Brantford Commons Medical Centre&Pharmacy

Just a thought but maybe this website should inform people that there is no doctor here on the weekends.

I would say it's just okay. Walk in clinic opens at 9 am, close to Walmart. The Dr whom I met was not that great, very serious face while talking and not patient friendly. My first visit was not that great. Very good reception and the clinics looks pretty neat and clean. Enough car parking available.

I have been going here since they first opened! The front desk team is so sweet and always remember my name, even if I am just there for the walk-in. Dr. Nazmy is incredible and extremely thorough. I have never walked out feeling unheard or taken care of. The walk-in is always under an hour and the pharmacy staff are quick and efficient. The entire team deserves 20+ stars! Couldn’t recommend them enough

The pharmacist, Abram is wonderful. He is kind, helpful, professional, competent and efficient. He remembers your name and makes you feel well-cared for. Dr. Nazmy is also a very kind, intelligent, thorough, professional and helpful physician. I would recommend Brantford Commons Medical Centre & Pharmacy.

This is an absolutely terrible doctor's office. The front desk staff do not answer the phones and it is very difficult to get through. Dr. Kaldas is unprofessional and untrustworthy. I am so happy that we were able to find another doctor in town. For anyone looking for a new family doctor, I would recommend that you continue looking elsewhere.

If I could give them a zero I would! This is the worst doxtors office I have ever used! The customer service is AWFUL AND RUDE. I do not recommend this office to anyone. DO NOT GO TO THE OFFICE SOOOOO RUSE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Dr. Kaldas always has a way of putting my mind at ease. She always shows how much she cares through her kind demeanor and doesn't just hurry you along. She takes the time to listen. I am so glad to have found a great doctor closer to home! The girls at the front desk also always make you feel so welcome! Stacee makes a point to remember you by name (or maybe that's just because we call all the time! Haha) Either way, couldn't be happier with everyone at this office! Dr. Nazmy is very kind as well and we have only had great encounters with the pharmacist there! I feel like they all make a point to really know who you are! I have referred quite a few people here when they first opened and I hope they ended up going here because I know their experience will be nothing short of excellent! Great job Brantford Commons Medical. Keep up the great client care/service!

Abram the Pharmacist is incredible! So compassionate, helpful, professional, competent and efficient - the best I've ever known! Dr. Kaldas is also very compassionate and thorough and easy to talk to. They are a blessing to the community.
