Extremely happy with the overall service. Entire team is amazing and thorough. I would like to specifically thank Marian for being so amazing with me. She is so concerned about her patients and helps manage any anxieties during the sessions. Dr Turna is amazing as well. I once did my cleaning with him and honestly I didnt feel a single prick. Kudos to the front staff as well. They are all sweet and welcoming. I am happy I found this place. My big thanks to everyone here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Bramwest Family Dental clinic and I cannot say enough great things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home.

The clinic itself was clean, modern and well-equipped with the latest dental technology. I was immediately impressed by the attention to detail and the level of care that went into every aspect of my visit.

Hygienist Susan and Dr. Turna who treated me were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. They were gentle, thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

I have just started with this dental office, and I can emphatically say that they are wonderful! From the dentists to the front desk staff, all are courteous and kind and professional. They have great appointment availability and flexibility. You can arrange to have your private benefits pay the dentist directly and not have to worry about coordination of benefits if that's what you would normally do. I totally endorse this dental practice!

My husband went here for the first time last week and said it was one of best experiences at the dentist that he has ever had. The staff was friendly, the dentist and hygienist where very informative and took the time to go over the specifics of his dental care, and the hygienist, Ashley, did a great job. He will definitely be going back again.

This is the best Dentist experience in my life.a little back story. I have extreme anxiety when to relates to visiting the dentist due to past experiences like during several root canal surgeries the anesthesia wore off and I felt all the pain.same happened with extractions anyway let's just say visiting the dentist is like taking a trip to hell for me. Bramwest Family Dental was completely the opposite Dr Ten and staff were so friendly and warm I was so relaxed they catered to my anxiety so effortlessly. Dr Ten was very knowledgeable and explained every procedure with such clarity. I was so relaxed and calm and I didn't feel any pain with every procedure I did at Bramwest Family Dental. Dr Ten is now my kids dentist as well.
I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Fishy billing practice. They charge you for their insufficiency of time management.
Charges me 3 units of scaling for one sitting. Even though my insurance coverage was covering for 2 units in a year. This should be just one unit for one cleaning session. Even after confirming on call & just before the process started, they didn’t have attitude of apologizing their mistake and made me pay the uncovered amount.
Don’t trust their words, check by yourself.

Today, I visited Bramwest dental office and I was really happy with the service provided. The person at the front desk provided lot of information very patiently. The Doctor and the nurse was very good and explained me clearly about the procedure. I recommend this clinic for your dental check up.

I’ve been going to this clinic for over 10 years and can confidently say they provide excellent care. They have done all my cleanings for as long as I can remember, removed my wisdom teeth, did my braces and provided me with an excellent referral to an orofacial specialist when I developed TMJ. The dentists, hygienists and front desk staff are all knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. The entire team truly makes an effort to give you a good overall experience.

Went in with a fracture to one tooth which was luckily stable and allowed Dr. Turna to take his time to assess and fix it. The reason I switched to this practice is in fact Dr. Turna; I found him open to questions (and I’ve asked some naive ones!), upfront about potential outcomes and related treatment options. Willingness to educate patients shows confidence in one’s own knowledge base, something not all dental doctors exhibit unfortunately.
A shoutout to my hygienist Ashley too! She did a surprisingly great job, and issues I went in with actually got resolved in 1 day even though she said they may last longer - so I’m actually very happy with her amicable personality and quality of work.
Lastly, I find the front desk to be friendly and have no issues there either. Overall, a great team! And I am already recommending this practice to family and friends. Keep up the great work guys!

Hands down best dental office I’ve ever been to. Extremely friendly staff. Dr. Turner is a compassionate, gentle, knowledgeable dentist. I have a phobia of dentists, however Dr. Turner and the staff at Bramwest always make me feel relaxed and in good hands.

I have been with this office for over 5 years. From the day I first walked in up to today it has always been a positive experience. So positive they'll be seeing me until they retire. Reception greats you with a smile. My hygienist is amazing! Dr. Turna has assembled a great team and I'm never nervous being there. They treat you well. I like when things are explained to me in depth so I understand and I get this here. No question is a dumb question. Since the pandemic started the office has changed to include plexiglass at reception which is better for the front desk and the patients. Sanitize on the way in and out. You wait outside until your appointment to limit contact with others. They have really stepped up. I'll be back soon!

I had the best experience with Bramwest Family Dental. I was at first nervous because I was new to the place and a new dentistry is always a big change. But the staff was very friendly, homely and the customer care was just great! The team that took my experience to the next level was Dr. Neil A. Tenn, Assistant Durdana, Rep Natalie and Kulwinder.
