We ordered 8 samosas on sunday. First of all, they were very oily and smell bad. Taste of samosas were worst. If you guys charging too much money then served good food as well. We paid for samosas not for oil.

I ordered dal makhani which was pathetic. It was not fresh. Shahi paneer was only tomatoes gravy, paneer pieces were very thin.
Experience was not Worth the prices.

We were so hungry and we reached the restraunt around 11: 40 and they still allowed us to dine-in, so nice and humble staff

Sunveer was very kind and welcoming during our visit. Coffee was a highlight of our breakfast.

Poor service, we were sitting their for a long time no one showed up, we only ordered appetizers, server told me your main will take 30 mins… food came but our drinks were not on the table till the end.there was only two server in the whole restaurant

The food was not tasty as per experctation and falooda which was ordered the vermicelli was not cooked they do not deserve a 1 rating at all brar is lowering their standards of cooking and serving there are other restaurants visited it for the last time worst experience ever.

Their staff is well trained and service is beyond expectations but my concern is with food taste and quality. No doubt, their chana bhatura is very tasty but other items are not good. I try various items.their dosa is not good, its feel like eating something hard. Their noodles are not even close to the taste we get in India. Its feel like eating raw wheat or all purpose floor.

NOT GOOD AT ALL. Not worth of the price. We ordered veg navratna korma, malai kofta and shahi paneer, all three dishes had the same gravy just different vegetables that too no taste. The gravy was so watery and tasteless. The paneer was not even cooked. It was just raw! Veg biryani was not good as well. Very very disappointing taste. Would not recommend it to anyone! The only good thing was water

Nice restaurant but poor customer service. No one attended us after we got our food. We had to wait for them to attend us to order more food.

The overall restaurant is extremely vibrant. Though one specific employee I would like to mention is Ms. Rajwinder Kaur. She tended to be very sweet with not just us, but tables near us as well. The food was indeed the best part of my experience with this restaurant. My favourite dish however, would definitely be the masala dosa.

On informing the staff they refused to change with the warm ones.
Highly disappointing service!
Moreover pls be informed that they have 2 different menus for take out & dining which they won’t inform you till u get a shock with paying almost double when you sit & eat the COLD SAMOSAS!

Had dinner today, waited for 1.5 hours. No issues with the waiters, they are hard working. The management is not good. The food was below average, had a feeling they diluted the food at the end as we were the last table.

Worst experience. I ordered samosas from here in person. First the samosas were very cold when I asked they are cold they said they will get it right and then they give these full of oil samosas. This is very unhealthy. When u are charging this much money. It is your responsibility to provide good food as well in return. Very very disappointed.

Really disappointed to have take out such an awful testing food from a Brand like Barar tonight. It’s too tangy and rotten Manchurian, Hakka noodles came with pressed noodles.malai kofta with full of cream with sour taste. Pathetic good to have on my birthday dinner: - (

Miss Mehak served us with a great hospitality and a beautiful smile, she was very polite and her behavior was very nice.

Not sure how this place runs which serves such bland taste on every item. The Brar paneer is supposed to be the best, but here they even made the chilli paneer chewy. The dhokla was not fresh and came with stale mint chutney. I also never had been to a place which serves rubbery Naan. The Shahi paneer curry was almost like ketchup. The only positive is the ambiance and service.

This location is one of the best ones amongst all other locations of Brar's. Dining area is huge, food is amazing and their takeout service is also quite good. I appreciate the separate area for takeout than the rest of the restaurant. The only negative part is the waiting when you order and before you get it delivered to your table. I experienced the same waiting (almost 45 mins) time in my two last visits in the past 3 months, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. Maybe they need more staff.

I went to BRAR’S for dine in. Staff was so friendly, specially “Sandeep Kaur”. She is excellent in her job… Must try food once…

Why whould you say the order is ready for pick up, if you have to make the customer wait for another 10-15 mins? Saying that its not ready yet.

We had an amazing dinner at Brar’s airport and Boviard location. The food was above our expectations and I will definitely recommend it to my friends. I would also like to mention our waitress named SANDEEP. She was very welcoming and quick in her service. A high five to all the team. Thanks

Excellent food. Menu is extensive. Ambience is very beautiful ad charming. The food was fantastic and no matter what we ordered we were delighted with our meal. Servers are also great. Sandeep served us ad every time she made sure that everything was in place. She is very polite, speedy and friendly. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to eat indin cuisine in Brampton.

Ordered a bread-pakoda, we were asked to wait for 10 mins so that it can be prepared fresh. But they gave us the same stale bread-pakoda by warming it in the microwave. Please be honest with the customer.what ever you do, just tell them. Just by looking at it, one can easily say it was stale and was hard and stiff while eating.no taste whatsoever.

Never expected such low quality from Brar. The one at the Trinity is far better.

Me and my husband went for dinner and it was awesome, food was too good, felt like eating at home. Staff Arshita was so helpful and suggested us the best items to taste and she was so true. She gave the best customer service. Thanks Arshita.

I ordered first time at Brar, Bovaird location and got wrong order when opened at home. I was so disappointed as they advertised a lot about yummy food and late night food service but first time experience was highly disappointed considering what they advertised! I hope, management should more focus on training and supervising staff instead of advertising.

Eating here right now and if there had to serve thawed food, they should've at least reheated it properly. The paneer chilli in the Chinese platter was freezing cold. The Indian food was edible. The paneer tikka was the only saving grace. The seat was dirty when we came in. It was a slew of bad experiences here.

Update - the food was the way it was and nothing would make it taste better but 2 specific people in the staff (including the manager) were accepting of the mistake re cold food and tried making up for it as well. That was quite respectable so thank you. Rating remains 2 for the food but plus one for the service.

Food Quality is okay but staff insane. No customer service and can say Above and beyond in rudeness. They just through food in you like you are eating for free. One girl after putting food on table stand on table until we finish food. Never go back.

Best food i ever had since I came to Canada. Lovely atmosphere and very sweet and polite staff. Thumbs up for the management for maintaining the quality of food and the cleanliness inside the restaurant.

This place is a heaven for good food this place has no fruit flies what so ever. The place is fully Hygienic as well as the staff are fully calmed and fully understand and the manager there is super helpful. This place is my most favorite place now. Go there and have a great experience
