Got a fresh pair of Vans here, no issues. Great selection of shoe brands for younger generations, older, working people, etc at a fair price. The staff were very helpful too.

Great service and choice, I was instantly greeted by a member of staff who explained where all the men’s shoes were, two further ladies upstairs asked if I was able to find what I wanted and the lady on the checkout was also very professional

When you're in town. You best be stopping here if you're looking for shoes it's the only place to go.

Large shoe store, women's shoes on the main floor, men and kids on the second floor. While they have a large amount of shoes I found the men's shoes limited in style and make.ir they only had 6 styles of reebok men's shoes.so limited selection. I did not think prices were great.average pricing. On a positive note the staff were knowledgeable and friendly.also clearance items were vell priced.

I found one pair of shoes, same as my last pair. Since they were comfy, I decided to get a new pair. Would like greater variety in wide fit arch support. Thanks for the help in finding what I was looking for.

An excellent shoe store, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I need to have orthotics in my shoes, and Sonya gave me expert guidance in selecting regular shoes and runners.

I have been coming to this store for years. It's normally my go-to for my shoes, my kids shoes, I even recommend it to my co-workers as I work at a hotel.

Today while shopping there. The lovely lady upstairs followed me around.literally standing at the end of every aisle I was in staring me down.weird. So weird. It literally was giving me anxiety.

I'm in there, walking around with my credit card and my car keys in my hand. Clearly I have intentions to purchase something.

I get to the aisle that the same pair of shoes I'm wearing is in which is what I was actually looking to buy because they're comfortable as hell.

And she literally comments Oh those are the same shoes you have on and then she just kept staring at me like as if she was expecting me to steal something.

I literally sat them down and left and went to SVP up the street and got a better deal and I will never be back to your store again.

Staff member Shelly commented "What, you don't know how to write? " When I asked her to write her name on the business card she had offered me to contact the head office. She had refused to accept a size exchange from shoes I had purchased the previous day. These shoes were not worn, I had the receipt and packaging intact.
On a previous visit I had an issue with rudeness and unprofessionalism from Madelyn the manager. Perhaps it is built into store policy and training.
Word to the wise, If you buy shoes here make sure you don't ever need to exchange them or be prepared to endure abuse and insults when you return.
Three times will not be the charm for me with this store. I have a useless pair of $100 running shoes.

Unprofessional and probably uneducated lady following us in every aisle. A racist lady who’s probably getting paid minimum wage but feels like her race is better than others. A ghetto store, go to the mall or the outlet store, they have better deals.

There are tons of nice shoes, most staff is friendly but one lady is very rude and doesnt deal with customer nicely

The shoes that I bought is amazing. The owner is so nice and friendly to all the customers and the staff too. I love this store very much all shoes are very affordable I guarantee ️ all of of my friends are very happy too. I’ll recommend this to all my family members, friends and classmates too. I found a slipper shoe at St. Catharines store but they didn't have the size I was looking for. I even called my local store, they didn't have them. I was told that maybe the Niagara Brand Name Shoe warehouse might have some stock and try calling them which I did. The person who I spoke to I gave information of the brand name and product # and the two sizes I am looking for. I was excited when she told me she had the brand & sizes I needed. I asked her if she can have them sent to my local Brand Name store, she assured me that she can. She asked for my name and # stating that I will get a phone call when they arrive. That was on a monday, the following monday I called my local branch to find they have not arrived so I called the Niagara Brand Name back to hear that they were sent to the main store in Port Colburn first then they send it to my local store and considering we had a storm it maybe delay, okay reasonable I thought. But then after waiting nearly two weeks I called her again! She stated, she only had one of the sizes and forgot to send it until almost a week and a half later after my first initial call. But proceeds to tell me that my local branch should of called them not a customer because we don't usually do this request from a customer? Then said she has one more shoe box and if I wanted to have it sent? I told her no, I will come now long distance and pick them up. I get there and I get the one size, but I asked her which one did she sent to Port Colborne, she says "I can't remember. " So I said maybe call them and see if they have the other size I requested. " no, they don't have it" then gets on her cell saying I will try to help you and shows me the site of the makers of the slippers and the Bay. I was not going to pay double the price that the Brand Name Warehouse had on sale. I took the one pair and my intuitions told me this lady is bizarre and I should call the main store in Port Colborne, sure enough the other size was there! (this where I was wth why would she tell me that store did have them?). What a goose chase this has been, long distance calls and long distance driving because of incompetence. That lady in the Niagara Falls store giving me the run around and clearly doesn't want to help customers and making excuses along the way.thank you Port Colborne & Beamsville store, your customer service and being helpful got what I needed. Niagara falls store.that was unbelievable!

Super cheap for brand name shoe's. I wear a 15 to 16 size shoes and it's the first place I go for shoe's because they carry my size.

We found a pair of shoes in my size of 15 which is usually difficult and found a stain on one of the shoes. The lady was very kind and gave a significant discount in the form of a store credit. We will be back.

Wide variety of sandals, shoes and boots in all sizes (even hard to find sizes) Great prices for brand names. Wonderful customer service from all employees i interacted with. Lots of very cute kid shoes. Clean but cluttered store. Lots of parking and easy to access, also close to the falls.

I've had nothing but good experiences here.all the ladies and the gentleman I dealt with today were all fabulous! But I would like to give a special shout out to Sonya.thank you for being so attentive and listening to us! There needs to be more people like you in this world.you rock!
