Firstly I want to give a HUGE shout out to Glen the sous chef! He is amazing! He was Caring and considerate, delightful and charming! I have a wicked food allergy that’s not very common. He took time out of his very busy Saturday evening to personally show me everything I could and could not eat on the menu AND at the buffet! The food was delicious and the service was exceptional! I highly recommend this restaurant especially if you have food allergies! Glen made me feel so comfortable and didn’t make me feel awkward at all! 10 out of 10! P.s. The grilled pineapple was the most amazing end! Mind blowing!

Great experience. You aren't just paying for the food, you are paying for an amazing experience. The servers were very considerate and respectful. Food quality was great. Wish they had more halal options. But over all 5 stars for these guys.ill definitely visit them again.

Brasa is a great place to dine if you are a meat lover, as they offer a wide assortment of all you can eat beef, pork, lamb and chicken. The buffet sides were okay, but nothing to write home about. The grilled pineapple is excellent. They play loud music so it’s tough to have an intimate conversation with your dinner partner. Our server was courteous, and the meats came around often; we were never waiting to be served. The dress is a mix of casual and business casual. Overall, (for the price) if you are not a meat lover, you may want to consider somewhere else to dine as it’s main draw is the meat and everything else is just okay.

I have visited this place multiple times in the past. Most recently a week ago during my vacation back home.
Located conveniently close to the biggest hotels in Niagara Falls ON.
Offers a wide selection of great Brazilian BBQ experience.
Waiters will keep on coming to fill your plate with the freshly grilled meat
Parking is available across the street.
It’s best to reserve before coming as the restaurant tends to become full very quickly and walk-ins aren’t guaranteed.
Certainly good for a date or a night out with your special one.

Absolutely amazing experience! My boyfriend and I made reservations to come here for a date night, we got dressed up and headed out to the live entertainment, they even included me and showed me how they danced and tried to teach me! It was great, the dancers had my boyfriend up dancing and we even got up later just for the fun of it! This place would be amazing with a group or as a date! The food was amazing as much as you can eat! Definitely had to take breaks and hit up the salad bar and eat some pineapple! Love love love this place!

Went here for dinner, saw the wonderful dancers, one of who actually case up to my table and asked us if we would like to dance with them, very friendly. Waiter checked on our table multiple times through out the night. Food at the stations were good not great. However the steaks were great! I tried them all and I wan not disappointed. Overall this restaurant was amazing I'm glad we chose this for dinner.

Meat was chewy and overcooked. Ribs were completely dry and inedible. Music was so loud that I couldn't hear my date. Gauchos kept ignoring us. Not a good experience. Expected more for $85 per person.

We have never visited this establishment before, but we certainly will again. We're from Wales in the UK and visit Canada as often as possible. The quality of the food and the service is quite exceptional. Our server Ryan, from St Catherine's, was first class and guided us through the evening with both care and efficiency. He is a credit to your organisation. The selection of food on offer was vast and was perfectly cooked and presented.
Well done to you and your staff, a perfect end to another quality vacation.

Great experience. All cuts of meat were cooked to perfection and amazing. The things I had from the buffet were also tasty.

Highly not recommended
Scam, money grab business.
Local fee? On top of that gratitude added automatically.
Food was like rubber/half cooked.
1 small glass of coke if $6.00, wth is so precious about their coke.
Learned my lesson about this place, will never return or recommend to anyone.

Food lost it’s touch,
Service was okay, i had to keep waving the waitress down cause they weren’t coming by for our drinks.
And last time i checked they had a dress code but there was people with ripped jeans, and a girl wearing pink juicy sweat pants and hoodie… me n my fiancé felt over dressed….

It was okay. Not sure if It's worth $85 a person.but I guess your paying for the experience?

I wanted to say thank you to Jaret who served my family and I on July 1st for dinner. He was fantastic.he made us feel very welcome. He has such good manners. He made us laugh he always made eye contact with us. He always had a smile on his face. He listened to us when we asked him for things. He is very polite and an excellent server. He has very good customer service skills.

The food here was so delicious. The service was great and the live entertainment made the experience even better. Highly recommend

We visited during the Canada Day long weekend. The atmosphere was great, the samba dancers were entertaining and put on a good show. The music is lively.
There is a good selection of sides on the hot table but it takes awhile to go through the line, small area for a lot of people. There is a good selection of meats, we found that the meat was a bit salty and the selections come around very frequently which is great that you don’t have to wait but also overwhelming as you are trying to enjoy dinner.
Our server Jaret was great and attentive. The desert was a great choice to end the evening. It was a good experience.

The food is awesome, the service is perfect, the price is a little over the top but overall it's a very good brazilian steakhouse. As a brazilian, if I may say so, it's a lot better than many brazilian steakhouses in Brazil. We arrived 40 minutes before closing and the meats were still coming like it was open hours, I didn't see anything like leftovers at the end of the day. I really recommend this restaurant, but be prepared to pay a not so cheap meal.

Great place to visit. Loved the salad bar that has many varieties. It is an open buffet. The meat was good but not alot of varieties available. Much less than copa cabana. It is located inside hilton niagara hotel. Dinner pricing was around a $100

Food quality is great, and servers are very attentive. There are tons of background noise, so if you want to talk to people, you’ll have to sound like you’re yelling so you can be heard properly. Entertainment was good.

This was absolutely the most enjoyable dining experience I have ever had, hands down. Every morsel of food was exquisite, the staff was friendly, pleasant, professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxed. Highly reccommend.

I had an special moment last Saturday and it was amazing, Ryan the server was extremely good in what he does. The meat once again was the best of the best, and we our deserts for free.

First time ever I ask for a cup of milk with my desert and I got it!
Very impressed.
Everything is 10 /10
I asked to eliminate the local fee as I am
Not tourist and it was not a problem
Totally coming back a few times more before the year is done

Meat was not good! No flavour, no juice, and on the too if that, I ended up paying almost $500.00

Meh. It was expensive but fun. Unlimted meat on swords served tableside. Friday and Saturday half naked dancing ladies too. It's a one and done for me.

The price of drinks and food is a real scandal, a shame
One day it will be impossible to travel it's impossible to pay the prices of things these days, I don't understand how many people manage to make and sustain this life.
Apart from that, the place is nice, clean, well decorated, ideal for watching sports in a group, friendly staff

Unbelievably good and absolutely worth it it's the best cuts of meat full of flavor cut right at your tabel with live music and endless cuts of incredible meats.

My Twin brother and my sister in Love, my husband and myself are visiting from Atlanta, Georgia. We’re staying at the Hilton hotel and on Tuesday evening we had the pleasure of dining at Brasa! When I tell you the food was amazing, it was amazing! But even better than the food, the service by Ryan was even better! I’m not really a drinker but Ryan recommended a wine and we all enjoyed that bottle! Ryan was so sweet and truly the BEST, hands down! He was so attentive and we truly felt like he cared about us and the service we received by him, reflected that! My Twin and sister in love paid for their meal and our bottle of wine and my husband and I was left with the tip, along with our meal. I told my husband I wanted to give the tip and he pay for our food. When I tell you, I could not have been happier to leave Ryan and Subi (he brought a lot of our meats to us and he was AMAZING and sweet as well) our tip, I was super excited! Ryan and Subi, thank you both so much! You are both appreciated and we are so grateful we had you two to take care of us while we dined at Brasa! When we come back to Canada, Brasa is our first stop and we hope to see you both! Oh and the food was delicious too! Especially the pineapple! Oh my goodness! All I’m going to say is try it! Thanks again Ryan and Subi! Take care of yourselves!

My son took my husband and I out for dinner. We didn't know where we were going. Two hours later, we found ourselves in Niagara Falls. We thought that was an awful long way to go for dinner.
My son had been to this restaurant two prior times and was impressed.
We could see and feel the atmosphere when we first entered the restaurant. We were impressed but still thought the two hour drive was a bit much.
The food (meat) menu was confusing for us, until a well dressed mannerly gentleman, Andrew, greeted us and explained how this was going to work.
There was a choice of approximately ten different meats to choose from. We would have the opportunity to eat all the choices they offered and also go around the food bar to chose pasta, bread, fruit, vegetables and so much more. It's an all you can eat!
My husband loves his meat. I can take it or leave it. I wasn't as excited as my husband about trying the meats.
Before we tried the meat we went around the food bar. I had a little bit of everything. It was the wrong thing to do.
Well dressed men came to our table to offer what they had on their tongs. I tried the chicken first.
I had never tasted chicken like this. The taste was out of this world. It was a shame that I had to swallow it. I wanted to savor the taste longer.
This is when I realized that I should not have filled my plate from the food bar.
I might have tasted four different meats. I didn't pay attention to the name, because whatever it was, I knew that I would enjoy it.
The quality of food is very important when one dines out. The atmosphere plays a big part in the over all experience. The service will determine if we will visit again.
Well, I already told you about the food.
There was a Brazilian band playing even though it was a Monday night. The tables were not close to other tables which gave us some privacy. The lighting was dim but not dark.
The service was outstanding. We were treated like their most prized customer. Our server, Andrew, was never seen slacking, always looking like he was on a mission. He took his job seriously. All the while smiling.
The gentleman who came around with the meat were polite and friendly.
As we were leaving, I told Andrew that being there it was an special experience. The restaurant is so unique. And that is was worth the two hour drive. Everything about our visit was unexpected and exquisite.
We were thrilled when Andrew introduced Linda, the manager.
