Dr.salman is very nice I really appreciate him as a doctor. However, front desk neeeds to pick up their phones, be more kind and respectful, and quickly provide services. The amount of times I’ve called is ridiculous.

I have been a patient at this clinic since they opened and their service has progressively gotten worse. The two ladies at the front are the most condescending and rude service assistants probably in the whole world. Dr. Hussein is a nice doctor who does listen to the patients concerns and doesn’t rush you out of the office. The new doctor Adam (old guy) is very unprofessional and does not listen to the patient symptoms. I waited over an hour to see the doctor and he didn’t even listen to my symptoms, told me they only address one issue at a time for walk ins (but if you call to make an appointment no one picks up the phone) and rushed me out of the office. Normally you only have to deal with the horrible front staff but today after waiting more than a hour I was faced with probably the most horrible physician ever. He acted as if having patients was the biggest nuisance he’s faced in his life. Irresponsible physicians like this shouldn’t be allowed to practice, they push medications without listening to the patients symptoms. The healthcare system in Canada is a joke and this clinic is a prime example of exactly that.

Reception is brutal! Never answer phone and if you do happen to get through they are rude. Also canceled appointment with no call or reschedule. No way to rebook unless you go in because they won't pick up. Sad because Doctors are good.

Honestly the worst Dr's office I have ever dealt with. Cancelled my appointment for the long weekend and didn't even let me know.just left me a message asking me to call the clinic.called 27 times and NO ONE Answered the phone.drove from Woodstock for the appointment I scheduled 3 months prior to find out they were closed. I ended up sending a friend to the office to ask them to call me as I was frustrated they never answer the phone.and of course I missed the call because I was in a meeting.tried calling another 15 times.which is weird because when said friend was there so told me the receptionists were just hanging out chatting.anyways. Someone finally answered with a lack luster "Brsntford West" this lady was the RUDEST receptionist I have ever dealt with.when I requested the Dr fax my prescription she stated "he has to see you in person" which is ridiculous considering they are the ones who cancelled my appointment.well didn't even cancel.just closed without telling me.so they should be accommodating.when I then tried to figure out what day I would be free to Drive from Woodstock to Brantford the receptionist was quite rude that I was taking a while stating "you will have to call me back when you have a date in mind. " I told her no.because it already took forever to get you to answer the phone in the first place.when I took another second to try and figure things out she stated quite snarkily "do you have a date in mind, because I have a line and I have to go. " The whole phone call was 2 mins and 34 seconds. I don't see how I was waisting her precious time.especially considering I am the one who has been inconvenienced by their lack of professionalism.here's a tip if these lady's read this.if you don't like your jobs find somewhere new.you are in customer service and treat people like they are inconveniencing you.yet it's your job.the Dr's here are quiet pleasant it's a shame their first point of contact is an embarrassment.

Went to the walk in clinic for ear problems, the doctor seemed very rushed even though we went close to opening and there weren’t many patients. He was extremely rough pressing VERY hard around my ear and on my face, of course I felt pain there with him pressing so hard. He offered ear flushing and only after bringing in all the tools and everything did he say it cost $20, I’ve never heard of this costing money. Anywho, I would’ve paid the money, if I wasn’t scared of being treated by him. Be cautious, not every doctor cares about people. Upsetting experience.

Dr. Hussein is the best doctor I have ever seen. He takes his own interest to go above and beyond to help his patients.

I love Dr Hussein and have been a patient with his Family practice since it's conception. In my case, the front desk staff have always been pretty great, but I'm also incredibly pleasant to them as well. However, it is horribly unprofessional to NOT answer the phone! Like the staff there, I too work full time and cannot take time off work to drive around the city to make an appointment with my Doctor. They force you to come in as a walk in, when this is my Family practice. I can't wait to hear Dr. Hussein explain to me why the abysmal service on their front line - while I book ANOTHER day from work.

Despite arriving before closing hours, and despite the sign saying: 'WALK-IN CLINIC'. And despite the online info giving no information about the NECESSITY of making an appointment, I was turned away while needing an inhaler for significant life-threatening asthma.which I told them. This clinic LIES about hours of operation, walk-in patient care and dear-knows what else. IF YOU CAN'T KEEP YOUR ONLINE ADVERTISED HOURS AND IF AN APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED. THEN YOUR ADVERTISEMENT IS CLEARLY FALSE! Oh.and I AM ALLOWED TO TELL THE FRONT DESK THESE CONCERNS. AND HOW THEY ANGER ME. If you don't like that then fix your lies.

They don't answer the phone! I called over and over and over for DAYS! Ridiculous!
Also, I went in for a persistent ear problem (about a year of pain off and on). I was trying to explain the pain and the cycle but the doctor interrupted me and said, "I don't know, maybe it is eczema" and then left the room.
I am immigrating so I don't have a health card or a job, so it costs me like $60 to be seen. They told me I have to make an appointment and pay the fee just to get a prescription refilled.

They do not pick up. How can a family doctor have no one pick up the phone to make an appointment. Reading the reviews it's like they don't even care about this complaint. Will reply to others complaining about other issues but won't address that they do not pick up the phone. I'm trying to get a new family doctor as I now live far from there but they won't pick up the phone so I could deinroll. This is really ridiculous. I also was misdiagnosed twice while there with issues that were more severe than the doctor thought.

The people who work here are kind, however the wait time is VERY long. I came on a Monday morning at 10: 30 and was told to come back in 45 minutes. I came back at 11: 22 and waited for my name to be called. At 12: 40 my name was called and I still had to wait in the private room for over 10 minutes. Oh and if you need to get a prescription, you also need to wait for that. So MAKE AN APPOINTMENT or you’re going to waste your entire day waiting for something that takes 5 minutes to talk about.

Love the doctor, can't stand reception. They never ever pick up phone calls, even after 40 consecutive attempts, even after days, it's absolutely ridiculous. It takes one minute to pick up and book someone an appointment. I've been in the waiting room actively watching them avoid picking up phone calls while they discuss their weekend plans and grocery lists.

They never answer the phone, I’ve been trying to get through for three days. The doctors always seem to be rushing when dealing with concerns. Unfortunately my daughter needs a vaccine, so I do have to go back. I will be switching doctors as soon as one becomes available in my area.

Edit:
MY MOM Had to make an appointment for me because the office called her to go over bloodwork. It’s crazy the amount of excuses they say that they can’t answer the phone, but every time I’m in there I’m watching them let the phone ring.

If I could put no starts I would! The receptionist with the long brownish/red hair is incredibly rude and frankly a lier! Several weeks ago my mom and I had gone in to see a doctor and my mom didn’t notice her card had expired so she told her she’s would have to pay to see a doctor and they only accept cash, and once she renew within two week time frame she would get refunded. When my turn came she said my card was expired as well and that I have to pay also, except that it wasn’t expired and i had to show her and so she apologizes and we wait to see the doctor.after seeing the doctor my mom went to service ontario to renew her card and the next day went back to get her money with her receipt, this lady said she doesn’t have cash and to come back, later that week my mom went again and she told her again that she doesn’t have cash and to come back. We went again last week (at this point the two week time frame had passed) and this lady says nope the two week time frame passed … she will not give the money back and that she doesn’t recall ever seeing my mom and telling her the card is expired and told my mom to leave the office. I had to ask to speak to the doctor or person/manager in charge and she tells me she’s the manager and she’s not giving back our money, and asked us to get out of the office and there is no way we are getting our money back. At the end we didn’t get the money back. Yesterday a family member nee to the country experienced a similar scenario where he was charged for his kids checkup $180 cash without a receipt- she refused to give them a receipt, the kids have a valid Ontario health-card and never been charged for a checkup before. The family member nee to the country didn’t know any better and doesn’t know much English unfortunately had to go through this. I am leaving this review to raise awareness so that anyone else experiencing could see this and also explain their experience so we can report this to prevent it from happening to other! Please steer clear and if you experience anything with this lady or similar situation to this at all put in a complaint, we need better people to work in these healthcare settings who have the clients best interest!
