For the love of God fix the ac unit already! I live 300 feet away it sounds like someone trying to start their car 24 hours a day! Love yer store done with your broken ac unit!

I love this store but the air-conditioning fan on the roof needs to be fixed! Is sounds like a car motor that just cant turn over constantly. Very loud and annoying! I definitely change the review once this has been seen as love the store just not the noise!

Well arranged supermarket, easy to access with large car parking, but not easy to get Halal items and not easy to recognise vigitable prices (what belong to which) to be mor specifics like others.

Love price matching, earning PC points and using coupons great savings and produce is perfect.

Most of the times you get dissappointed because you stop by to pick up a few items and you see they are missing all those items. Waste of time.

Great new option for Stittsville. Clean, well stocked, great prices. Prices are definitely going up tho, even at a discount location

It is what is expected of a No Frills, but still by far the best one I've been to. Very friendly staff. Definitely my preferred grocery store in Ottawa

My first visit here and I was quite impressed with how new and clean the store was. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful; feels more like a neighbourhood store than a large chain. I was just here to check it out but ended up buying a bunch of stuff just because it's a very nice atmosphere and the staff are so polite.

The prices are also better than other similar type stores in the area. The store is clean, well laid out and have a relaxed environment. I think this will become my main grocery store.

Flashfoods on your app has great daily discounts on meat, bread and other goods. Changes daily. Deep Nofrills discounts. Competitor grocery store price match available on four of a kind sale items. After the price match use your coupon to reduce the item price again. Stacy in the produce department, is an encyclopedia of produce knowledge. Then PC points. Plan well shoppers!

Excellent service even at self checkout. Shelves are stacked where possible. Carts are brought in timely. Kudos to all staff serving with a smile

I am just getting tired of having to go to for grocery stores to get the ingredients for one recipe

Not sure if i will go back again. Not a very well stocked store.
Had to go to another store to get what i needed. 5hs hax happened very often

I just stopped by to pick up some coffee cream, cheese and fruit. But then a saw a few other deals on things I 'needed'.
This location is convenient for me and always good prices. I had a friendly cashier run me thru and found the store to be neat and tidy. I'll be back.

It's a nice new store and easy to access. The prices are reasonable.

The only thing is that they do not offer ranchers when an item on sale is out of stock.

The same item can be purchased from the Canadian super store and they will price match No Frills.

Great selection and amazing prices. Lots of parking, friendly staff and quick checkouts. We will be back!

Only 1 cashier on, so basically forcing you to go self checkout where you can’t price-match (even though they advertise how they will beat any competitor price) or buy bags if you don’t have any with you.

Coming to this store is a treat after shopping In the Ottawa stores. Much cleaner and we always find what we need

Third week in a row I’ve gone for a specific item. On sale and not on sale and they have had zero stock. Don’t waste your time unless you want to only purchase half your grocery list! Lol. Price matching, pc points and prices are great but can drive a little further to superstore who has stock for the same benefits.

Good prices, nice appearance, lots of parking.but they almost always have massive lineups. I just want to get some bread and milk and have to wait 20+ minutes. Faster to just go to a corner store.

Never anything in stock that is on flyer. Horrible store. Sorry but have gone on 3 occasions and shelves are empty. I walked out all 3 times with nothing. Will never go again.

Being new to the area. I found it a nice place to shop and found some great deals. Staff were nice and helpful and took to time to listen. The only concern I have is that there should be at least one handicapped accessible cart for the store and there is none. I spoke to management 2 months ago and they said they would speak to head office about it. Can they please take is seriously and actually look into it? As I am not the only one who mentioned it.

Best prices, best service, best appearance (new store). Not the most convenient location to travel in Ottawa. Once there they have all the standard pantry items. Last time I went they were giving out free packages of PC chocolate chip cookies!

I was there, this morning but.
It was different, alot of the items I.
Wanted were sold, out I guess I live.
In overbrook yes, Orleans is alot closer.
But there even worse, iber was selling strawberrys at 3,88, I price match with
Food basics.
They had them, at 1,65 each even that price was not worth it.
I bought two between, the two I half each in the garbage.
They were not edible, I don't think the stores have any choice.
It's head office, or the person who orders.
The fruit from, the supplier needless to say I'm not impressed.

Items frequently not in stock and there is no means to call the store to speak to a person in order to find out stock levels. For people who live in the surrounding countryside and must make a trip into town in order to do their grocery shopping, this is a bad combination.

They NEVER have sale items in stock. The sale items on the flyers are NEVER ever available. On Thursday mornings, you go in, nobody bothers changing the prices. A bit hard to get in and out of the parking lot, but prices are decent when they do have what you are looking for in stock.

Great prices. But the staff member i asked where something was wasn't very knowledgeable. I had to wander til I found d it myself.

"Prices won't be beat". This is true, unless it's from a list of about a dozen stores (which you'll find out at checkout).

We just moved to Lanark Highlands and were so excited to find this NoFrills in Carp

The store was beautiful clean well stocked the staff was Awsome

Went back a second time and asked two different staff for help to locate items the one guy said sorry we dont carry that the next guy told us to ask at customer service
The cashier was very rude and yelled over to the other cashier I would really like to have my break

I said sorry for you being late for your brake

"You should of went to the other cash"

I laughed thinking she was being funny

Then started to tell me how bad she is treated

My response there are lots of other jobs if your unhappy

"What ever"

I sad to my husband can you pay while I finish packing the groceries
He grabbed my card but punched in his pin

She rolls her eyes and says "great"

So I went over and tried and my $495 was processed

Was not impressed with our second visit at all

Great store similar to the one in Arnprior the one thing is stuff is kind of expensive like shelf prices but overall grade store

Nothing like No Frills Renfrew, store is super tight in aisles, a few sales not many as prices are priced higher.staff no friendly.for a new store I thought it would be more inviting. Won't be going back

LOVE No Frills! Untill this new addition in Stittsville there was only one in Orleans. Was well worth the trip. Now this one in the west end is a blessing. Great prices, Great selection, Clean, Helpful & Courteous staff!

Love the size of this grocery store. It is one of the smallest that I have gone to. Makes it feel more personal. Being smaller I find the inventory stays fresh. Turn over is much higher. They are always stocking the shelves. All the staff that I have interacted with have been very friendly, a real breath of fresh air compared to the staff at a grocery store further in Stittsville. The mix of yellow label and PC products is perfect. It's just not a yellow label store. The produce is fresh with great selection. Their deli area includes some Ziggy's products which I haven't seen in our local area at other grocery stores as much. Other than the fact that they don't sell alcohol this has become our go to grocery store.

Nice new store. Smaller scale makes shopping a little faster. Not all products were in stock. Staff was helpful to check the back.

Very disappointed. Produce was deplorable, everything was rotten or on its way out. Every section seems to have bare minimum on variety. For a place opened during Covid is is awfully small and cramped inside. Often had to wait at the end of the aisle as there is no room to go down the aisle or pass people if there is even a couple people in it. Cash area is awkward and cramped which makes it difficult to get out of the aisles at that end. I assume the prices are higher because so many people bring in price match coupons but yet they were restricting me on price matching. Definitely will not be back, had to go to food basics after to get everything that they didn't have or was over priced at no frills.
