I had hip surgery. Went to Lifemark for physio. They were very welcoming. Julie was my physiotherapist. She was excellent. Showed me different exercises each week making me do them. Printing them out to do at home. Felt very well taken care. Julie was so patient and kind. Thank you

Wonderful place and staff! Very helpful with my physical and medical needs and issues, and my body has overall improved along with my mobility all thanks to the continued treatment that I have received from this facility! Highly recommended!

Laura (RMT) always shows professionalism and has magical hands. I always feel like a brand new person when I walk out of there. She does great deep tissue massages.

Darcy (Physiotherapist) also shows professionalism and did a great job while I was in clinic. He also taught me exercises to do at home to treat my sciatica and low back pain.

Darcy made this experience tolerable for me. Physical pain and movement limitations are emotionally taxing as well as physically. Darcy untold and patiently coached me through auto a full recovery and how to avoid repeat visits in the future. Thanks

I drive past Brant Active daily and it is…active. Had never stepped inside before I needed to. And glad I did. Parking is plentiful, and on the doorstep. Large facility, efficient quick check in. Clients are seen in a timely manner. Great ventilation, sanitizing between clients, generously spaced work out stations affording privacy. Equipment is plentiful and current. Staff proficient and professional. A+.

I had 2 reasons to be at PT shoulder and hip both of which were looked after very well. The exercises are easily done and the results so far are excellent. I enjoyed being introduced to Richard and his thoroughness and the introduction to Marissa who looked after my concerns every week! A very well oiled team! @

Had a foot injury for over a year, finally scheduled a session with Brant Active Rehabilitation and with-in 2 sessions I was already on my way to recovery. Thanks to the great guidance by James D'Arcy Heenan I felt comfortable and safe in knowing I was on the right path to recovery. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I ever need more physio in my future I'll definitely be coming back to Brant Active Rehabilitation.

I took my 12 year old son to this clinic for his tiptoe walking. At first, I didn’t know that these kind of issues are covered by Ohip! George Cardenas did my sons assesment and explained to us everything in detail. After that first appointment/assessment, my son began his physiotherapy once a week in the clinic with Boris, who taught him how to do his exercises. Boris is the best! My son committed with his exercises at home and after two months he improved a lot! Don’t hesitate to go there! You won’t regret it!

I had the best experience with my physiotherapist, George, and now with my massage therapist, Laura Epp-Ruitenberg. I feel like a new person after each of my massage treatments.

My husband and I are very pleased with the care and treatment plan we received from Reshminder at this clinic. She was able to target the sources of our pain, alleviate the pain through the "magic" of her hands and provide exercises to help stretch and strengthen the muscles. She listened carefully to our concerns and ensured we understood the treatments and follow up exercises. Thank you very much, Reshminder.

Amazing experience with PT health rehabilitation centre. I have been treated by both the massage therapists and also Physio therapy. D’Arcy, physiotherapist, was professional and treated and provided exercises to help me to recover from a broken ankle.

I had a very bad hip with bursitus and could not tie my shoes.when i finished my treatments and i am keeping up with the exercises i can now lift my leg with no trouble. I am very happy with the results.

Very clean and appointments were punctual, did not have to wait. My mother is 88 and she was treated with extreme care considering she was very apprehensive about coming she ended up enjoying her appointments because everything was explained and exercises were made easy for her to do. She is now much better thanks to Boris who was very patient and understanding. If I have the need for physiotherapy in the future I personally would not hesitate to come here.

Thanks to Leslie and Amy for their kind and caring help in making me more aware of what I need to stay healthy and active. Would certainly praise your clinic to the many seniors with whom I associate.

I received very useful exercises and stretch for my painful back Results demonstrated high levels of satisfaction with all components of physiotherapy treatment, for musculoskeletal pain. Appreciated a lot.

A WONDERFUL rehab centre. Went for back physio through OHIP and it was a totally different approach - a special assessment (clinic specialist) was done before and this person designed a program for my needs only, which a different therapist carried out the planned physio. At the end, the clinic specialist did a final assessment to discuss the improvement and to suggest further aids to wellness - exercise classes for seniors, which are free, for example. Recommend this Centre highly - worth the trip from Oakville

I contacted PT Health for physiotherapy services and was referred to Amy Becke for treatment. Although my condition was not well known to her she carefully researched the best treatment and exercise routine, plus other therapeutic treatments and I began to experience modest but immediate improvements. Toward the end of the process I experienced a notable difference and continued the exercise regime that she recommended. Within a few weeks I am experiencing a very positive improvement. She is knowledgeable, intelligent, resourceful, attentive, very helpful and professional. The admittance staff are polite, efficient and gave me a schedule for all treatments without any wait and booked to accomodate my needs. The facilities are well equipped, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend treatment with PT Health as I have no doubt all of their facilities and staff at each location are as good and reliable.

Brant 730 is excellent if your looking for physiotherapy. The staff are very friendly an an they care about you and your health and making your physiotherapy as comfortable as possible the place is very clean. I would reccomend going here.

I don't know if stretching my spine and do my exercises at home are going to take away my right leg problem. It is truth that all your staff are doing the best therapy and I hope is going to continue helping me until I recover 100%.

The physio, George, is fantastic as is the treating team. One of the admins in the front is frustrating however. Id cancelled an appointment last week via email as i was too sick, and tried to reschedule instead ahead of time. I was replied that i could reschedule it in person during today's appointment. When i tried to reschedule, i was immediately told that they arent rescheduling any appointments at the moment as nothing is available until January. When I asked if i could reschedule into January then, she sighed an "oh my god" not quietly enough under her breath, clicked a few buttons, and said that she would have to change the physio's assessment appointment and this missed appointment into January. She said that she wouldnt reschedule it and keep the dates as is and that after the assessment, and that the missed treatment would probably be added onto the new program. Yet she also wouldnt guarantee that that appointment would be able to be made up/accounted for as "it is up to the ministry". I understand that its complocated to reschedule, but I really dont appreciate how blunt she made it that i was inconveniencing her, nor the tone of voice and uttered words under her breath. Its frustrating for a patient to be told to reschedule in person, follow the instructions, and then be denied seemingly because it was too tedious.

. Well place in my community and both the Lead Therapist, Amy.and the Boris did advise me accordingly on my full knowledge of treatment.unfortunately. I am not available for any more.

The therapist that is treating me, Amy, is amazing. She is always cheerful and makes me want to do the exercises. I am so happy with the results.
The clinic is easy for me to get to and parking is always available. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely the best place for help, if like me you find yourself with a fractured shoulder and an arm that is not moving well. I would certainly advise anyone to go there.

Very friendly and most importantly very good at what they do! I've had balancing issues with my legs and ankles for as long as I can remember and this is the first time a real semblance of improvement has been felt and it's with these folks, highly recommend!

I went to this clinic to get more movement in an arm that had been fractured last Christmas. They were able to find all the areas needing help and by the time of a concert, all was fixed using machines at clinic and exceeded at hone. Thanks for all the help!

I have been a client here for a number of weeks now and have been told by my Surgeon he can see improvements with my mobility. The therapists are engaged with their patients, very helpful and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this facility should you require physio of any kind, you will not be disappointed.

I had a knee replacement done and chose Brant Active to do my physio with. From the time I walked in and every other time for my sessions I was greeted with a smile and a how are you from the staff manning the front desk. The work Of the two physiotherapist, George and Reshminde, has been excellent. There knowledge and concern while they worked on my knee speed my recovery time up tremendously. I would recommend Brant Active to anyone that needs help.

Did my 8 sessions after a total knee replacement. They do the bare minimum. There was some very basic physio they could have done to help my knee bend and did not. Going to a new place now and after one session can't believe the difference.
Note: this was the OHIP covered side, I have no experience with the private side.

I have found the staff to be very polite and concerned about your problem. Service is good and the best thing I like is the punctuality. Although this time I haven’t had any positive results but I don’ think that has anything to do with the service provided. Maybe they can look at other options but I am not sure. In general I like the place and the people and the service provided.

Very clean and friendly with staff eager to help with all who vist for health repairs. Easy to register, set up appointments and reminders by email of all appointments. I would recommend this rehab centre to family and friends.
