Horrible service didn’t make get my closing done by the deadline, got fined for being late don’t recommend

I called to find a representative and was told someone would call me back. They never did in 3 days I waited. I called back and said their reviews were really good so I'd like to talk to someone. An associate called me back and took down information about my case. He said the next week someone would call me back and he gave me his number just in case. The next week no one called back again. So I texted his number and got no answer. They are too busy to help anyone at this time.
