Branthaven Homes has exceeded all my expectations. Being a first time home owner I was impressed with the professionalism and how easy they made the whole process. Rhonda was especially a pleasure to work with, with her positive get the job done attitude.

I can easily say that my experience with Branthaven was one of the best. The company seeks high standards in serving customers and in the selection of management companies for their condominium properties. I highly recommend Branthaven for people seeking to purchase a dwelling unit, whether a house of a condo.

Poor communication, if any. The house we had built was not completed properly. Upon closing there were immense issues, and it was evident that they rushed (after being delayed 3 years). Head office does not communicate with you unless imperative or unless you leave them inquiries. Horrible experience and to anyone considering Branthaven as a future builder, strongly recommend you shop around and select someone else.

This is the most irresponsible company I’ve ever seen in Canada. Their construction site never cares anything about environment, neighbourhoods, safety and bylaws. Running a noisy diesel generator overnight 24x7, waking the entire street up at midnight. Nice job profit seekers!

Having a hard time getting them to come back and fix all that needs to be fixed. Their finishing work is embarrassing and nowhere near the standard of a luxury home.

Why have the price of the townhomes go from the low $800"s to the $900s as per the billboard signs on Appleby.can you explain that please.false advertising.

Such a misleading advertisement made by Branthaven Homes. First of all They try to creates hope for buyers And within a week they increase the prices and ruin everything.

Let me help you a bit, there is a chapter about “Misguiding offers” in real estate course and examination. You might need to go through with that.

Stop cheating buyers. Shame on you, even during pandemic how could you increase the prices?

Misleading info, no proper system, appointment system was so bad.prices were almost 60-100k extra than advertised.

Good luck trying to buy from them. My wife and I were very excited to buy a home from them, they said an email would be sent to everyone at the same time and it was first come first serve. My wife waited all day for the email, even calling them to make sure they hadn't sent it. When they finally sent us the email to get an appointment all the slots were already filled and they didn't bother even trying to say sorry or sign you up for the second phase.

All branthaven homes want to do is sell to real estate agents so the price of their homes will be driven up and they can sell them for a rediculously infalted price. This kind of practice should be illegal.

Extremely dissatisfied with this company and would probably never bother again trying to spend money with them.

We purchased a home from Branthaven homes in Milton recently that was only 2 years old. Not even 2 years, and the shingles off the roof have been falling off on our entire block, not just our home. Home owners are extremely upset about the quality of shingles used by Branthaven. We consulted with a friend that builds homes who has confirmed that the shingles that Branthaven homes uses is cheap and not durable. When i called them explaining the situation, they did not attempt to resolve it saying that the home is no longer under warranty and that shingles fall off many homes. This is not my first home & I have never experienced shingles falling off so quickly in a new build home before. They told me to instead contact Tru Dell which is the company that installed the shingles.no luck with them even responding to my calls. Poor customer service, for a couple of hundred bucks they can't send someone out to fix shingles on our house.

They put wood ceilings in the condo at 10 Esplanade lane in Grimsby. You can hear everything someone is doing upstairs. Cheaped out and now people suffer horrible idea they new this would be the case but still did it.

My experience with Branthaven was incredible. I’ve bought from other builders in the past, and I can tell you that they don’t compare to the quality & finishes Branthaven provides. Their post closing warranty service is thorough and detail oriented and their customer care department is second to none.

I am a home inspector and was in the new home industry for many years. I have completed many PDIs for builders and and homeowners. This was a PDI I did for a homeowner with the builder rep, Arthur.

I must say I was blown away by the fit and finish and attention to detail to virtually every aspect of this home. The design was also well thought out with switches conveniently placed where one would not expect them and all the exterior and fridge water lines cleverly placed in one location in the basement.brilliant!

It is really nice to see that Branthaven and their trades take great pride in their work and application of materials.congratulations.

Branthaven gets zero stars. They want to bulldoze a hundred year old forest next to my home on McCraney St East and put up a 10 story monster condo development! There are plenty of non-forested areas in Oakville which could be used, but they are choosing to destroy this small remaining piece of natural environment in order to line their pockets. Their greed and their indifference to nature is abhorrent.
