitant to take me in!

I wish there was a negative review possible then it’s -5 for them. Urgent care means you see patients till your closing time but these guys refused to see my ailing child in persistent cough saying you should have called first 2 hours ago. Ridiculous people.

Service was fast, and I had good experience two year ago but now the service and front desk is so rude. I hope someone will teach them how to treat customers

Very very bad staff, i went there by 9: 35pm and clinic was suppose to close at 10 pm.my daughter was in pain, when i called them they said we are closed.i will definitely complain to the city …

Had very bad experience with this clinic. Unprofessional staff. Didn't expect this kind of service. Without proper explanation regarding charges how would you expect patients to pay whatever you ask for. Not acceptable.

Very very Rude receptionist.worst experience. Don’t go in future.we were waiting outside for half and hour and she didn’t open the door. She was on phone call.

Called them twice receptionist put me on hold twice no response both times. Went there 2 hours before the closing time, receptionist said no more patients will definitely report to CPSO.

While the sign says open and in the day time, such very bad service i was outside trying to open the door and the receptionist was looking and then ignored then i called them while i was standing outside to know, she said we are closed as the doctor is not available and we can’t do anything and i saw bunch of white coats (doctors or nurses) in there. How bad this so called (URGENT CARE) is.my mother was in pain. The reason i went there.

This is the absolute worse clinic there is in Brampton. I went there to check my blood pressure as I was having symptoms associated with gestational hypertension and I am pregnant. I waited for 30 minutes after which I was called inside. I sat for another 30 minutes and still no one came to speak with me. I definitely won't be going back there and I do NOT recommend.

This doctor was able to help me over the phone and get me the prescription I need in a quick manner, thanks Brampton Weat UCC

I had gone back in December as I was having swelling, night sweats, cough. I met with Dr Tooming who had referred me for an x ray, ultra sound and bloodwork. After completing those tests I received a call back but fairly quick call from Dr Tooming advising I have swollen lymph nodes and I need to see a hemotologist. The receptionist advised they handle the referrals and call back once they have a date (this was now early Jan). I called back recently as it's been a month and I have not heard anything, the receptionist advised they dates they had faxed the referrals and gave a number for the clinic to follow up. Upon calling the clinic I was advised they had no record of a referral for me. Essentially I had to call back and ask them to resend the referral.

This has left a very poor taste in my mouth because had I not followed up this would have slipped through the cracks. If you are dealing with any referrals from here make sure to be on top of them.

So I went There on March 11th because I had severe Chest Pain. Called them and they took me IN. Doc performed ECG and then referred me to CARDIOLOGIST and gave the front desk my recognition letter to forward it to Cardiologist. Today March 17th I called them to check whats going on and at first they denied they didn’t have any recognition letter, and right after I told them I saw the letter that day then they flipped and said “OH SORRY THEY FORGOT TO FORWARD IT TO CARDIOLOGIST “ Playing with someone’s health is no Joke specially when it comes to HEART.

Very efficient and professional staff! Give your details about covid and vaccine over phone.then just call from outside once you reach.simple! I had injury on my finger and they were quick to take me in! I have to go every few days for dressing but hardly any wait. One of the staff Seena is very good. I prefer her doing my dressing as she is good at what she does!

Highly recommended, I am very grateful for both Dr Hanka Stratmann and receptionist. There are very very kind and helpful. Very clean place, great welcoming and excellent and fast service.

Walked in spoke to the receptionist she signed me in. I asked how long of an estimate was for my turn. Promptly walked out and waited in the car. Went back once the wait was over and my turn was next. I got to see Dr Amar Patel. He was very helpful. I needed urgent care and I got that and more. I would recommend this clinic and Doc to anyone. Dr Patel knows his stuff. Receptionist and Lab tech were very helpful.

My girlfriend was in and out in 1/2 hour with a diagnosis and prescription for antibiotics. Doctor was great, and the 2 support staff up front also very good. Very good experience overall.

Urgent care timings are till 6 and they stop accepting patients 25 minutes before. I think the timings should be changed to 5: 30 instead of 6. Try not to waste precious time in case of emergency after 5 as you never know if they will accept patient or not.

Only accepting patients for certain symptoms. Absolutely ridiculous, no walk in and it’s an urgent care! Do not go!

Worst place. Should be named as late care clinic. After calling them 8 times, had to finally pop in for checkup. After 2.5 hrs wait receptionist insist us to send pictures to doctor. I wonder why do they even have phones when they donot answer them. Worst worst clinic. This was my 5 experience with them. Always spared them by not putting reviews but this time it just came out. They need to put some efficient people At the front desk.
