Brantford motorcycle isn't where I had been buying my machines,
But after meeting Garnett and his team on the Purchase of a new MT-07. I couldn't be happier with the switch. He was a no-nonsense guy, straight forward and honest. Every worker I've met there has been great to speak with and very knowledgeable. Very happy with the team at Brantford Motorcycles, and will continue take my business there without a second thought.

Helpful Staff. Nice People. Good variety of products. If they don't have it. They'll order it in. I will return. Recommended. I traded my bike in on a new one. Good deal all around.

Garnet and Rob were incredibly professional and easy to deal with. Buying a bike sight unseen in another province could have been a daunting and difficult experience, but the team of Brantford Motorcycles Etc. Inc.was nothing but supportive and accommodating. On my way home to Nova Scotia, the battery of my newly aquired BMW gave out. Well, that's kind of a risk one takes when buying used. BUT, Garnet did not hesitate to cover the cost of this mishap and made sure I got home safely. It's great when you can rely on your dealer. Communication: responsive, and reliable. Service: above and beyond. Ethos: integrity. - A business you can trust.

Oh.and we also found a pair of great (and affordable) motorcycle boots for my partner.

I called them looking to rent a U Haul very last minute. They didn’t have any available for the day I needed one but the guy I spoke with on the phone (unfortunately didn’t get his name) was incredibly friendly and helpful and tracked down a U Haul at another location in town for me. I had been panicking trying to rent one so last minute as I had had other arrangements that fell through but he calmed me right down. I also rented a U Haul from these guys about 10 years ago and they were great then too. Amazing customer service!

I forgot the owners name, but he was a no-nonsense, motivated person and easy to deal with. We bought and picked up my friends bike here. I'm going back to buy one myself this year.

Pleasure to buy from them and even when I encountered a small problem upon pickup, it was dealt with immediately and with care. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable place to get their next toy

I bought a bike a few months ago from these guys, and when I went to trade it in towards a newer bike at a different dealer I found out that my bike had been labelled Salvaged, which means it was totalled in the USA many years ago. So basically my trade in value was not good at all! I informed the salesman from Brantford Motorcycle what happened and they gave me a full refund on the bike. Clearly they were unaware of this issue and were good enough to refund me in full!
This is a rare quality in today’s day and age and does not go unrecognized!
I just want to say thanks again guys, and that I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good bike!

I have actually never owned a motorcycle and have never been inside this store. However, I had to leave them a positive 5-Star review.

Here's why: I called their store because they're a UHAUL dealer and I was trying to find an available UHAUL truck to rent that day.

However, previous to this call, I had called approximately 30-40 UHAUL dealers throughout Brantford, Cambridge, Kitchener and the surrounding area with no luck finding a UHAUL to rent.

Now I am fully aware ANY UHAUL dealer can see which UHAUL dealers have available vehicles for rent, and I asked a large number of the dealers I phoned first, to check if there was a local UHAUL dealer who DID have a vehicle for rent, and ZERO of them helped me and just hustled me off the phone.

But when I called Brantford Motorcycles, I had the pleasure of speaking to Garnett, and without me even asking, he let me know he was going to check around and see where one is available, and he was ultimately able to get UHAUL head office to call me and secure me a vehicle.

Again, I don't presently own a motorcycle and don't know if I ever will. But. If I did, based on the service I received when calling for a UHAUL rental, I would unquestionably visit this business.

Moreover, if I speak to someone who IS in the market for a motorcycle, I am definitely going to recommend they visit Brantford Motorcycles.

Bought my Kodiak 700 se there in 2018, i called on a Thursday and told them i needed it for Saturday, they went out of their way to accommodate me. They always have any Yamaha fluids / filters that i need in stock and are very helpful, my machine has never been in for warranty or repairs so i cannot speak for the shop aspect just sales.

I wanted to recognize the great mechanical service - I had new tires, brakes, filters and fluids at a very reasonable price on my older Gold Wing: The bike performed beautifully on my 3,600 km loop down into the North Carolina Blue Ridge & Virginia Beach area - thank you for trouble free motoring.

Wish the rating could be worse. I am really struggling to figure out what (if anything) this business can actually do. Transplanted back to Brantford this year I have tried to reserve a uhaul 9 am- noon, went to pick up and was told reservation was actually from noon-5 pm until I showed a confirmation email from the booking, had to settle for different equipment (made job twice as hard). Ordered a motorcycle part, two days later needed another so called to order second one, was told it had to be looked up and would call back, they closed for weekend, was able to order next day, 2 1/2 weeks no calls, no parts no recollection of the original order (from same guy that I dealt with for the order). Excuse is your part is not the line of bikes we represent. Piss poor customer service has nothing to do with the brand on the wall. If getting other brands from a local shop is so impossible tell me when I walk in the door not 2 1/2 weeks later with bike still apart waiting!
