I notice that in the "reviews" section, the B&M agency has not hidden the negative reviews mentioned about it. Several customers have expressed their dissatisfaction, but their opinions are clearly visible. Generally speaking, people only like a good reputation. For me, B&M is like an open book, and that's reassuring because of the transparency that makes it a serious agency. At least you're warned that you might find yourself in this situation, and that appeals to your sense of good understanding. Credit to B&M for its sense of responsibility, which it assumes.

Great Paid Social work. Great collaboration and teamwork. Junaid and Connor deserve all the credit. A special thanks to Lael for account management. I would highly recommend B&M for any paid social campaigns across industries.

They didn't live up to the contract that we signed. In the contract it stated that they were going to manage 3 paid social media platforms for us. When I questioned them about why I was being billed for multiple months for 3 when they were only doing work on 1, they had a series of excuses. I wasn't even asking for a refund, i simply wanted credit for the work that wasn't completed in upcoming months. They refused.

If you're doing paid social media ads, this company isn't doing anything that you can't learn from a few youtube videos.

Make sure you establish and commit to a deadline with these folks. Expected our website in May 2021 and it’s now December with no end in sight. The project was not a new build but rather just an upgrade to a new Shopify Plus theme. Getting clarity on how well they understand this popular ecommerce platform would be my recommendation.

Update: It’s almost February and our website update project is still being treated with Brand & Mortar’s utter lack of urgency and care.
