Overall good, nice food but in starting we were not that happy with the customer service, we had to wait for atleast 10 minutes for just water and somebody to come who can take our order, but AMANPREET was pretty good and professional we were happy with her service.

Visited Brar at Trinity Commons and the service by Kiran was exceptional really helpful and friendly. Loved it!

Kiran, our server, was excellent. She was very polite and pinnacle in making our dine a very pleasant experience.

Indian food lover must try. Though I found meals are good not great but snacks are must try. The bread pakora is a must. Quantity of food in a plate is enough, so if alone be careful while ordering. Usually recommended to visit with a group and order all type of items and try if you are missing indian food.

Menu has a range of combo options like briyani, chinese combo, paratha combo, makki di roti etc.
Also parathas available with vareiry of stuffings, which is again a must try. Tea, cappucino (indian version), most famous lassi, shikanji are availabke as well. The sweet and snack take away option is also great. Mathris are great. Must try. They have a range of sweets as well which you can try there or take away.

We ordered a platter of pakoras which tested great. Dont forget to order a tea with it. Worth for money and quantity wont disappoint you. Ordered indo chinese meal option which we found to be ok.

Usually a busy place in weekends, I would say crowded in weekends. You might need to wait 20 to 30 mins before getting sitted but worth waiting. You can explore trinity common meanwhile.

The staff is a cheat.she just overcharged us 15$ for the items we never ordered and she did not even get the bill with the change when we asked her for the bill she made face and while we said her about the overcharge.she acted like
It was an error but she clearly did it purposely. If you go there please check the bill properly!

The food here is very delicious and also had very good service. The waitress Sunidhi was very helpful and brought a drink again after I was disatisfied with the first one

Leaving few most of the servers have no service attitude. The order counter is without attendant for 10 minutes and no one to coordinate and manage, guess this place is going down the drain and will loose it’s name and repute earned so far.

The staff is polite and nice but they were really understaffed. Only one server was present who was serving everyone. It took 50 minutes to get the food and water but they still missed one item for which we already paid and never received it. Very poor management skill and trying to get work of 3-4 person from single person. Restaurant could have hired more staff and enhance their service.

Food is good. BUT the quantity is way too less for 2 people. Sitting arrangement was not well organised but service was really good. Ordered daal makhani saag and malai kofta, they were delicious.

Worst service. Waiting time is too long and once we got the table nobody showed up for around 15 mins, finally employee came to take an order then once we got order no one came back to ask that we want some thing else or not. Every time my husband used to go to the counter to ask for the things. I think they under staff and we wasted time there. I am not going to go this location for dine in just wasteee of time

Last sunday We had a brunch at brars. It was bad experince. I found glass was cracked when i suddenly pick it up to drink water and it was not one glass almost three glasses were in same condition, the small pieces of cracked glass still in water cups. I took some pictures and video that am posting with this review. Also We were wasting our two hours only waiting for food.
Lots of items are not available in this resturant which they show in their menu.

I have called them about 7 times and they did not pick up the phone. When I placed the order they told me it will take 20-25 minutes and I asked them are you sure because I know they never make your order at time and the girl on the counter said yes m’am it will be ready. When I went inside I had to wait another 20 minutes in the line … like what the hell? You guys should learn the customer service. Highly recommended!

Poor service by staff, no one came to take the order.
They were taking the phone orders but people were waiting in line to order and no staff member was bothered about it.
The food was not fresh, seems like a day old.
The staff was not so responsive/helpful and very unprofessional.
I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very slow service.we told our order trice still they we were confused. It is not worth to place a pickup order.

Worst customer service, went there after 2 years and they don’t even care if customer is even having water or cutlery that’s basic had to ask for everything.

I usually dont invest my time posting bad reviews but recent experience forced me to do it. One of the worst kadahi paneer dont you know the difference between tomato pizza base sauce and kadhai paneer sauce? Man it felt like i ate rotten pizza sauce with paneer in kadahi paneer bowl. Gross

Brar's sweets are vry famous and fresh. I waited in line for half n hour but worth it. On the top of that they were managing everything in a very great way. I appreciate their efforts. Going der again for sure

I came here for take out today
Place was very busy and everyone was so busy. But it didn’t affect their customer service at all.
Cashiers were very helpful. May be they have less staff but how they are managing it deserves 5 star. On top of that we love their milk cake.will visit again

Worst service! I ordered samosa and dhokla from this restaurant. The samosa was too salty and oily and the dhokla was.

Orders today 2 -Chole Bahture & 1 pau bhaji.
Bhaji did have noodles.
They put noodles for making Bhaji thick….

Curries was delicious but naans were cold and I picked up order at right time. And I paid over $80 for the food which is expensive compair to other places. For the price I paid I expected top notch cuisine.

New girl Navneet has excellent customer service skills! Otherwise my experience with customer service there was never so good…. But she made the difference for me. She is very polite and action oriented person not giving lip services only.

Today Sunday December 15 2019 at Trinity Mall location i ordered 5 butter NAN and 1 Plain NAN and it was take out, it cost me Double in price from other Restaurants and guess what I end up throwing in Garbage because it was all burned. I will never go back and will never recomend to anyone because double in price from other restaurants and very very low Quality food. I wasted my money if you want to waste your money then go.

The service could be better.once the servers take the order, they don't come and check if we need anything else.we had to call servers for various needs. As far as the food is concerned, We always love the Channa bathura and the drinks.our most favorite is lemon soda and falooda.

There’s something about Brar's that speaks to our souls as the perfect comfort food.  This have the deserts the whole family will enjoy with it's fresh flavours  and the fact you can eat it with your hands!
Don't forget the authentic indian deserts

I bought Kaju Katli from an Indian store.

Absolute 3rd class quality. Full of rice flour, keep it out of fridge for 1 minute and it melts.

Food quantity is very very good, they serve only veg.
I have tried their snacks and sweet dish as well and really loved them
Recommendation: samosa

Group of 5 had a Sumptuous satisfying dining experience.
All the servers were prompt and polite.
Special appreciation for Gaganpreet kaur.
The owners are pretty fortunate to have her as an employee.

What a let down. Food was terrible, staff was rude, and disrespectful.

Go to the airport and bovaird location the food is much better and the staff is amazing.

-I did ask to speak to the manager, that did not happen. I was called “Pagal” by one of your staff members, which means crazy. - oh yes I definitely see how serious your staff takes customer service.

In short, if you are someone who does not speak Hindi or Punjabi, do NOT go to this restaurant the staff will make fun of you and disrespect you behind your back if you don’t understand their language.

Please like this comment if you have received terrible service/food at this location. Management needs to be aware that treating customers like this is not acceptable.

what went wrong is First, The glasses and the water jug were dirty and we had to tell the server to change it.
There was a cap of some bottle in our cappucciuno cup.
When asked the server to call the manager, nobody showed up and instead of these we paid the full bill.

Went there with a group of 6, great food but slow service.
We had to tell them to bring more plates and utensils, run after them for more water, and took forever to get the bill at the end.
Would go there again, but make your requests known right away to avoid disappointment.
