PLEASE, if this helps one person it is worth it.

Do yourself a favour, Go to any other Peterbilt or even Brandt Tractor location
-slow for repairs
-slow reaching out to get approval
-will not call you for approval
-will not work with customer to arrange third party repairs (eg.i needed a window and wouldnt let my installer do the windshield had to wait a few days.for a windshield)

In the transportation industry we all know there is one thing you cant escape and try to reduce. DOWN TIME.which Brandt doesn't seem to take into account

Simply put the Mississauga location of Brandt Trucks is not working for you, but themselves. Try Ayr, Try london, they are in a different class than mississauga.so much better.

Definitely deserves 5 start rating. Especially Dave. You are the best. He knows how to deal with customers. He definitely takes brand to next level. He never disappoints me.

I know, Rating won’t make them more responsible, purpose of this rating is let the management know, it’s time to shuffle the stuff, Selling bad parts to the customer, won’t bring you five stars, The part was already bad, shouldn’t be on shelves. Who is responsible? The time and resources were wasted, because of that nonsense mistake. The item wasn’t in a seal packet, make doubt first, But I ignore, Now I learned the hard way. A expensive lesson for me.

Worst service in gta the lady usma very unprofessional and rude she needs to go to doctor for treatment it’s better to buy truck from peterbrbilt and have it repaired at kenworth.

Dave was exceptionally well at the service he provided and went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend him to everyone for the best service in town. Very nice and professional.

I’m literally in the parking lot typing this, I walked into the store the girl at the desk greeted me so I proceeded to walk over to the counter, I asked the guy to please tell me the prices of the seats they have on display. There’s 3 seats, he asked which one I said all of them. He just pointed to another guy and staid he’ll help you and walked away, the guy who’s supposed to help me I went over to his counter and stood there for five minutes before he acknowledged me. He then laughed and said oh I thought that guy was helping you, SHAME ON YOU GUYS FOR SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I disappointed again every time we’ve had to deal with this place I walk away, feeling dirty yesterday within because my truck would not do a region on a DPF system. After waiting for six hours, they told me the truck could not do a forest region that I would have to spend $4000 on getting my filters cleaned. I said no and took my truck home on the way home it did it’s region absolutely nothing wrong with my filters. This place is a scam, scam scam, scam, scam as I was sitting there. The guy beside me was beside himself due to he came in for a clutch adjustment. They broke his mirror off his truck for a 15 minute job. He was there for six hours, it’s an absolute embarrassment

I would not suggest any customers to buy anything from here they are rude and unprofessional. So called manager Danny is rude person and not even willing to help customers. They don’t value customer and there money.

Went in to get a service done on my espar heater. Wasted a whole day waiting for them just to he told it didn't need a service. They said they cleaned things up and I was gone. That same night it was in heater started throwing the same codes as it was before. They did absolutely nothing. These guys are completely useless.

Used to be a nice dealer.since the owners changed everything went sideways. Impossible to get a hold of anybody in a parts department, minimum 20-30 min on hold to get a person on the phone, plus the parts stock is not existent at the moment.not a good experience
