I use Brant Florist every year at Christmas to send flowers to my mother. They always arrive when expected and she is always pleased with them.

The flower arrangement is beautiful. This is the third or fourth bouquet I have purchased and not been disappointed. I shall be ordering again.

Not happy. Truly nothing like the picture. Few flowers in a vase of water.really.very disssappointed for the money. Deception in my opinion. Will not use your business again.

I order flowers every year for my daughter's birthday, Brant florist does not disappoint! The flowers this year were beautiful - the only thing missing was the little packet of stuff for the water that helps them last longer. Highly recommend

After being a customer for over 30 years this is the first let down!
My partner ordered beautiful roses as I’m in Joseph Brant hospital, together with the chocolate option for my grand kids who were going to visit. Flowers arrived but no chocolates.
When my partner called Brant to report, they didn’t give him a satisfactory answer but said “we didn’t charge you for the chocolates. ” He replied ‘that’s not the point”. No offer to replace.
I never expected that from Brant Florist, they are usually so reliable!

Arrangement arrived as advertised, on site, on time. Recipient was totally thrilled, which was the goal of the exercise!

I ordered flowers and chocolates (over internet) for my friend’s 50th birthday. Everything was delivered on time (despite her semi-remote location), flowers were beautiful, and the chocolates and candies were made locally (nice touch!).

I ordered Peace lilies, which they didn't have, but they called and offered different options I could order instead. I ordered a Peace Garden and my mother absolutely loved it. The people on the phone were very helpful and were able to make arrangements for delivery.

I've used this florist many times for gifts and to treat myself every now and then. Beautiful fresh flowers!

Someone sent us flowers for a death in the family. They attempted to deliver on Friday. We didn’t get the note since we were busy with funeral arrangements. The note stated they would deliver in Monday. When we received the note we called and they were closed. Second call was answered and we were told that the same flowers as on Friday would be delivered on Monday.
1. Why wouldn’t you leave condolence flowers at the door. All the other florists did
2. For flowers to be held for three days, shouldn’t new flowers be delivered instead of ones that were 3 days old?

Updated. Finally received the flowers and there are wilted flowers and flowers that are broken.

Had some flowers delivered to some friends who just moved back home and the turnaround time was fantastic. Beautiful, fresh bouquet that looks and (I'm told) smells great! Highly recommend

I was having some trouble finding what I wanted as far as service and product at our usual flower shop in Hamilton. Everything I asked for was met with difficulty so I had to change gears. I showed up at Brant Florist a little over a week out from our company's 65th Anniversary Gala. I talked to Jackie about what I wanted and my timeline and she said "no problem! ". We did a little back and forth about what I wanted and I returned at the beginning of the week and they had a gorgeous sample for me. It was exactly what I wanted. The flowers they provided were absolutely gorgeous! We got so many compliments on the flowers! They were so easy to work with and accommodating. They delivered the order, 18 beautiful centre pieces on time and in perfect shape. If I can find a picture that does the centrepieces justice I will post it. Thank you Brant Florist! It was a pleasure doing business with you. I will be back!

It was easy to pick out and send a memorial to/from out of state. The process was easy and the recipient sent me a picture of the arrangement. It was exactly as expected.

The flowers that were delivered lasted almost a month. They were absolutely beautiful. The service was great. Couldn't ask for more. I will always order through Brant from now on.

Have used Brant Florist for years to send flowers to Burlington. They never disappoint with their beautiful flower arrangements and excellent customer service!

After reviewing a few different florists in the Burlington area, I decided on Brant Florist as they had so many beautiful floral arrangements to choose from. Pictured below is "Best Wishes Vase Bouquet" in blue shades. Flowers were purchased online in the evening and delivered the next day with no issues.

I live in Ontario near the Manitoba border, my Mom in Ottawa area (24 hr drive) I wanted to make sure she got something special for her 60th. They made something comparable (probably better in my opinion), 2 perfect balloons, the lady who delivered celebrated the same birthday as my Mom. My Mom and I were both so happy and satisfied. Was smooth and easy.

The best place, with the nicest people and the prettiest flowers. Look no further, if you're reading this review you've found the best florist!

As usual, the flowers were beautiful and were as expected or better. Delivery is always on time. My family are always delighted with their arrangements. Just one tiny faux pas with the most recent delivery. The card was signed incorrectly.

I needed to order flowers for my best friend who had just lost her father. I was in England and as I couldn’t be with her to help her through her sadness, it was critical that the flowers I had delivered were perfect and let her know I was with her in spirit. The all white flowers I chose were exactly what the picture showed and she loved them. Thank you ️

Living in Australia and sending flowers to my sister in Michigan I wanted to find a florist reasonably close to her.
The process was easy for me to do this, they arrived on the day of her birthday and she was thrilled with the result.

Used Brant when I lived in the GTA, and I always use them now, though I’m in a Vancouver. Awesome service, online and via phone and email. Helpful and accommodating. Recipients are always happy with arrangements I’ve sent, which is the most important point, of course.

Ordered online from the UK, was easy to do. My only challenge was having to provide a Canadian phone number as the flowers were a gift and didn't want to spoil the surprise.
So I had to contact another family member to do this.
Flowers were beautiful on arrival, so much so that the recipient says she will use your florist in future. Well done.

Brant Florist came through with a quick out of town delivery of flowers for my Aunt's funeral. I placed an online order late in the evening on a Tuesday, and the flowers delivered the very next day, just in time for her funeral. I wanted pink and white flowers, and the arrangment is gorgeous. Everything I asked for. I will definitely use Brant Florist again!
