Worst taxi service I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been to places all over the globe.
Do not trust the fake reviews giving them positive ratings this taxi service is a joke.
Their “new” system will make you wait several minutes and then automatically hang up on you because the lazy staff working the phones couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs.

Worst taxi service I've ever encountered. I gave their dispatch and driver the address, she drove me all over the place in the wrong direction and expected my to pay for their mistake. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. Horrible firm!

Was actually cool.the driver was funny and got me to where I was going FAF (I'm thinking only a certain select few will get what the inatails stand for.and no.not "fastand furious (whare are they at now Fat and fabulous 44). No not it iether

Honestly, I think the office staff needs so training. They are rude and impatient. The drivers are great. The management needs to do something about the front office staff.

Waited over 45 minutes for this cab, and was late for my appointment. We live in a small town, it seems really unnecessary that any cab would take this amount of time

GOT PICKED UP AT PENCAR AUTO. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY THE DRIVER WAS. AN ENJOYABLE RIDE.
